Have never used this mechanic before, but had provided exceptional service over the phone a couple of times for us. Seems to be a very reasonable flexible person, very professional, and reasonably priced.

I’m from Indiana and was recommended to this shop..They took in my vehicle but were not equipped to fix it ..it was there earlier than it should have been..they ran diagnostics and found the problem..for there service they charged me nothing..so when ever I have a problem they will be the go to..Thank you guys so much for being honest and you just earned a lifetime customer..Happy holidays to you all…

My husband and I have been taking our cars to Bexley Automotive since Kyle took it over and we have literally never had a bad experience. Kyle and his team consistently go above and beyond to make sure that everything is done right, every single time. His prices are more than fair, and the quality of the work has always been outstanding. He and his team are honest and straightforward, and all-around great people besides! We keep our cars for as long as possible, and Kyle is the reason we can do that.

I would advise not buying a car from this place. I bought a 2014 Volkswagen passat from here and bought their "warranty" I took the car to them a total of 3 times and paid over $1000 in parts and labor for them NOT to fix the problem. The very last time i took the car to them for the very same problem they test drove the car until it was out on warranty on miles and told me they couldn't figure out the problem. A week after the car was completely shot and now i owe $11k on a pos car with no motor. This place is as bad as it gets. VERY BAD PEOPLE!

Amazing experience! I was just passing through town and had a concerning rattle noise suddenly come from my engine bay. They got my car into the shop last minute and fixed an issue with the strut mount for free (and fixed a few other minor issues while they were at it!) That's how business is done! Thank you so much Bexley auto!

All the staff are outstanding and very respectful. I won’t go anywhere else they are the only ones who work on my car!! Always back with a quickness and there always accommodating on what you need!!

Took my motorcycle in for repair. Unfortunately, what I needed was not repairable, but Kyle was super helpful with alternative solutions and didn't charge me anything. Really nice person. Will go back again if I need any repairs.

Brought my car in for a break check, and Kyle and his team did an amazing job finding the problem. Had my car done within the day, and they were very transparent about pricing and even cut us a deal due to the amount of work we needed done. My car feels good as new! Would definitely recommend taking all of your car needs here.

Needed to see what was happening with my truck and the mechanic ( Justin I believe) said my truck is a bit tough to repair.. He broke down everything wrong in a very clear precise manner and was so upfront which I appreciated. The service here is terrific and super professional. Hopefully the next vehicle I purchase I can have them go over any issues because the staff knows what they're doing

This place is top notch. The customer service I received can not be beat. As an extremely busy medical professional, my time is so limited and everyone I dealt with at Bexley Automotive respected this and found a way to work with me including bringing a loaner car to my work and taking my car in for service. The key drop off is so easy and secure. My car was given the star treatment and when something was not working correctly after the initial round of repairs, they insisted on taking the car back, giving me the loaner for another day and making it right. I told them I was about to leave on vacation with my sons to the Eastern Shore of Maryland and they went over my car with an eye on safety specifically for my trip. It ran like a dream the whole way there and back and still is. I will bring all of my automotive business here from now on and tell my friends and family to do the same.

I love this shop. I feel they are honest and are always talk me through everything. The oil change is affordable and I feel they always go one step further to make sure everything is working safely. If I need repairs they will call or text, depending your preference and will let you know what you should take care of now and what is safe to wait on. It feels caring and if your car takes longer than expected they will loan you a vehicle until yours is finished. We will always use Bexley Automotive until we can’t.

The mechanics and staff here were so nice and accommodating. They managed to fix all the problems with my car and now it runs smooth and much quieter. And they did it in a reasonable time frame. I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend this shop to all my friends and family in central Ohio!

It was my first time going to this car shop today, and I must say it was my best experience at one! Kyle was super nice and respectful to me, and he also gave me a ride home and back to the shop so I didn't have to get an Uber. It was super above and beyond what I would expect from a car shop experience, I will be certainly be taking my car back for any other issues I have.

Excellent local automotive repair shop. Able to schedule service quickly, receive excellent care and get my vehicle back quickly. Prices are very competitive but what sets it apart is the customer service. Much friendlier and hospitable than any other in the area, would absolutely recommend.

I have sent numerous friends and family to Bexley Automotive. Just last week, I sent an out of town client to the shop as well. Kyle treated them like family, providing excellent information, service, and the necessary repairs to get them back home safely. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

When driving down to Columbus from Minnesota, the air conditioning stopped working but on top of that, the car was making horrific noises. My daughter was at a conference all day all week, so I was stuck trying to find a repair. The first place we went to misdiagnosed the problem and fixed lots of other things to the tune of almost $2000, but as soon as I got in the "repaired" car, I could tell it hadn't been repaired! That's when I contacted Bexley, and they were able to figure out it was the compressor in the air conditioner that was causing all the problems. When the owner, Kyle, found out I hadn't had the chance to do anything in Columbus and I had really looked forward to seeing the Franklin Park Conservatory, he picked me up the next morning and delivered me there, paid my admittance and picked me up later in the day with my daughter's repaired car! What an amazing guy. He did not have to be so kind! I left Columbus feeling like the people there are the nicest people in the world. If I could rate Bexley Automotive 100 stars, I would!

I cannot recommend this shop enough!!! I was in town for a 4 day workshop, after a 12 hour drive my car was making scary noises so we knew we should not drive it home without getting it checked out. After spending $1800 a different shop, the noises were still there. We decided we needed a second opinion. The people at Bexley were amazing! They checked the previous work and found the actual problem. The repair service and the staff were wonderful. More importantly, the owner (Kyle), went above and beyond for the comfort of my mother. She was dealing with the car for me and does not like to drive in the city. On the first day that they had the car Kyle called her and told her he wanted to show her the issue, when she said she would grab an Uber, he insisted on picking her up! After he walked her through the issues with the car, he drove her back! During their time in the car together he asked how she was liking Columbus. She said she had not had much time to explore since she had been dealing with the car. She had really wanted to check out the Conservatory but didn't think she would make it after all. The next day Kyle drove her there and bought her the ticket! Then after she had spent the day, he brought her my repaired car! Thank you Kyle for treating my mom (and my car) so well!

This was the first time dealing with Bexley Automotive and the first word I would use to describe them is Professional. From my first call to when I picked up my car, I felt like I was dealing with pros. I had a very good idea what my first issue was, and wasn't sure so sure about the second one. Unlike the FIRST shop I took it to, (please read my review of the FIRST shop I went to!) they did a proper diagnosis, the mechanic called and confirmed what I suspected, thoroughly discussed what I needed in the future, and went over the recommend maintenance and asked what maintenance had been done. And the shocking thing was how reasonable the price was. This car goes through brakes, and I know how much that should cost in Columbus for my car. And it was about right, definitely not on the high end of what I've been quoted in the past. I'll be back for sure. So far wish I would have gone there sooner.

I took my mustang here for a second opinion AFTER a dealer told me I had an oil leak and wanted to charge me $1000 to fix it. Kyle was very knowledgeable and found out there was nothing ever wrong with my car. He didn't even charge me to assess the car. The receptionist was also very nice. Honest mechanics are hard to find these days and I will definitely be doing future business with them.

Great service. I cam trust them to do a great work on my BMW. I'll definitely bring my car to them again. They even gave me a ride. Owner was very nice & friendly. He did his best for me not to spend unnecessary expanses.

Bexley Automotive is an amazing business! We have taken all of our vehicles there for service for years. They're always honest, and they go out of their way to make sure they're doing what's right for us! Flexible scheduling, friendly people, excellent service. Can't say enough good things! Kyle and team are amazing to work with, and we won't take our cars anywhere else!

Best customer service I’ve ever received from a car repair shop! Kyle and the rest of the staff are so incredible kind and helpful! They make sure you are satisfied with your car maintenance and that they did everything they could to fix the problem. I’ve used them twice now and will definitely keep coming back and recommend them to anyone!

Highly recommend, Kyle at Bexley Auto was recommended to me by a friend and they were great. Very honest, will give you a great quote and very detailed on exactly what the issue with your vehicle is. Ended up being $200-$300 less than the dealer and felt much more comfortable with my vehicle here - also offers rentals/loaners.

The family at Bexley Automotive is absolutely amazing! Kyle (owner) and Dawn (office manager) were both wonderful to work with. Kyle made sure to explain to me what was wrong with my truck and gave me the different options. He gets how hard it can be trusting someone with your vehicle and he made me feel comfortable, like family, and I trusted him and his team. They did a great job! If I was still in Columbus, Ohio, and needed a mechanic, I would definitely go back.

As a college student, who isn’t from Columbus, I had no idea what to do when my car broke down. So I quickly searched automotive places near bexley and they had the best reviews. I didn’t think much of it until I spoke with them on the phone. Such a friendly, kind staff. I don’t know much about cars, but they were able to explain to me exactly what had happened, and what needed to be done. Despite being busy, and having a garage full, they were able to get my car done in a timely manner. And they were even kind enough to PICK ME UP from my school and bring me to pick up my car. Such an amazing company!
