First time here. These are my guys now. My car is almost 10 years old, so the occasional problem is going to happen. Not only did Wayne's auto diagnose my issue accurately, but from the time I dropped it off until the time it was done, was less than 24 hours. I realize that can't always be the case, but I can't deny that these guys made me a priority. Efficiency matters, and their willingness and ability to get my issues diagnosed and repaired quickly, meant that I was able to get back to normal life. (And stop paying rental car fees) My 10 year-old car feels like it will keep serving me for a long while.

Just had my daughter leave to get her windshield wipers fixed and the owner Joe initially said he was going to fix the motor and then decided he wanted to change the repair and fix another part which cost her $453. However, he later realized that it was the motor that was the problem in the first place and said he needs an additional $450 to fix that. He allowed a teenager to leave his shop ,with her cash money , without the repairs And is charging her double the price to actually fix what she initially came in for. Please be careful about this place and do not allow your young drivers to go here to fix repairs. They are more worried about the money than the safety of the drivers and they will not fix what is actually wrong on the car. Terrible experience.

Excellent team. I just moved here and they are now my team. I love my car and know they will treat her the best.

I highly recommend Wayne's Auto for a number of reasons. Being a woman going to a mechanic shop can be stressful, as most women are not mechanically knowledgeable. From the time I walked in the door I knew I chose the right place. They made me feel welcome and not the feeling of being over charged or mislead into fixing things that did not need it. This is the place to go. Joe and Rick (mechanic) were just amazing. Thank you both for everything ♥

I lucked out this being the first shop i tried when i moved to Columbus. These guys are thorough and will not rip you off. They also wont tell you ya need to replace things you dont actually need to. I recently got a coupon for another shop i wont name but that was a huge mistake. The no name shop gave me a quote of $2300 so i called waynes for a second quote they did it for 1300. Almost made a $1000 mistake. Im sticking with waynes from here on out.

Great work. Was in and out within an hour. Have been going to Wayne’s for quite a few years and they have not let me down. If there was something they couldn’t handle they would let me know. I do recommend going to Wayne’s for your vehicle(s) repair.

Had my range Rover towed in there on the weekend from their tow company. Was kept up to date first thing in the morning all through the day and they finished my rover the same day. They are quick efficient and experts at what they do. I will not take my vehicles to anywhere else. Wayne's, excite auto and collision and alpha automotive as a whole are the best Columbus has to offer I highly recommend them to everyone.

Shout out to John at Wayne's Auto Repair on Schrock Road and his wonderful Technicians. John was thorough and understanding. I definitely be using this company as my new auto repair. Btw, the shop smelled amazing!

John and Rick have been really kind and easy to work with. John and his team have always taken the time out of their schedules to make sure I was accommodated when my vehicle is at there shop, they have often time stayed late to insure I was taken care of. John and Rick are very polite and kind and never talk down to you as a customer. I have also witness John interactions with other customers and he is always friendly and never trying to get over on people. John treats you like family and is always respectful. John put together a good repair plan for my car and has been very kind and knowledgeable on what is needed and what isn’t as urgent . Car trouble can be stressful and mentally exhausting, however John has always helped mitigate that stress for me.

I recently moved from Virginia to Ohio and had an unfortunate incident with my car’s engine cover getting damaged. I took my car to Wayne’s Auto Repair, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The team provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. I came in with a misfiring cylinder. They were quickly able to confirm my diagnosis and effect a quick repair, replacing my plugs and servicing the injectors. They prioritized the work as our family only has 1 car. Great service with a smile. Thanks for such a quick turnaround and for helping us resolve our issue so quickly.

Oh, my goodness! These guys are life savers! Our son called at 6:30 am with a disabled car on 315 (on his way to work). We live an hour and a half away and do not know any mechanics in the area. By the grace of God, a Google search showed us Wayne's, who would tow the car to their facility and then fix it. They were so friendly and helpful to us. I worried that it might take a few days to get the car repaired so he could get back to work, but they had it fixed the next day. Pricing was great and reports are that the car is running better than ever! Thank you so much to everyone there for taking such good care of all of us (nervous Mom and all!). We will be back -- for oil changes and any other repairs we might need. Thank you so much!

Love Wayne’s and will only go here with my car from now on. Everyone who works there is super friendly and professional. The work I had done on my car was efficient/quick and no surprises on the bill at the end of service.

Brought our truck in with a damaged electrical harness that the dealer was unable to fix. They not only diagnosed it quickly and accurately, but the repair was performed quickly and professionally at a very reasonable cost. I was impressed with the tech’s level of expertise in this specialized area of electrical and electronics.

They are very friendly! Kept me informed on my truck. The owner was the person who referred me to them, and it's the best last-minute decision I could have I have made. Best repair shop I've ever taken a car to. They explained exactly what my options were, quoted great prices, and got the work done quickly. Everyone there was great. Next time I need work done on one of our cars I know exactly where I'm going.

Quality Repair! Fast friendly service! I had a broken front CV driveshaft on my AWD Chevy Conversion van late in the day Friday night. I dropped the van off, got a free estimate the next day texted to me and Seth also left me a voicemail. Price was more than fair. I gave them the Ok and I picked the van up the very next day! I also had them add an oil change and tire rotation and the rotated the tires for free.Great Fast and friendly service! We will be bringing all of our cars to Waynes!

Nick was polite and accommodating. However if your company advertise a free estimate, that free estimate ought not to be secretive! 🚩 All the bay doors were opened with vehicles up on the lifts. I followed the gentleman who was designated to do the inspection. As I stood at the entrance of the garage he closed the bay door where my vehicle was and the adjacent bay door. 🚩 🚩 I thought that to be strange. 🚩 The estimate was $600 and he was ready to do the work. Clearly I passed on the work!! A free estimate ought not to be performed behind an intentional closed bay door ! 🚩 Not a good business practice, but that’s me?…

I really appreciate the services from the guys at Wayne’s. My father-in-law worked at a now-closed auto dealership on Schrock Rd, and recommended Wayne’s to us for a repair shop in the area. My husband had some work done on his Ford here last year and was pleased with the job they did. My father is 84 years old and drives a 2002 Chevy Blazer. Even though it’s older, it can still be a good vehicle for a while longer. Several other repair shops were insistent that it was not worth it to save my dad’s vehicle. The guys at Wayne’s and especially Nick, were really nice and respectful and were honest when letting us know that the engine in it is still solid. We got all the repairs done and will continue to bring vehicles here going forward. Thanks again guys!

Brought my car in to have an alignment done due to squeaking. Turned out my hub assembly was shot! Thankfully Chris and the guys caught it and helped us out big time with getting it resolved asap. They also helped us out with paying for the fix, allowing us to do payments in a reasonable amount of time. I am so grateful for these guys and though this was my first visit with them, I will definitely be a returning customer!

Jim and the team never fail in ensuring customers are taken well care of. You always get your money's worth going here. They replaced the engine in my 2008 Pontiac G6 after my oil pump went out, without my knowledge until obviously it was too late. The process was a breeze and they worked with me on everything. This location has served me and my family well, and Wayne's auto repair definitely has a customer for life! THANK YOU GUYS FOR MAKING SURE MY CAR IS ALWAYS SAFE TO DRIVE!

Great service. My 2004 Tacoma steering rack rusted out, leaking power steering fluid. Wayne's was able to get me in the next day and finished the job that day. During the job, they found they had to replace some connected parts (power steering hose & connections) that were rusted as well, and they called to ask me permission which I granted--it's not their fault my truck rusted. I did have to take it back to them later when I realized the steering wheel seemed slightly off. They re-did the alignment without charging me, which fixed the problem. I'm happy with the original work and I appreciated the prompt attention when I took it back with the alignment complaint. The repair cost was slightly higher than some other estimates for the steering rack job, but they use NAPA parts (which I trust) and the tech was passionate about doing the job right. I'm willing to pay a fair price for quality and trust. Thanks to Jim and the crew for always answering my questions and taking good care of me.

Once again, excellent service at Wayne's Automotive! A minor tire repair completed in minutes while I waited. I appreciate their explanation of any issue, recommended repairs and items to keep an eye on. Friendly and fast service, every single time. Look no further, these guys are the best in the area!

I went in a couple of weeks back with my boyfriend to fix his brakes. Jim and the entire team did everything they could for us to make sure we got the most repairs for the best price. We are unblievelably thankful for their quick, thorough, and excellent service! The car is in much better shape than when we took it to them. I am definitely going to be continuing to seek their assistance in all of my auto repair needs!

My brakes were grinding. We had just moved to the area from out of state and found Wayne's online. They not only fit me in to inspect the brakes first thing in the morning (availability is wonderful - a few other places in the area couldn't fit my car into their schedule for over a week!), but they also had the brakes fixed by lunchtime! Super convenient. Guys seemed really knowledgeable. And I was also impressed that they were just really nice too. I'll be coming here for future repairs.

Normally I never really consider putting in a review for services on my vehicle, due to lack of customer service or being pressured into a service I did not need. But for Wayne's Auto Repair, I did not feel this way. I had an 2008 Dodge Avenger, bought it from the dealership that had hidden complications and even though I had a warranty, the issue was not covered. The previous owner had never changed the oil in the car and sludge built up in the engine causing it to stall when idle. My vehicle only had maybe 80k miles on it at the time and I took it to multiple locations to get quotes for engine work and always got the same answer... "We will only replace the engine"... A friend of mine suggested Wayne's Auto Repair. I take it in, they serviced the engine by flushing it a few times and viola it was better than when I got it from the dealership. They saved me well over 2 grand and were very friendly and prompt with responding to my concerns. Thank you again for the great service. Sorry for a such a late review. Alexander Holtzclaw
