The dock workers were extremely friendly and loaded me quickly. One of the office workers Lori was so sweet and patient as I slide my tandems multiple times!!! She needs a raise!!!

Always a pleasure picking up loads from this facility. All staff members are always courteous and professional. They get you in and out fast with no hassle. Bonus Miss Lori is the best!

I arrived late after hours and they still loaded my truck they were very friendly and easy to get along with. The lot was clean didn’t have to worry about running over any scrap . Lori was friendly and quick to help 👍

Great facility for truck drivers such as my myself to go to. Mrs. Lori is very nice and welcoming. Whenever I back into my loading dock TWIN gets the job done safe and efficiently. Should out to her and her work ethic! Frank is a cool guy too. Such a great place!

Tell me why one of your trucks came to empty a dumpster in my residential neighborhood at 2:30am? And why your customer service rep said she could do “nothing” to help me? Why do your drivers always show up blasting music and being disruptive? Why do they leave trash all over the place when it conveniently falls out of the container?

We have a problem with service on Wed for yard waste for a while. In last month I called 3 times to report the issue. The last time I contacted company was on Thursday talk to Brandy she was nice and told me that someone will be at our house the next day. No one showed up. This is my 2nd post here, after first post I received an email address but I was not able to do much. When I put my address it offered me to call the office which I already had 3 x . This is very unprofessional way to take care of customers. MK

Made a specific request for a change in the waste containers . Instead of fulfilling the request, you took our waste containers and we have had multiple days where we don't have anywhere to put our trash . Your office hours our non-reasonable and when attempting to leave a voicemail because your ivr system isn't properly coded, it just hangs up the phone . You are completely unaccountable in an absolute waste of civil resources. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourself for putting people through such stress for such a basic service.

Never pick up my yard waste on time. Consistently is having issues. When reporting issues, asking for a refund because the service was not done. They give you the run around. This company only cares about collecting money and not fulfilling a service.

I don't understand why you have a number and nobody picks up and it just keeps rolling over to the voice to tell you to wait. I've had 2 weeks in a row that they haven't picked up my recycling. Nothing is sticking out, but they don't pick it up. Im tired of paying for crappy service, for nothing. It's never been the same since the switch over to this company.

This company really struggles to provide yard waste services and the communication is horrible. I ordered yard waste services 4 weeks ago and have not had them pick up once. I call each week that they miss me and they couldn’t give me any explanation until the 4th week. The reason they didn’t pick up was because of the plastic bags I use. That’s fine… what’s not fine is that when I originally started this service, the customer service rep specifically told me plastic bags are okay as long as they are under 36 gallons. The customer service representative was very sweet, but her supervisor told her there’s nothing they can do. How about a refund for the month I haven’t received services due to errors on your end? Really disappointed, and a huge headache. I would recommend finding another service provider, this is not the one you want trust me.

Recycling wasn't picked up on our street again. Neither waste nor recycling were picked up on the other side of our street. So everyone will have to leave it all on the street again since no one knows when/if it'll be picked up. Pretty common around here. EDIT: 2/16 just watched the driver skip half the houses on our road including ours this time. Awesome drivers!

Republic services is the worst 😫 I've ever experienced. We moved into our new house in 2020 and have had nothing but problems with them. They can't spell your name correctly on your account and can't fix it either in 3 years. They continually miss pick ups, and call to complain and they just say it's a glitch in the system or the driver didn't know. We will call you when we know when we can pick it up. We have no choice but to use them because of the county. I have called numerous times over the past few weeks and still no pick up of my yard waste, even after numerous of promises. Now I have blown my leaves to the curb and you can pick them up whenever you decide to empty the cans! Stop being disrespectful to disabled retired veterans that are just trying to do what they can. Not all of you are just my driver for yard waste. My driver Bill for trash and recycling is amazing. Take some lessons yard man. Bill even gets Christmas gifts from us!

We moved into our new house in March 2023 and started services with republic. Our trash didn’t get picked up for a whole month despite reporting missed pick ups. The issue was resolved for 3-4 weeks and then they stopped picking up again. Our bills were never late and we always put our trash out on the correct day. The final straw was when they stopped picking up altogether and the same trash was sitting out for 2 months in the summer heat. We submitted missed pick ups & the office staff claimed they kept “escalating the issue to operations & to wait till Friday and they’ll pick it up” which they never did. For 2 months. We canceled immediately and demanded a refund for time our trash wasn’t picked up. They finally picked up our trash when they came to take back the can we used. Interesting how they didn’t miss it that time.

Semi driver. Ive been here twice to pick up loads of recycled paper. Not a ton of space and lots of moving traffic at times. Getting into dock and check in and out process was straightforward and painless. Extremely fast loading. Just make sure to swing very wide for the scales.

Terrible service all around, trash is never picked up and customer service is not helpful at all. Not only do I have my trash bins out on the pickup date but 24/7, the lid is completely closed as they request and yet I am always skipped unless I call and report it. I have utilized the website to report missed trash pickups, and my reports are never taken care of. Both my partner and I work the same business hours as Republic Services so it is extremely difficult for us to take time out of our day to call, when we call during our lunch breaks, the hold times are too long, which means we need to take unpaid time from our job just to call. This week alone we called 3 times, and what did customer service do? They said they had “notated our account” and that we would have to call and report this every time it happened. How is this fair? Not getting a service we’re paying for and on top of that, request time off from work just to call each and very week. Update: The issue started happening again a few months ago, so I called in and asked to speak to a manager, to which I was told I would get a call back. Unfortunately since I was working, I did not get to answer the call, so I got a voicemail of an unprofessional manager who put the blame on me. Her answer was, “you haven’t been calling to report all your missed pickups, make sure to call us every time”. What kind of solution is that? I pay for a service that I do not receive, and I have to take time out of my day to call to let you know of your lack of responsibility week after week? It’s simply not fair. It is your job to take accountability and find a solution, I need this to be resolved permanently.

We just moved into a new home. So far it’s been like a root canal to get old nasty bins left here emptied and picked up for a new bin. Left messages and calls weren’t returned. Scheduled pickups weren’t met and and when I finally got through again they had no record (of course) Here’s hoping actual service is reliable and trouble free.

Absolutely horrible service. Missed more than 65% of yard waste pickups through the summer, when I asked for it (yard waste) to be canceled via phone in late-July, I was advised the service was removed (for YOU RS; this is why no yard waste has been left out for months). When I inquired again (via email) there was no response). I advised again and was advised (paraphrasing) is show you canceled the service online on X date (which was done due to the CSR’s inability to perform their job). Avoid them if possible.

Three weeks and no pickups/services. Bill is the same amount though, actually an increase from the last company I had to use. This google review section is saying "What services did they perform", I can't actually check that as they have yet to do that. So, I'm going to check what they SHOULD have been doing this whole time. Update: 11/25/2022: Two times my auto-pay has been mysteriously non-functional. Not sure how all of the other services that have auto-pay functions work but for some reason this one doesn't. The bar was already low in expectations, but somehow, they've found a way to let me down even more.

I had them for over a year and my last 6 months with them they never picked my trash up when they would they would throw it all over my yard and leave trash in our cans. When I finally cancelled they didn’t pick my trash cans up for over a month then told me they we’re going to charge me even tho they still weren’t picking them up with me leaving them out for that whole month. I just checked my old account to see where my refund was and they credited it to an account I’ll never use again. When you talk to people they are super nice but it’s always a 30min hold. I would honestly check out waste management and never get an account through republic.

Asked Republic Services to remove 1 garbage bin. It has just been sitting at my home and I realized that I was getting charged for the extra one. So they have a company they subcontract to come by and pick-up/deliver extras to residents. Today they took all my garbage bins and recycle and I told them we need the bins but the guy told me all he can do is request them to come back out and that they only schedule their drivers in certain areas. It is that company’s mistake so they need to be back out asap or I will be bringing all my trash to a Republic Service location. Wish they just had their own service trucks or drive up area so I could get my 1 garbage bin and 1 recycle bin myself. Also, they need to allow for more yard waste bags to be picked up and/or delivered to their facility. I have a half acre yard and it takes me 3+ weeks to get all my leaf bags picked up at only 10 bags a week.

Very easy to get to. Right off exit 201A to the East. Pull in and hop on the scale. Talk to the people and then pull off to the left and back into a dock. Loads are heavy and as you can guess it's trash. That being said, the place is fairly clean for a recycling place. Where I was there the docks were easy to get into. The guy running the scale was nice and helpful. It's over all not a bad place I just hate hauling garbage in my trailer. Mainly because it's heavy, cheap and they never clean their mess up when done. By "they" I mean the receiver not this shipper.

I have never been so marginalized as a customer in my life ! I brought in at least 15 to 20 pounds of aluminum cans for recycling. I arrived well within business hours and not during lunch. The aluminum can shop had the door closed. I honked my horn no one came out. I got out of my car and I heard what appeared to be a meeting of some sort inside people laughing ect. I called the front desk at gate and it was hard to get the attendant. My first call ring no answer I called again and was informed that they only worked a half day today and were closed ! I was advised they only work a half day tomorrow as well and are closed Friday. There was no sign up stating this at the facility or the Republic website. I was see my multiple employees who could have let me know. Instead the employees scattered like ants when they saw me unloading my cans. I wound up leaving my cans there I did want to have to load them up again. I am a veteran with a bad knee. The cans will be sitting there in the morning. I would like them weighed and a call from republic management to let me know they are mailing my check to me.

Reading the reviews, I wish I'd done more research before ordering their service. I have had trash service through them for less than 6 months and have had to report not having my trash picked up more than 6 times. Furthermore the billing is jacked up as well. I have not had a single bill that was the same price over these six months. I'm under a two-year contract with fixed pricing.

Great trash company if you only need your trash picked up 50% of the time. They also randomly change your pickup date with no warning, which is cool. I mean even if you have it out on your old day and your new one it probably still won’t get picked up. My bill definitely made it to my mailbox though.

If I could do 0 out of 5 I would. Canceled my service and was told I would receive a refund within 3 weeks. Never received it so had to call myself. They charged us a 20.00 fee for picking up our cans. Still have not received my refund minus the ridiculous 20.00 fee for can pick up. Poor customer service. Would never recommend them.

I called on a Monday to establish service and was met by a very polite informative customer sales rep. I liked the terms and was all set up for trash collection on Thursday..... They never showed! I called and spoke to another very apologetic and polite rep and was informed that I wasn't in the system so I went through the set up again and was told they'd do a courtesy pick up that same evening Thursday and/or into Friday by 7pm...... They never showed!!! Saturday is now here and I still have trash sitting at my curb and again I call and spoke to a polite apologetic rep only to be informed they unfortunately do not have a truck in my area and I would have to wait until Monday. Service=Cancelled!! Thanks for nothing Allied waste!!!
