Had to bring my truck there for an estimate and left there for a day ,the next day they gave me a crazy amount that doesn't worth what I was looking for ,I tried to negotiate with them and we didnt come to any understanding 🙃,when I tried to get my truck back the lady at the counter got into her feelings and just decided to charge me 325.00.something that was not there or we agreed on before I brought my truck there ,I felt like I been robbed !!!!!

We took one of our trucks here, and Tyler C. in the service department did a great job of explaining everything to me. His customer service is something a lot of companies/people lack these days. Rush Truck Center kept me updated via email whenever the truck was onto the next step of repairs.

Too lazy to walk to the driver lounge to communicate no response to emails that they sent to wrong company. Job set up 2 days in advance driver had to drive over 150 miles because they were only shop to have part in stock. Driver told delayed additional because of waiting on parts. Don't come here for a mirror replacement unless you just want to waist 7 hours plus drive time.

Good afternoon all Columbus Carries please be careful this Rush Truck center Columbus Ohio to avoid to give service because they just need money to pay when they make mistakes for them self they complain and tell you just paid the money and Leave I wish city Columbus will be come and see it what is going here I will make sure they will be responsible all the damage they cost for the citizens since they tell the people you need to call our attorney make this Rules no one can do nothing us i m going to make sure nobody else they keep having same problem what ever they do again just avoid to come here service because they don’t have any experience machine also there stuff is not working properly since they can’t fixed the trucks they will keep it and make you to paid there staff since they been paying a lot of bills in

I have ran International trucks for many years. I've been going to Rush to purchase International specific parts when I needed them. Never had issues until the last year or so. Calling in would send me to a call center. Sometimes get an answer, sometimes send me Into a loop, sometimes simply hang up on me. Call back, go on hold, get kicked off to a survey then disconnected. It was difficult, sometimes impossible to connect with someone. I would try to contact service just to get parts and it would put me in the same situation. I had a breakdown in Columbus and needed an international specific part. Tried to connect, waited on hold, left messages for 3 hours while I tried to locate this part anywhere, including out of town. Finally tried sales to see if i could talk to a person. Ben answered. I told him what I needed and he said he would walk back to parts and talk to someone at parts. Ben called back with Mickey on the line. Mickey found the part I wanted in stock. He took the payment. Since I was broken down and on the opposite side of town from their west side location, Mickey offered to deliver the part for me after he was off from work. That was a huge help! He delivered the part. I changed it out. The part was helpful but didn't solve all of my problems. Mickey waited with me to see if I needed any more help. They also followed up with me on the next day to see how it went. Unfortunately, I have another issue with the truck and will need another part. I was at the point where I did not want to buy parts from Rush anymore but the help from Mickey and Ben made me change my mind. It was good to find people that will still help when a bad situation happens such as a breakdown. I was very impressed with them and appreciate their help.

Took my truck to them to have them clean the DEF filter. They had my truck for almost 48 days, they did absolutely nothing. The inside of my cab was destroyed. They pulled everything from under the seats. They even felt the need to get in the back of my truck and leave the back door open. Absolutely no reason for them to be in the back of the truck. The guy at the reception desk acts like you're a inconvenience. Definitely will never take my truck to them again.

Unfortunately, my latest experience with Rush wasn't a positive one. I dropped the truck off on 5/28. I was originally given an estimated completion date of 6/04.... then 6/13.......then 6/18..... then 6/ 30. The truck was there for 34 days. During the process, i was told they were backed up, they were still doing diagnosis, or they were waiting on parts. The numerous unanswered emails didn't help either. After all that time and money, NOTHING I brought it in for was fixed. I was fortunate enough to take it somewhere else. It was fixed properly in a quarter of the time. I really didn't expect an experience like this with Rush. Rush really burned me..... When Rush replies to reviews it's strictly for optics. They want to make it seem like they care about your issue, but they actually don't. I called the number left in the reply, left 2 messages, no one has returned my call.

I was towed here overnight for an oil change when my upper injector seal failed again just outside of Columbus. The failure on a ISX dumps fuel into your oil until your oil pressure bottoms out and kills the engine. I replaced the injector seal early in the morning and they pulled it into the shop with a Forklift. I told them I just wanted the oil changed and the oil filter replaced. They tried to charge me $1,600.00 for an oil change and to pull it into the shop with a Forklift. They also said that all my wheel seals were leaking or weeping. I own my rig and the company I operate under. I check it every day. It's old but doesn't leak. I inspected it after leaving the shop and someone cut slits in my front wheel seal caps with a blade. They're the older style with a pinhole in the center to vent. Well that's where it was leaking from and I had to buy new caps and then verify the leaked stopped, which it did. I got them down to $800 but I'm very upset about the caps. If they cut those caps and I killed people on the roadway because my bearings failed. Well let's just say it's horrible that people do these kinds of things to benefit themselves or a company. It's a selfish world out there and you or your kids might become victims of it one day.

I had an exceptional experience with this company servicing our trucks! From start to finish, everything was seamless. The technician, Kayden, was absolutely outstanding. He was not only knowledgeable and professional but also went above and beyond to ensure our trucks were running smoothly. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was incredibly thorough in his work. It's rare to find someone who cares so much about the quality of service they provide. I’m beyond impressed and will definitely be coming back for future service. Highly recommend!

Our parts delivery guy Gary takes very good care of us. He’s so helpful delivering and returning parts/core. Our sales rep Mickey goes above and beyond whenever we have issues. He quickly solves the problem and makes everything right.

I operate a maintenance shop of my own and when one of our trucks stumped us after trying everything we knew to try to fix it we decided to take it to rush. Big mistake. After having it towed there I received an email stating what they believed was wrong but also noted the truck had several other issues and they asked if I wanted an estimate. I said sure give me the estimate but I really just need the truck to be operational for now and I can get to the other stuff after the first of the year. Never get the estimate and I call them about a week later and they say it’s ready to be picked up. We drive down to them and I pay for what they’ve done and I get out on the road and I can immediately tell the truck isn’t right. I ended up turning it around and taking it back. The worker at the desk said that’s not good and I said no it’s not. He went to the back and brought someone up to talk to me who was extremely condescending and argumentative telling me I declined repairs. No where in our dialog did I decline anything. So then the service manager came in and said they would do further diagnostics that Friday. Then I got an email saying the tech wouldn’t be able to do it until Monday. 3 weeks pass and I hear nothing. I send off another email asking how it was going, silence. I call a few days later and the person on the phone sounded as if they forgot the truck was even there but told me I’d have the estimate the next day. Two days after that I finally get it. There was $15,000 worth of repairs listed with only one being for what I had actually taken it there for. I told them to fix that issue. We picked it up yesterday and now the truck functions worse than it did the first time I picked it up. So $2000 and a month later and my truck is in worse shape than when I took it there.

You made the mistake of leaving your track. I am writing here so that others know and do not get into such a situation., I wrote from two accounts so that they can see that I am a real person and a case they are liars they say they will do the truck 3-4 days they cheated almost two weeks have passed I said what needs to be done no diagnostics needed I want everyone here to be punished for the service because of their attitude towards the tragedy of races especially the Mexican service department I won't call back just to get my money back. they didn’t return the money to me return the money what they did a week later the track broke!!!!!!!

We came from FL to buy Isuzu FTR from Rush Truck Center. It appeared that the side door was leaking and the rolling back door is not stable and was always falling down. I mentioned that and they assured that it will get fixed. (Keep in mind - I am talking about brand new truck). So, we sent numerous emails and text messages - no one ever replied on that. So we went to a local shop - we were charged 450$ to fix these issues - we sent the bill to Rush Truck Center and no one replied again. Also we bought brand new International MV607 here a year ago, and after 75k miles this truck started to break. Which cause us thousands of dollars of loss, days of downtime, towing expenses (not covered by warranty) and problems with our clients. The worse thing that International dealerships don't care about you, your warranty and your truck. Don't buy International trucks. They are not reliable new or used.
