When they pick up our bins. They leave trash on the street sometimes. Our previous guy was incredible. He should’ve gotten a promotion. Although we do appreciate the services it’s just not the top tier customer service we’re accustomed to receiving.

In my neighborhood, we were told that we were to have our trash out by 9 a.m. I normally set my trash out the night before; however, because I was ill last week, I took my trash out at 8:40a.m. and the trash truck was already backing down my street--leaving! So, my trash did not get picked up last week.

Waste collection has been excellent. My trash can has a big split on both sides and a hole in the bottom. Raccoons have been getting into the trash can through the splits. I have been unable to get the can replaced. PLEASE arrange for a replacement can.

Great job. Always on time. Was late putting the trash out one morning and they waited on me. Very professional. And the Christmas card every year is a very nice touch.

Every year especially around the holidays you miss my pick up. I know this because I leave my trash cans out front until they are picked up. This happen about 10 timesa year and just happen for thanksgiving. Put yet I am never reimbursed or credit for this. But yet you make sure my bill goes up every year. Poor customer service!!! I have complained about this several times.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our service, but Lisa in customer support was absolutely amazing with helping us in the process! I reccomend talking to customer support to get your needs taken care of!

Schedule pickups that violate noise ordinances in residential areas. Near impossible to contact. If you do get someone, when presented with the information where you can chat with them, they can't even find the pickup despite being given the street and address of the pickup, the associated building, and a time stamped video of the WM truck banging dumpsters around at 3–4 AM about 100 ft from people's bedrooms.

I notified Waste Management three weeks ago that my WM Yard Waste Container was cracked over a month ago when WM dropped it hard after emptying it into the Yard Waste truck. The large crack is on the backside of the container and appears to be spreading. I suspect the container will soon give out. I requested a replacement, but one has never been supplied.

Noticed my bill was almost doubled due to an oversight so I contacted customer service and they were able to refund/remove the overage. The agent was very helpful in getting the issue resolved. Great customer service!!

It is extremely challenging to do business with your organization. The wait times are abhorrent, constant transfer to different departments, unable to establish new service online, damaged/used container delivered to neighbors property, billed for transferred services after being a customer over 20 years and moving within the same service area. If another vendor serviced the area would have switched in a heartbeat and believe me tried. Not happy with the customer service at all but the representatives were civil and seemingly tried to help. Although a customer in good standing with a credit balance had to pay in advance and yet to have credit to new account or a refund. Guess another call and being bounced around is in order. SMH

I love that Waste Mgmt has TWO bins, one for recycling, and one for trash. Both are picked up on the same day. The monthly fee is lower than their competitors.

Very tired of the price increasing every quarter. I had spoken to their customer service dept over a year ago regarding a freeze on senior citizens access. I sent over the requested copy of ID, and it continues to increase. Considering changing....

e didn't have a choice in Wast Disposal as the municipality has soul-source WM to be out provider. Not allltrash or recycling gets dumped and some ends up on the street.

As a new customer I'm very pleased with the promptness and efficiency of pickup. The trash cart is always completely emptied, no trash is spilled on the ground, and the cart is placed back on my drive, safely back from the street.

The service is excellent. Only problem I’ve had in ten years is that 2 trash cansI put my leaves out in have been taken with the yard waste.I can’t figure out how to get them picked up.

When pick-ups are made, the handlers and results are excellent. However, there have been repeated times when neither trash nor recyling container are picked up. I pay for pickup at my house rather than at the curb, and I put the pick up containers out the night before so they are there early. This past week I put the containers our Thursday night and had no pickup on Friday so I left it another day to see if it would be picked up on Saturday. No pick up. when I try to call in the past, nothing is done even when promised. There are less expensive services available to me, so something needs to change or I will switch

Due to the fact that you cannot speak with anyone directly, you have to do it all online. I have now been charged $70 for reconnection of my service due to the fact that they continue to try to charge a expired card even though I have added the new card and my trash has not been picked up. I have made several attempts to call and cannot get a hold of anyone and cannot resolve this issue online. Very dissatisfied customer

I've been a customer with in two different different areas of St. Louis, they always on time, their cans are very sturdy and I never have trouble speaking to a human.

Our experience with WM has been great. The trucks are here at the same time each week. The drivers are respectful of our property and leave the cans upright near the curb. WM always alerts when scheduled pick-ups are changed due to holidays, bad weather, etc. I've contacted WM for bulk pick-up; the office staff was polite, helpful, and provided information regarding what items were eligible as bulk, and when pick-up would occur.

They have only missed my pickup twice in 6 years. Both times, I was able to submit a report online and they came the next day one time and later in the afternoon the same day the second time. I have trash, recycling and yard waste.

I am very happy with my normal trash pickup but I am not happy with the recycling pickup. There are times I can't tear a cardboard box up and if I put it out next to the recycling bin the guy won't take it. They used to buy that has changed. So I'm not satisfied with recycling. I am giving 3 stars due to the recycling.

Haven’t had any issues or problems in quite a while! We’ve had small issues like trash in the street after pick up or someone had oil or a liquid that they were trying to dispose of improperly in their regular trash pickup and its ll would be leaking down the street and last for a while. Always had a good relationship with the driver and he’s friendly and cooperative as far as he can be!

Been trying to get container repaired/replaced since 29 July. Four work tickets later and I still have a damaged container (large crack in the bottom/base and broker axle strut). We’ve had this container for at least 10 years, maybe longer. Online chat accomplishes nothing (tried twice). Talked to a representative after the first miss, that did not accomplish anything either. On 5 Aug a WM truck (delivering or collecting toters) was in the addition. I assumed he’d stop by my house but I guessed wrong - he never showed up. Today (Friday), the trash truck showed up for a missed pick up (Tues is our trash day and there was no missed pick up). I discussed the situation with the driver (he’s our regular pick up guy - and is doing a great job) and he said he’d take it up with his supervisor. The toter has been on my curb since 28 July…….until something else happens I’ve resorted to Gorilla Tape and Glue…….

We've been with waste management for years. They always picked up our trash whether it was their can or an additional one we would put out. They'd even pick up bags or boxes on occasion. Two weeks ago we were out of town and my daughter placed our trash out. We had a lot as we hosted a small wedding. She put out 2 trash bins and some trash bags that didn't fit. Come to find out all they did was collect the trash from their bin. Keep in mind there's only 2 of us and many times we don't set out trash or our bin is half full. We've also never received a credit when our trash was not picked up for 2 weeks. We set our 2 cans out again today. I wanted to throw out our personal can along with the trash in it. Fortunately I caught the driver and noticed the trash wasn't even dumped from our personal can. He told me only 1 can. Since when? Also, I told him I wanted the can trashed and we did not set out trash last week. We're very frustrated, we had great service for years. We don't abuse the service. We've been with for over 15 years+. They were the neighborhood preferred vendor and gave us a discount for using them exclusively. They took that away. It now seems to be time to look for another service. If they changed their policies, we never received notification.

Generally very professional. I've seen them hop out to pick of stray litter and sweep up broken glass. Sometimes though they miss things. Our pickup was yesterday and we had a lot of rain here. Mine was left open too, but I grabbed it before the rain set in. When the dumpster lid does not close after emptying, it would be a good practice to close it, especially if rain is forecast.

WM was hired for there roll off services and tore my fence i built down and didnt even call to let me know and nobody knows the number to call for me to file a claim??? I wish they cared and valued my business

WM ran into our tree. (Case 13238277) We were promised a call back in 72 hours. That never happened. We reached out several times but no returned calls. It was recorded on a ring camera.
