I needed fan for my home ac i know how to do no prob i own mech shop and deal with parts idiots all day but people instead telling them i can handle i actually listened cause they knew what they were saying i dont listen i fix but they did this on phone b4 i even ordered part but i was very impressed they new the product they sold ad well as how to wire u all must b parts guys with feild exp to bad we cant find any engineers with some lol but i will def be using u in future when times r needed 2 thumbs up

Corey helped us out big time today, had quite some AC issues at my Building and we got it all solved same day! Very Proffesional and he helped us understand the details of the items we ordered.

Whatever it is your looking for most likely they ain't got it. That's the case 95% of the time I go in here. When they do have it, it's often crazy expensive. Combo wrench I needed was $209.00 and I am not kidding. One wrench not a set.

Don’t waste your time, they don’t sell basic parts to the public. HVAC people like keeping that money between each other

I had to return a motor and the guys were very helpful and I was out in less than 10 minutes!

I drove very far. I'll start with that. I placed the order and was supposed to get an email with pickup location and order info. I got an email with advertising.. I ended up at the wrong store. No help there really at all. I just left got back on the phone and got the info and correct location. And I pulled in with 1 min to spare, the woman Lashawnda let me in and I was truly grateful after fighting rush hour traffic. And I am going home with the VERY MUCH NEEEDED AC FAN MOTOR I needed to take the long haul home with. I'll only deal with this store location in any and all future purchases. Maryland heights location is a joke..

Grainger is the one of largest suppliers for industry in needly every product used available. Today purchased black light fluorescent bulbs that are being phased out for LED lighting.

They let you into the store one to one with the customer service representative that will work with you, and have clear signage to get you where you need. They have kind, knowledgeable reps, and a tech team to help ensure you leave with a product that will fit your need if you're unsure. If they don't have what you need, they will try to get it in store or to your step as quickly as possible. I'll definitely be going back and be recommending them to others.
