This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Recent reviews of NAPA Auto Parts in Columbus Grove, OH show a generally positive but uneven experience. Strengths: friendly, professional staff, a clean, air‑conditioned store, AAA discounts, reasonable pricing, and fast parts sourcing—often in stock or delivered within an hour, including hard‑to‑find items. Weak spots: several reports of rude or inattentive counter help, being skipped, and wrong parts given (pads/lines); one note about Sunday hours being off. Waits are typically short, yet service inconsistency is noted. Overall: 77/100.
Friendly and professional. Fast on purchases of your car parts, even not having it on stock, they will order it for you and you will get it with in the hour on most parts.
Good job ?!!!
Nice, clean place with excellent services including an air conditioned store. Although they did not have the belt I needed, I would shop here again if need be.
I can’t be mad about the answer but I can be pissed about the service. Woman was helping a man when I walked in, I hopped in line was acknowledged and thanked for waiting. Continued to wait and was skipped over to help 2 other men. A different employee in the back came out to tell me they couldn’t help with what I needed. So rude and an awful waste of time.
Just terrible service, we spoke on through the phone asking them If they had break pads for said car and said yes and when we arrived there at the store we just wanted to make sure that these were the break pads and as I was speaking he interrupted me, mad , saying “I wouldn’t have the break pads here if they weren’t for the truck” and so I left and guess what happened the break were not the ones for my truck so I had to go back and return them.
Best experience I've had at Napa probably sounds like I'm over stating the situation but Matt the assistant manager was very helpful did everything in his power to make sure I got back on the road thank you so much
Guy at counter was too lazy to look up an o-ring, wasted my time, and had an attitude. Ill never go back there again. If you need something simple as an o-ring, go to advanced!
I stepped into Napa today for just a battery quote. I must say a gentleman by the name of Josh is the reason I walked out with a battery, wipers, and something else I had no intentions of buying. ?. He was so professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Talk about outstanding service! I am so pleased with his level of awesomeness that this will now be my first choice automotive store forever. Thank you Josh.
Quality parts, helpful staff, reasonably priced. Recommend for folks who don't use $6 eBay sensors in a vehicle that moves their loved ones in a snowstorm. I learned and now use quality. The quality staff is a great bonus. I've seen nothing that could be improved upon.
Most anywhere else when you enter the store or head to the front they greet you .. Not here .. There's one guy on the phone with a customer which I understand and another guy playing on his phone while eating sunflower seeds .. This is why I only go to napa when No One else has it .. Customer service is important to me ..
I called and both managers john and josh were extremely rude. They advised me that my car could not be serviced though when I spoke to a woman on highs Napa she was very knowledgeable. She is not working today so I'm calling advanced auto parts on Parsons. They were all plesent and very helpful as well as cheap
