I had a good experience with the maintenance man Larry he made sure my apartment was up to code now that he is gone I hate it here

I really love the new renovation.whenever something needs to be done it gets done on time.I especially love the maintenance guy Larry Williams nice guy always greets with a smile well mannered young man and very reliable.I really hate that they let him go he was one of the best they had

Darrienne, the leasing manager, and her team are great. Our agency rents several units at The Legends. The management and office staff are always polite, professional and responsive. Rents are fairly priced and the grounds are well maintained. I highly recommend The Legends for those looking for a conveniently located and economically priced apartment.

After living three years here, I’m genuinely impressed by how much Legends at Pasadena Hills keeps leveling up in management and treatment with applicants and residents. These apartments are terrible! Management constantly invalidates your concerns, and work orders go unfulfilled because they're supposedly "not within maintenance's job description." I've had plumbing issues that caused backups into my apartment—and the list goes on. I do not recommend living here!

Andrea,Vash and Ms.Darrienne are all very nice with each encounter I have .. Tommy is very quick to reply with work orders and nice.. I feel right at home with renting from the Legends and I will definitely recommend a friend as I was recommended.. I truly enjoy my apartment just far..

Newly renovated apartments and management change has made all the difference! Darrienne really cares and tries hard to make sure tenants are taken care of!

Don't do it. Lived here a year and it was a nightmare. Bathroom ceiling leaked everyday. Water had black specs in it. I reported many times and they said it would stop. Again I lived there a year and it never stopped. I once watched two cars get torn apart by angry people in the parking lot. My own car was stolen after I lived there a month. Run away from this nightmare apartment.

0 star. I was told ,my apartment was renovated it is not , terrible NEW & OLD management. Maintenance crew never fixes anything & is always M.I.A. They change something every other week & always adding extra fees out the blue. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I have great intentions on moving there the woman in the office are so respectful and kind they were very patient with me and I can't wait to see if I get approved again And shout out to Andrea for all the help and patience

The leasing office is always unavailable. I did an application and I have been calling for a week no answer and I went to the leasing office, and it was closed. I have left multiple messages, and no one has called me back. It's very discouraging I spent my money on the application, so I deserve some level of courtesy. Update: I have lived here for three weeks now and my A/C still hasn’t been fixed. They are false advertising new HVAC System. Maintenance takes to long obviously they need to hire. The office is very unorganized. Eric and Joel never answer the phone and Joel is always late. At this point I’m very unsatisfied with the leasing office and maintenance. I work to hard for my money to have y’all not providing me with everything I am paying for every month. Get it together.

I’m here since my grandparents can’t come on here and leave a review. This place is terrible, my grandparents have been told multiple times they will be transferred to another unit but has yet to be done. They have rain coming into one of their bedrooms with cracks and water marks all over it. ON TOP OF IT ALL THEY ARE NEVER AVAILABLE NO USE IN A PHONE. UPDATE: someone went by and told them someone will be by this week…. Like how is rain leaking in their apartment ok and not fixed immediately or accommodated? ALSO THEIR AIR IS OUT AND THEY TOLD THEM THEY WILL HAVE TO CALL SOMEBODY TO FIX IT. Why is there no one on site to fix these problems …. On TOP OF THAT THEY WANT TO BE PAID TO GET THEM TRANSFERRED…. You people are a JOKE!

I have been here at these apartments and the last staff really wasn't helpful! But the new staff in office right now has made it a great place and comfortable to stay!! Jewell in office is awesome and very interested in the tenants that stay here wouldn't trade him for the world! Also Ebony she has been great with helping me to get my apartment together as far as maintenance goes!

Love the apartment! So much space! Balcony, dishwasher and central air. Maintenance comes the same day you put your ticket in! Great price for the space. Friendly neighbors.

So far so good. My apartment was in good shape and I had 1 issues but it was fixed the next day😊. I’m looking forward to seeing the full property update finished and the clubhouse and pool up and going but for how I’m happy with the staff and the property.

I have lived here for nine years. Things have improved tremendously during that time. The remodeled apartments are spacious. The location is great, just off the highway, and there is a large dog park.

I have been at the apartment complex for nearly 14 years and the current leasing agency is by far the best, , it's a 1000 percent better, I'm pleased , and glad that they are planning to do more for the residents, keep up the good work and improvement,

Management is horrible they will never answer your calls and leaving a message is a waste of time because they will not call you back unless your apartment is flooding caused by maintenance. Have gone 6 days now without water and management nor the corporate office has provided an estimated time the issue will be resolved. One maintenance issue after the other and no response!! No one should have to live this way especially when you pay your rent on time every month. It is just a matter of time before this slum village is condemned!

Literally zero stars!! My air did not work through the summer and heat didn’t work in the winter! I constantly put in work orders JASMINE AND CRAIG DID NOTHING. I had to involve the better business b & My neighbor went the whole summer without air!! Leaks everywhere !! Issues never fixed ! the worst apartment I ever moved in.

The display two bedrooms two bath was impeccable. It was what I needed being a flood victim and it was renovated. However when it was time to pick out my apartment the whole game changed. The entry doors was just tore up on the two units that I toured. Holes in the concrete. God forbid if you on crutches or have a disability because you going to fall. Part of the baseboards wasn't there. Paint on the windows and the steps. YOU COULDN'T CLOSE AND OPEN THE SLIDING CLOSET DOORS. And I didn't even have on my glasses. I CRIED ALL THE WAY HOME. I was going to pay 6 months rent in advance. The dark skin leasing agent was everything I love in a person. He was kind articulate patient and very professional and I pray him all of God's blessings. The general manager was professional as well thumbs up to you baby but that's as far as I go es. Even though I'm on flood victim and I'm desperate but I deserve to be happy.

Today was a Blessing for me after months of dealing with a issue in my unit. Maintenance worker Mr. Darryl is a kind spirit, effective and compassionate with and in his job. His performance is top of the line, if I was a business owner I would hire him hands down. Daryl continue to show and have positive energy you will go far 🙏 I want have issues and my problem in my unit is solved 🙌

Trash company. Very unprofessional. I’ve been trying to get an apartment here for literally 5 months. Nobody ever answers the phone or is in the office. I’ve literally called them 4-5x a day and left messages and never got a call back from them. Got to the point I’d have to drive up to the premises just to speak to someone, but more often than not the leasing office was closed. They don’t respect your time and the tenants I’ve talked to said they don’t even prioritize Maintenance work. A gentleman told me his water doesn’t get hot and his stove doesn’t work and he’s been on the wait list for months. Look elsewhere.

THE WORST APARTMENTS EVER!!!!!! THE WORST LEASING TEAM EVER!!!! I signed a lease agreement that they did not agree to, they lied to me twice about getting my keys. They then tried to charge me $1000 3 days before they came up with a new lease for me to sign, 2 weeks i had to do the most just to contact them; i had to drive up to the apartments several times. All because they changed my move in date 3 TIMES!!! i asked for a refund, they lied a refund that never came! THEY SCAMMED OF ME $500 meanwhile i'm 5 months pregnant! Thank God! they didn't send me into early labor!! VERY STRESSFUL!!! THEY LEFT ME WITH NOTHING!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! THEY DON'T CALL YOU BACK ect. GHETTO!!! UNPROFESSIONAL! paying $150+ to stay in the suburbs is well worth it at least i know ill have a roof over me and my kids head! and don't have to deal with people who don't care about my hard earned money. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME !!SMH!!

I just moved in in February and I wouldn't recommend this complex AT ALL. When I first moved in nothing was right. I didn't have hot water anywhere in my unit, there was no blinds on the windows, no screens to keep the bugs out, the toilet kept running, the speaker box wasn't working, and they weren't even done putting the finishing touches on the unit. A maintenance request takes weeks for them to even come by the unit just for them to still not fix anything. The maintenance people just walk into my unit without even knocking and then leave to "grab supplies" and never come back leaving me to have to put in another request and start the entire process over again. Its April now so the temperature has risen and I've come to find that my AC doesn't work. After several maintenance request and calls to the office I was told that they can't fix it until May because "the chemicals won't mix well with the current weather" and was told to think about opening a window. Mind you there has been several days where it's been over 80 degrees meanwhile the thermostat in my apartment has been reading over 80 DEGREES. SCORCHING! Before I even moved in I asked were there any units without carpet and I was told by the assistant manager Jasmine that all the units come with carpet, come to find out that there are several units with carpet because my neighbor doesn't have carpet and the vacant apartment above me doesn't have carpet. I absolutely despise carpet and would have highly prefered a unit without carpet. I was also told that all the units have call boxes but when I moved in I found that mine wasn't working and after a call to the office I was told that they weren't going to fix them because they were so old and outdated. WHY ADVERTISE THEM THEN?? They claim they have updated the units but most of them are very much outdated with old appliances and accessories. Also most of the buildings have broken locks so just anyone can waltz in, that's a major safety concern. They let the trash from the dumpster blow everywhere and just leave it there.These apartments are rundown and not managed well I definitely won't be renewing my lease and wouldn't suggest anyone to live here because the price does not reflect the value or service.

Here at the Legends, the maintenance man Darryl, he's great once again he came to my apartment and fixed things right. I give him 4 stars hopefully he remembers to come back tomorrow to finish my closet door. Other than one of the best workers here, he knows his job.

I have had water coming into my apartment for 2 weeks. Maintenance won't do anything about it or don't know what to do. I have literally mopped my floor over 20 times in the last 2 weeks getting this water up and they still haven't fixed it yet. I wouldn't recommend anyone move here. They are no better than they were before they changed the name from Hillcrest.

4 stars because there's always room for improvement. The apartments inside is very big. The balconies will get you long an spacious . I don't know what it came from ,but what it came too is what matter. They did a very good job here
