Great service , great techs they on top with there diagnostic had my truck back on the road in a timely manner. Most of all service advisor Triston Eyerman did his part of great customer service and always had a promt answer every time I’ll call in for an update about my truck …….thanks again to McMahon Volvo and their team not forgetting Joe I. Absoloutly and easily the worse service department I've ever seen in all of my years dealing with service departments. If you dont know what your doing with your vehichle this place will take advantage of you then when you show them they have been ripping you off they will disrespect you to the fullest. If I could explain it all here.....long story short get your service trucks serviced elsewhere people.

The oil change takes 2 days and when I come to pick up my truck I’ll wait for a keys another 45 miners because the mechanic lock the keys in his own tools box ( crazy) ?

I am in literal disbelief by how professional and unfair the "service manager" Chris Price is at this location and will be contacting corporate if there is one. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone if they were even trying to drive themselves out of hell and broke down. Un fricking real how much they charge and get by with. And this is coming from someone that works for a place that's spent at least 30k dollars in repairs with this place.
Don’t usually write reviews but I got great service here thanks to Evan. Had Nox sensors replaced, full def service, water pump replaced, front drive axle torque arm replaced, & def sending unit replaced. All of it needed to be done as quickly as possible and they got it all done in 16 hours.
Time is money in trucking and they got it done in short order. Thank you Evan & everyone in the parts & service for the expedited repair. Would highly recommend ?
Evans James in service was nice and helpful. He got us in and out quickly, as we needed to be in PA, 3 hours away. We needed 4 batteries installed for a Freightliner with an RV sleeper, so it was a quick job, and we didn't want to risk doing it wrong ourselves and ruining our inverter. Great team.
The morning lady at the front desk and Evan at night was very helpful in answering questions and updating the status of the repair. They are Jerrdan specialists, fixed our PTO in no time. Everyone I have interacted with was courteous and helpful. Truck breaking down is stressful but they helped making the process better. Good shop and good professionals.

Sean the service manager .Also Julia and Justin are great mechanics are very knowledgeable The enire team here at McMahon Volvo have gone above and beyond to reduce my repair bill and getting me back on the road quickly as possible. We have been very blessed to have found McMahon Truck Center. We came in with a concern about service light with issues of losing power. Tristen was there for us from the time we pulled in to check us in a through every step of the process, the communication of every stage of making a decision into how to fix the issue was explained with professionalism. We were at the hotel waiting on service we would receive updates on how the procedure was going from when the parts arrived to when they started working on our truck. It was like having a family member in the hospital. The updates where a relief that things were going as expected. So many staff members that would see us sitting in the waiting area would ask us if we needed anything several times. We will definitely be back. The service was outstanding.
I had my truck fixed here for Nox sensor issue, warranty covered it, I had to pay for diagnostic. Then when I tried to pick up the truck, the breaks were frozen, I called in for a courtesy help, they refused claiming I have to pay for another diagnostics. The individual at service was rude on insisting that he can’t help. Imagine you spent 1000’s and the dealership can’t offer a courtesy help. I had to watch YouTube to help myself and finally out there.
We had the headlight assembly replaced in February. The highbeam on the new assembly has stopped working. Stopped to get it swapped out under warranty.
Have been waiting from 12:57 pm to 5:00 pm , not making money. You would think get it done and down the road so drivers will want to come back but I won't come back they are costing me money and some always have attitudes like you are invading their time and space.
It's a warranty replacement. I had an appointment, and they put a unit in that was defective. Now I have to lose money waiting for them to decide when it's convenient for them to fix it.
Side not the restroom shows a complete lack of respect for their customers it's a small hole in the wall with no thought for comfort of any kind. The fixtures are from the 1950s when the building was originally built. Truck drivers are, in some cases, big guys, and the small toilet is inadequate.
I didn't get paid $196 an hour to sit and wait 5 hours for the headlight assembly to be replaced. Never again, my time isn't valuable to them.
Very expensive place be careful these sales people will get you. I price my parts from Cincinnati and Ky and these guys are killing people. Never step in here again
I came to McMahon truck service to get my Volvo 670 fixed due to derate and dash signs and diagnostics. I was immediately assisted by the service supervisor Josh and Scott on Monday and was ready to go before the weekend. I had a load and time was a factor and this branch was thorough and price was fair. I really thank the staff like Hanna and Tasha and a special thanks to technician Ryan for finding my chamber leak for me. I definitely recommend this place and tell them Gus sent you. Quality work and underrated service
