I took my car here at 4:30 today to get my brakes checked and assessed. Had an appointment scheduled as I called the day before and scheduled it. Get to the place they say they don’t have the appointment but they’ll fit me in. Guy says they should be able to get it done today but if not for sure by the morning. I’m thinking that they would for sure get it done as I dropped it off at 4:30 and they not close till 7. 6:30 rolls around and I haven’t heard from them. I call them, no answer. So I go there because I need my car the next day as I work at 7:45am. Get there lights are on in the lobby but the garage is dark. I can see my car through the door in the lobby going into the garage. No one’s at the front desk. I call out to see if anyone’s there no answer. I wait in the lobby for 15 minutes and no one comes to the desk. Now it’s 7pm and I leave. I am so upset and completely don’t feel comfortable leaving my car here overnight as anybody could walk right into the lobby and gain access to my car. I will be there at 7 am on the dot to get my car back and will not return.

Started my experience with the front desk guy asking me what numbered month April was. Then got quoted $200 for an oil change. My car takes 10 quarts of oil, which is a good amount. But a standard full synthetic oil change as a shop shouldn't cost more than $140-160 as the oil itself costs $60 for two 5 quarts. I didn't raise a fuss about it because I'm not that person. I accepted it and understood that I wouldn't be coming back here again.

Kyle was amazing! I walked in, no appointment, and he had my car fixed in 15 minutes! I will be back! Very Professional!

I highly recommend this Firestone location. Top notch work and the manager, Kyle, went above and beyond for me. It's the type of customer service that we should expect but unfortunately do not receive at many places these days. Kyle and his crew are all car people and treat your car as their own. DO NOT GET THEIR CREDIT CARD!! IT'S A BIG MISTAKE. THAT CFNA HAS VERY Bad service. I forgot and paid one day late. So my monthly payment went right to late fee. Two more payments and I'm done. I'm done with this store also. I found an independent garage and they are very nice and good. Bye Firestone.

Despite it being a busy day, Firestone took in my car with a flat tire and made sure the job was taken care of within an hour. They were also very kind and accommodating, which is always a big deal when it comes to getting your car fixed. Grateful for their help today!

Kyle was wonderful to work with and got my Aunts car in to check tire pressure and washer fluid quickly on a busy day! so friendly! Thanks Kyle!

Multiple appointments canceled/rescheduled on their end due to over booking. Twice I showed up for an appointment just to be turned away for mostly valid reasons, but a phone call would have been nice instead of wasting my time. I also had trouble after applying for their credit card in-store. They did not use the address on my license for some reason. Didn't verify an address with me either so the card went to my old address. It has been a month and a half, and I still have not received the card. A LOT of people talk about how Firestone is not the place to go, for various reasons, but I still gave them a chance. I should have listened to all those people apparently.

I can’t express enough good things about Kyle (the store manager) and his team. Despite the busyness, Kyle took the time to explain and answer all of my questions without trying to rush me or leave room for uncertainty. He was very helpful and seemed to love his job. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left the staff was warm, professional, and kind. Great service!

I purchased tires for a friend from Tire Rack and had them delivered to this shop. My friend is relatively inexperienced about cars, and his car is an older Honda. As a result, I was very concerned that when the tires were installed the shop would attempt to upsell him a bunch of unnecessary repairs. This shop did not. In fact, they checked his alignment for free and reported that I was within spec. This is an honest shop that I highly recommend.

Kyle was fantastic to work with. He was so genuine and helpful. I have been a Firestone customer for several years and I will always come here first. They are upfront and helpful. I’m so grateful because you do not find places like this these days.

Made an appointment for an oil change for 12pm. My vehicle was not taken back into the garage until 12:45 pm. At no point was I asked what type of oil I wanted for my car, was shown my oil levels, or given a sticker suggestion for my next oil change. For the rates that they charge it would be more convenient and cheaper to go elsewhere.

Had an appointment at 2. Called and requested a different time because of snow and they told us to come at 3. We got there at 3. Went to pick up car at 5 and it hadn't been touched. No call, no update, nothing. They said we were next in line and I said it's too late please give us the keys. Absolutely unacceptable especially when Firestone said to come at 3 and that time would be good. I wouldn't be as upset if there had been some kind of communication but nothing.

Had my brakes and rotors replaced at Firestone and had a great experience. The technician was super nice, respectful, and really helpful throughout the whole process. Everything was done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!

I had a slow leak suddenly turn into a FAST leak! Kyle Monroe and The Firestone Team fixed me up with a new set of tires same day FAST! Great SERVICE and GREAT PRICE! I would highly recommend bringing ALL your vehicles here for service!

Needed a tire replacement for a nail damaged tire. This was my fifth tire store to try that day. Came through and a new same type tire on the car. A rare store as there were many technicians and business was doing well. This in comparison to others who gave long wait times, priced way to high and one who chased me away because the manager and staff were sick. Will be back here if future needs develop. Nice clean waiting room. Plenty of good chairs

They are the best! I keep coming back for the customer service. Damian is wonderful and Kyle has been amazing to work with too. I come for oil changes regularly on all of our family cars so it obviously makes sense to come when I roll up on a completely flat tire. In and out in no time.

Kyle was extremely professional and friendly. Needed a TMPS diagnostic and had to replace a faulty sensor. Honest feedback and fair pricing. Only had to wait an hour and a half.

This Firestone is fantastic. I have come to this location for years for a variety of services. The staff is friendly, listens and works to solve your problems in a way that benefits you. I trust them completely with my car!

Cash was great! Service techs were fast, efficient and honest. Only one complaint. Having to sit in the waiting room on a football Sunday in Ohio and not able to watch football. Only a cooking show. Could’ve made the Libby experience a bit better

I’ve been going to Firestone my whole life, so I know few other experiences but these guys treated me well. I called to get my oil changed, they got me in the same day. They called me back to let me know my brakes needed to be done. They had a lifetime warranty on break pads so that was a good money saver. I will say that you need to know what you’ve had serviced with Firestone because they don’t look it up to know. I only got the discount on the break pads because I knew I had my breaks done not too long ago. I do wish they would take that initiative, but really no complaints. Got me in the next morning to get my breaks redone. They do good reliable work and the staff was really helpful and easy to work with

Hands down fantastic service and professionalism throughout the whole transaction. I brought my Porsche Boxster S to get new all season tires put on and was impressed. Being retired military, I appreciate the attention to detail and courtesy of the staff. I will definitely be back for any future needs. Management is on point there.

They were upfront about the process, estimated wait time, and what the oil change would include. Definitely recommend!

stopped in last minute without an appointment, and the team at Firestone got me right in to check my tire pressure and sensors. They treated me with respect and kindness, and had my issue resolved in just a few minutes. Excellent customer service and efficiency—I highly recommend!

This Firestone location is absolutely amazing. Devin always takes care of my car with honesty and attentiveness. He is very real with you with the problems your car is experiencing and making sure your car is safe. He also works very fast taking 30 minutes to change my brakes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location. While you’re waiting, Kyle is a great guy to kill time with and handles high volume of customers well.

I have been taking my Fiat to this N. Hamilton Road location for 5+ years now and I honestly think that even if I lived out of state I would still try to come here!!!!! The lads have always taken such wonderful care of my car, and have been absolutely brilliant to me!! They are consistently exceptional caliber of gentlemen, and have always been very gracious with my dismal time management, and incredibly reasonable with pricing repairs! I have also witnessed them handle some pretty difficult customer exchanges with the utmost grace & calmness, for which I can only applaud them!! I pray that their Higher Ups take as excellent care of them as they have of me!!!!

I have used them many times for multiple vehicles. Usually brakes, tires, general maintenance. I have noticed the last few times I have been they take pictures of "issues" to show you as proof. I'm not sure if they can't take you out to look at your car once it is in the bay. Or they take the picture for their records. Either way, you can see if something is broken or worn to be replaced. This time, I had the rear brakes done. You can go online and look for coupons. You can usually find ones for basic services. My last set of tires, I ordered online and had them sent to Firestone. Firestone actually installed them for a fee. Also got a lifetime balance, road warranty, and rotation. The guys I have worked with have all been nice and explained to me what had to be done.
