If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I got stuck halfway in my driveway and half on the street on 01/31/26 a few days after Columbus got that major snow. I was low key panicking and had called a couple of places to see about getting a pull out of my driveway. I was either put on hold too long or other places said they couldn't help. Granted, Columbus was still dealing with digging out people and cars from snow a few days prior. I called BM on a whim because of their location convenient to my home. #Support Westside Business. The operator (young lady, I did not catch her name) answered right away and put my mind at ease while collecting my information and location. She told me it would be about 90 minutes and they would call when their dispatcher is on their way. Just about 90 minutes later I received a call from Sean letting me know he was on his way. When he got there, he even tried digging my car out first. When that didnt work, he was able to maneuver around my tightly spaced driveway to pull my car out onto the street. He was able to complete the job in under 10 minutes and I was able to pay with Zelle app via my Huntington app. 12 out of 10! If you need help, please give these guys a call. They are real personal and good people.
Follow up. I had to call on 02/03/26 for a copy of my receipt and they are able to text it to me. Definitely liked that!
They towed a wrecked truck to my shop. The driver, lacking any common sense and not even bothering to call me to ask where to leave it, decided to park the truck right in front of my garage door, completely blocking the shop entrance. When I saw this on the security cameras, I called them to ask them to move it somewhere else, and their secretary simply told me they couldn't come back, that they had already done their job and left my front door blocked with a useless truck. After that, they stopped answering the phone. They are completely irresponsible.
Guy out helping people who are stuck out, was on the side of the road helping someone get unstuck and they saw and stopped and helped us out immensely, great guys who really care
I would give this towing company 5 stars because the lady who answered my call was very nice and helpful and also the guy who came to tow our was very kind less than 15 minutes service that’s amazing all I want say thank you.
I reached out to BM towing this evening as a broker looking to resolve an issue for a customer for a breakdown at a facility. BM towing was fairly priced, communicated quickly, efficiently and offered outstanding communication keeping me and my customer updated all night long. BM Towing is the real deal! Most towing companies see an accident and jack up the price, but these guys were reasonable, quick, and treated me like a human being instead of just another bill. Mike went above and beyond. Will never call anyone else. 10/10!

This was by far one of the easiest and quickest tows I’ve ever received. The driver, Shawn, was great and very personable and knowledgeable as well. While we were driving through Columbus, the back axle of our 32’ gooseneck LQ horse trailer came loose. BM Towing was able to get our truck and trailer up on a flatbed and deliver us to a repair shop. It was nerve-wracking for us, but they did a great job with our rig. Thanks so much for the help!

Service was awesome! Professional, courtesy and timely. My aunt had two tow trucks out and they both left her stranded. Called another company, they told her two hours. A hour and an half later, they said they couldn’t come. I called BM and they were clutch! Debbie was great! I told her the situation and asked, could they help. She said, “No problem! We’ll be there in 15 minutes.”

I got stuck in a muddy ground i have contacted BM Towing on weekend night tand i was lucky that i got the service they meet me at places in a hour after calling i have made couple of calls before them to get quote which was $1700 and BM towing have charged me only $850 the driver stayed with unit i hit the road i really appreciate there service they’re really professional and they make sure NOt to make your day more worse with high prices
BM towing made a stressful experience so much less stressful. The dispatcher, Victoria was so kind and quick to get the information she needed to send out a truck. The truck arrived in less than 30 minutes and the driver, Shawn, went above and beyond to make sure that three women were not left alone on the side of the road. He waited until our ride arrived and took the car directly to the dealership for us. He even helped fill out the paperwork needed for late night drop off and made sure we were all good to go before heading out. I am saving this company to use if I ever need a tow truck again in the future and sharing their info with everyone I know.

This company, is UNBELIEVABLE. 5 STARS PLUS. Matt the flat bed operator was Professional calm cool collected under extremely tough and dangerous circumstances. The guy didn't flinch even as traffic refused to move over and blasted within feet of him at 80 miles an hour plus. Dispatch said an hour to two hours before an operator could get to me, Matt was there in less than an hour. This is the best tow experience I've ever had, I recommend no other company in the city. I recommend no other driver than Matt, UNBELIEVABLE at how good he is at his job. Not to mention, at the dealership the man put my car in a parking spot perfectly without turning it on. I see a lot of people saying horrible things, their price was 161.50 for 7 miles, that included taxes, every other tow company was 175 plus tax. With 3 plus hours of wait time. At drop off paid cash, he was honest there was a credit card fee already added into the price, so he removed that and gave us the above 161.50. Where im from tows start at 200 and its about 10 dollars a mile. Great company great people GREAT DRIVER.Thank you guys so much
Mike was the only person that was able to successfully get this vehicle moved due to the low dynamics. I was on I270 from 2:30 - 11;45pm with 4 other tow companies that wouldn't touch it. Called BM after waiting 2.5 hours and freezing for a tow service that never came thru my road side assistance...they were there within 20 minutes had me hooked up and ready to go in 10 minutes...took my car exactly where I needed it and didn't charge me a fourtune for the tow! Driver was very nice and friendly (super sweet kid) will definitly call again if another tow is needed... Highly recommend!!!
Quote was substantially higher than other local companies and a 35% additional fee was added for doing even less than was requested of them in the first place. I still have to call another towing company to complete the job. Photos show a 100’ or less winch on solid ground from a chain that I hooked up and had ready for him, tow it 11 miles and drop it in the street. I was quoted $450, it took 1 1/2 hrs, they had me waiting for two hours past the time we agreed on with zero communication. I was charged $600 plus tax. Other companies wanted $200 per hour. (HALF!) I went with them based on availability. My advice, wait for someone who isn’t trying to get their Christmas bonus out of your pocket!

Getting towed is never cheap, especially with a tractor and trailer in tow, but they charged a fair and reasonable price. This is where many people have a hard time managing their expectations, not taking into account the cost of recovery equipment and the cost of having associates on call for recovery at any given moment.
I broke down on a dangerous stretch of I-70 in Columbus at 9pm. Not only did BM Towing arrive within 25 minutes, Mike M. provided service well above and beyond my expectations.

We always advise our customers to contact BM Towing for their needs. Very professional and honest! Wont destroy your car and they have their own lot for storage unlike most other tow truck company's.
