Phil was super fast to get to me and very easy going. Was able to get my big 7.3 truck easily.

Great customer service. I called frustrated but the line operator was calm cool and collected and got my issues figured out at a very HIGH level.

During the snowstorm over the weekend, I was coming home from work and got pulled into a ditch and the team at roadside rescue I was there to help me out. Very polite very efficient was there very quick even though the roads were bad I was able to get me out with no issues and no damage to my vehicle. Would absolutely use Roadside recovery again for me or my kids.

Roadside Rescue saved my bacon this morning. I ended up just needing a jump, which they provided. They were here promptly and were friendly and responsive on the phone

Amazing friendly service! Answered our call and was able to get our stuck car out of the way so that we could get on with our day. He solved it quickly and without a lot of hassle. Will definitely use him again if ever needed! It was nice to find a good, honest, reliable, and affordable person to help us out of a very tight spot! Much appreciated!!

Cancelled on me last minute. Customer service was also terrible (Voicemail box full with no callback or answer), waited the “estimated” 75 minutes just for them to cancel after delaying twice.

I accidentally called this company, based on the name being very close to the roadside recovery service my insurance connected me to. Although it was not the right company, the folks that answered the phone were more helpful than anyone we had talked to all night. This company did not provide my tow. But talked me through the insurance process to get a tow when I accidentally called them. Based on my experience, I would certainly trust them if I ever needed to be towed in the future

During a stressful time Phil was able to help on a Sunday for a long distance tow. My car was in the middle of nowhere in WV and the mechanic who had my vehicle was odd and not easy to deal with. Phil was so patience with the situation and got my car back quick and recommended a good shop to take my car here in town. Highly recommend RR Towing & Recovery!!

I posted previous post I made gave a bad name a rating to this company and I want to apologize as it was meant for Roadside Towing and Recovery which names are similar. The owner called me directly and I appreciate him doing so to get my frustration cleared up. No way I would ruin a bus over a review that wasn’t meant for them. So please accept my apologies as I’ve removed my review and added it to the correct business or at least tried to but unable to find this company any where but yet my ins co I’ve been with for 17yrs had them as a contact for towing, and that’s a conversation I’m having with them next and I should have checked before posting when I seen all the good compliments prior to mine. Again apologies for my mistake ❤️

Outstanding service, equipment and arrived when scheduled. I had my corvette pickup by Roadside Rescue Towing & Recovery and delivered to my local Columbus Dealership. They had the proper equipment to deal with my car, took a lot of time to make sure no damage was encountered during uploading on their roll back equipment. Number ONE in my opinion for towing service. You will not be disappointed.

Progressive Insurance matched me with this company for a tow after the first company no-showed. I received a phone call shortly afterwards from Roadside confirming they were coming and providing an accurate ETA. They showed up promptly, got my car safely towed to my desired auto shop, and were great to work with.

I can’t say enough good things about Roadside Rescue Towing & Recovery! After being stranded on the highway with a flat tire late in the day, I spent two hours trying to get help through my insurance—only for them to keep canceling my service because no providers could assist on the highway. Frustrated and out of options, I called Roadside Rescue, and they were there in just 20 minutes! They quickly replaced my flat tire, and I was safely back on the road in no time. Fast, professional, and truly lifesaving service—highly recommend!

Car tire blew out on a busy road and I had no tools with me. They were there and had me on my way complete in less than 30 minutes. Presentable, kind, and quick are 3 qualities hard to find with a tow truck company and they have all 3.

Phil is legit!!! He has all the equipments to tow specialize/exotic cars and his prices are way better than other places. Also very friendly and professional. Usually when you need a tow, it's not for a happy reason, and when he is being polite and professional, it helps the situation a lot!!

Amazing service! Can’t recommend Phil enough. I was worried about loading up my car on the flatbed as my car is really low. Phil had all the tools to load up my car with no issues. Super professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. 10/10

Phil was great! I was stranded on the side of the highway with an un-drivable car and he was so quick to show up. He was very kind and helpful on the phone and explained things very clearly, which helped because I was very stressed. He was transparent about pricing and the price was so much less than what I was expecting. This was on a Friday night and he showed up to the scene in 15 minutes! I had to have the car dropped off almost an hour away and the price was very affordable. Because of the car’s damage, it was tough to get it on the truck bed, but he was careful and did it without doing any further damage. I would HIGHLY recommend calling Phil when you need help.
