I'm a grad student on budget with a custom built PC that couldn't get out of the loading screen after moving to STL... (my m.2 ssd, which was my boot drive, wasn't recognized by my motherboard.) The owner took my pc, diagnosed the issue, and easily fixed it; they definitely know their computer stuff! Plus, the pricing didn't break my bank. I would absolutely recommend for repairs.

I went to go visit today on 2/22/25, but it seems they are temporarily closed for the store's remodel, which is exciting! I look forward to seeing what they have done with the place, and can't wait to come back and enjoy the great deals another day! = )

The best place to buy a used bike. Looks like they have tons of nice ones for reasonable deals, and they are all mechanically in top shape. Also love that they will take e recycling, vhs, dvds, etc. I feel like they can figure out what is useful and saleable and help responsibly get rid of the rest. Another thing to buy here would be eccentric furniture like bars. Neat stuff.

This is the best store in town for computer needs, among other things. The owners are ridiculously kind to their customers, and they price items well. They have a wonderful collection of various electronics and miscellaneous things. A must visit for any tech enthusiast.

Amazing place and staff! Love looking through everything - if you want that old thrift store feel, their movie/music section does NOT disappoint!

Great place for everything love that they have the pinball machines great pricing on computers and the dvd and music section is awesome definitely will be back to get either a pinball machine or jukebox so cool

Cool people I not only had repairs done on my laptops but purchased a great one at a decent price i just wish they'd find my laptop that somehow is missing instead of just brushing it off like I would lie about not coming to pick it up but I guess it's my fault for not pressing the issue because I think they are such nice people I just think they had alot going on that day and the time they remembered me coming to pick it up was the previous time they fixed it but hey life goes on

Owners are very helpful and worked with me on getting my items loaded, which definitely was a challenge. Prices were reasonable and saw lots of neat items in the store. Thanks again

Had a great experience buying some DVDs. This store has a great variety of goods to choose from. There is interesting furniture (not just run of the mill) to pinball machines and vinyl records. Great service and fun.

This place is great! Our son wanted a pull out love seat for his room. We found one for a great price. There are lots of other great items in the store. The owner is very personable and takes time to answer your questions. We highly recommend this place!

It’s difficult to know where to take a computer to get fixed. At Timeless Techs, Jim and Rachel gained my trust immediately. They are honest, amiable, and even walked me through how to fix the computer myself in case I chose to do so! The space itself is also interesting, with vintage cars, pinball machines, and other things for sale. Whether you are in the market for what they offer or simply want to check out a cool local business, I would recommend visiting Timeless Techs!

These people are excellent! Great Customer Service! If you are nitstalgic (sp) or nerdy, shoot you can even be a gear head. Come check these guys out and show some love!

This is absolutely the coolest tech store I have ever seen. Extremely friendly, reasonable and most of all chill. I will definitely be back and I know I met my forever connection when it comes to computers and pin ball

Laptop would not run due to a fan issue. My laptop is 8 years old, but parts were replaced and rebuilt (as there was interior damage too) all in same day. Reasonably priced. And I really liked the shop, owner and staff. It is fun and put me at ease.

When my laptop got damaged during my flight and was out of commission when I was in town for a confrence they were able to fix my computer quickly while I waited. The vintage pinball machines with free play made waiting fun! Rates were reasonable and the owner graciously toured me around to see the diffrent projects he’s working on… From vintage pinball to cars! Definitely a computer repair shop to visit when you’re in St. Louis!

Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. I was soooo stressed about my situation until CJ calmed me down within seconds, giving me advice on how to resolve the issues I’d been having for 2 years. Amazing !

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Went in because I broke my keyboard and some keys didn’t work, and they got it working like new. Also, just a really cool store to walk around in. Highly recommend

Today I took my laptop to Timeless Techs. I met the co-owner who was nice and so accommodating. He is a veteran, and glad to work for the VA St. Louis Health Care System to take care of the needs of veterans like him. Excellent customer service, a nice guy. Thank you for your service.

Worked with the Timeless Team to get a pinball machine that wasn't in stock. They hunted down a great condition machine and it was delivered quickly. They helped me to get it set up. Thanks a ton!

Came to this store for a gorgeous vintage table. The owners were very personable, and spent a great deal of time helping us find what we needed. The store itself is massive and they have a very large inventory with electronics, pinballs machines, cars, antiques, furniture, records, & more. We scored a great deal on the table and the staff even offered to help load the furniture. Overall, Great customer service, inventory, & deals.

Purchased a very well priced television and got a refurbished mouse thrown in for free! Really great service, everything is fixed up in house. Gem of a place, affordable tech products and pin ball machines, oddities. Worth stopping in :)

Perfect place to buy, visit, make friends and even go out with a great deal. I bought my semi new laptop and I am super satisfied and happy. And I still played in the pimball machines and presented a beautiful car to my son. I will come back for sure. Thank you!

I went there last friday to surprise my wife with a new computer but I also wanted to see about fixing hers that she currently uses. When I first got there I met Larry he was super nice very friendly. He told me that the tech giy would be right out. When I met Cory very nice and welcoming. When I told him what I came in for he first asked me what are you using it for. Which is really amazing to me because it means he actually cares and once to get a computer right for you. When I told him what it was for her told me to follow him in the back he was just fixing up this really nice 16 gb Dell laptop. He was telling me it was a beast and it will work completley fine for what you need it for. I don’t know much about computers on the technical side so for him to explain about it more to me really made me feel good that this would be the right one for her. While he was still finishing up with it he was also checking out her laptop to see why it was running slow. This was the best customer service I have ever had in my life because he didn’t want to just sell me just any computer he wanted to make sure I got one that would work for her needs. Above all 12+ stars I will be back to look at more other stuff. Thank you!!!
