Went to pick up my truck and trailer. I needed a lot of paperwork which I had but not in the correct order. Linnett was a sweetheart of a person, very professional and polite. She had to go through a lot with my paperwork but at the end she managed to help me get my truck. Thank you Linnett, I will never forget this. The plastic pass for my apartment cracked and fell off the rearview mirror. So instead of thinking about how I've parked in the same parking space directly in front of my door for several months or asking anyone from the leasing office, they tow my car around midnight. I only found out it was even at their location because I called the cops. Any further cursory glance probably would have shown them where the pass fell near the gear shift. Also blocked my car in so I had to wander the lot for 20 minutes to find someone to move other vehicles. The leasing office here covered the cost so good on them.

Ms Linette was a doll! she helped me get out of there fast and made my whole time there a breath of relief! need more workers like her!!

Complete scumbags. They towed my car from my apartment complex despite my vehicle having a valid parking permit. When I arrived at the impound lot, I asked multiple times to see my car before paying so I could show them the permit, and they refused. After I paid and located my vehicle myself, the permit was clearly visible, and I showed them exactly where it was. It was not hidden and could not have been missed. I was told I would be refunded, but no refund was ever received. Two weeks later, I was forced to go through my bank to recover my money. This experience felt predatory and extremely unprofessional. I would strongly caution anyone dealing with this company.

Got my car towed out of my own apartment complex because they don’t salt the neighborhood/parking spots and my vehicle is rwd i parked to the side where vehicles could still get through and the reason for tow was blocking a driveway when i park in a parking lot 10/10 worst tow company in central Columbus i see why they’re ratings we’re so bad before my review. Going to pursue legal action if they even consider making me pay

Rules to get the car out of the impound are a way to make things more difficult for the us. They were amazing help until my tow service came in to talk. " You can't do..." "That's not technically a trailer" He said she said. Just in general ready to make someone suffer.

The office lady is nice but whoever towed my sons car on Christmas morning (of all days) is lower than low. Looking at at my cam of some stranger shining their light at my car in MY yard is unnerving and i'm out nearly $160. Stay away from Oak Hills, the residents hate you.

Predatory towing at its finest surprised they’re still in business. They make it extremely difficult to get your car out with the goal to eventually auction it off with Autura marketplace (which they invited me to)

They towed my truck twice from my apartment complex with my sticker in the window. When I come in to get the car they try to find any excuse possible to still have you pay. Place is a money scam. 0 stars

Lietta helped turn a bad morning around when my car got towed. She was very helpful in finding my car and personable! Thank you, will not make the same mistake of misplacing my parking pass.

I gave a 3 star because my car got towed. Nobody wants their car towed but it was my fault. I didn't have my handicap placard on my mirror, I forgot to put it on. I do give a 5 star to the dispatchers Shannon and Sarah for their professionalism and getting me out quickly. They were kind and we all laughed.

Horrible money hungry people as soon as my sister came into the house to get the parking pass from me she went back outside in her car was gone it didn’t even take a whole 5 minutes for them to take it which tells me they were watching her when she got out the car then we were trying to call to get her car back and no body answered even tho the place say open 24 hours

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. I’ve lived at my apartment complex for two years and have always had my parking pass in my back driver side window. My car remained there with no issues for two years, until last night when their negligent driver failed to look in my window and illegally towed my car. I called them to get my car back and they told me they would call me back in 5 minutes after they had someone check the lot for the parking pass. They did not call me back. I had to call them 20 minutes later, just to be told that they know they screwed up but they will not be bringing my car back to me. Then I finally got a call from them 10 minutes after that “checking to see if someone had reached back out to me about my car”. To top it all off, I had to uber across town to get my car (because they refused to return it) which made me an hour and a half late to work. This place is garbage and their drivers obviously don’t know how to do their job.

These people are vultures. Towed my car from Hilliard Summit apartments because they could only see the top of the parking permit in the corner of the windshield on the dash. It was there because the plastic pass breaks into pieces. Then they tell me they cant see the name of the apartment complex so i still have to pay the $160. Makes me wonder if the apartment managers and the towing company are working together. Typical vulture towing company doing anything for a few dollars. They to hide under the name capital towing and recovery.

Lady with blonde hair in the office was SO nice and helpful, drivers were great. My car got towed and they were super helpful with the process of getting it out. Not super expensive for having it towed about an hour before we got there. Great people

Horrible, towed my car from an establishment i had eaten at. When asked to speak to a manager they only work m-f. Last time I checked the manager should be at a business or available 24/7 especially if there are multiple managers like the girl i spoke to said.

You will have trouble finding a female employee under 400 pounds here. Towed a fully registered vehicle and still made me pay

The thieves stole my car from where I live. I forgot I was double parked and they stole my car from where I pay to live!!! And Charging me a $160 to come and get my own vehicle.That was perfectly fine before they got their greedy little thieven hands on it

Greedy, no good, money hogs. Girlfriend parked her car in a lot with a sign that said she could park there. She came outside and her car was randomly gone. She thought her car was stolen. Thankfully someone found the right phone number to call. When we finally got ahold of someone and got to the lot, the lady took her long and sweet time. She just ignored us and talked on the radio instead of getting our paperwork together. We finally got everything squared away ($160 later). Horrible company that profits off of stalking people and snagging their cars if they even think they have a chance.

Worst towing company of all time, towed my girlfriends car out of our complex for “no permit” when our leasing company sent us an email with THEIR pictures they took and said you can clearly see it and the tow was wrong and made us pay 200$+. It was over a weekend as well and told us we had to wait till monday to pick it up and come monday they charge more for having it there for a few days. Absolute joke and scam of a company.

This company steals cars in less than 20 minutes they get a kick outta hearing the frustration in you day and or life they will take your car even if there’s no markings showing where u can park I stay in Eden crossing the first time I was told I was a lil on the sidewalk that’s why I was towed the person named Ashley told me I could park there just not on there just not on the side walk today I park and go to the bathroom hear noise and see the tow company pulling off with my car it’s not on my lease saying I can’t park there no markings nothing many of use pull in front to unload or load or run inside to grab things. They are thieves and the company will pay for how they are treating people especially the ones that didn’t deserve it and did have money to give. I encourage you all to report them to bbb and file police reports for theft if you have proof that you were targeted don’t let companies like this steal your hard earned money.

Car got towed from the Moors apartment complex in Columbus after a friend already had me move from what she thought was the towaway zone. Needless to say, I was freaking out when I realized the area she told me to park in was also not visitor parking and my car was towed. Upon waiting for a ride to come pick me up, I watched three other vehicles get towed in just a little over an hour. They charge a flat fee plus $17 a day and that adds up ridiculously quickly. Complete is off of Harmon which is quite far from the Moors. The girls in the office were nice, one of them commented it was her first day. I can't imagine what they go through with some of the irate people that go through there. Keep in mind the "office" is in a trailer and only one client may enter at a time - we waited outside for about 30 mins until it was our turn and by the time we were called in, there were probably 6 or 7 other families outside waiting. Whoever pays has to be the one to retrieve the vehicle from their lot so my dad had to enter to retrieve the car by himself. All in all, $380 and multiple Uber rides later I got my car with nothing to show for it except a debt to my parents. If you park at the Moors, make sure you read the signage as to where guest parking is located or else you'll have this headache to deal with. *Another point of interest: all you have to have to get your car out is an ID. They don't require you to provide proof of ownership or anything which is crazy to me. They said it is because they are a private tow company and not linked to DOT or the state of OH. Their lot is huge and appeared full so I should think if you want a career with a huge payout, start a tow company and have a contract with local apartment complexes. You may be hated but you'll be rich.

My car was towed from my assigned carport while I was in the ER, but the *disabled* car parked on the white line next to me which is means for towing x10000 per lease agreement has been left untouched. Despite my apartment management confirming my residency, rental status of carport and the towing company's manager initially agreeing to consider releasing my vehicle, I was told I still have to pay. This experience shows the predatory nature of this company.

My Jeep was towed from my son’s condo and, they did it incorrectly and now my dash is lit up like a Christmas tree , my ABS system is not working . My Jeep has lot of money in it , not some piece of junk . I called them , 2 days after when the brake system acted up , manager never returned call , my husband called and talked to manager and nothing got done . Said it isn’t their fault , umm yes it is , my Jeep had no problem until they towed it . They refuse to pay for the repairs … I wouldn’t even give a one star if didn’t have to . This company is terrible …

It was 35 below zero and my car slid into a ditch. I called several places and they all said the same thing "We're only towing for police related accidents" OR "We can put you on schedule but can't give you a time" only for me to receive a call later that they can't get to me at all. So back to the phone book I went. The lady at Complete Tow was very pleasant and they got to me in 30 minutes despite the 35 below zero weather. The driver was very nice and professional. I will call them from now on!
