Just saw one of your drivers fly through a stop sign without stopping in Whitehall around 7:45 PM. Doney St and Maplewood Ave intersection. Pretty reckless considering it's a flatbed truck.
Had a great experience with them yesterday! Contacted them about a broken AC & was told to bring it in same day. Mechanic fixed it within a few hours and had me back on the road. Very reliable & reasonable pricing. 100% will be back!
purchased a vehicle from here took it to my mechanic mechanic says the frame fuel lines transmission lines are all rotted basically worthless. called speedway asked for atleast a partial refund said there was nothing they could do. apparently they don’t mind selling junk vehicles to people wouldn’t recommend

I got my vehicle towed because I accidentally parked on a day that street sweeping was being performed on my street near OSU campus. I was worried maybe it would be damaged or the alignment would be off when I picked it up from the police impound...but all is good. Just want to thank this company for being careful with my car even during a involuntary towing
This company is a fraud. They are liars and destroyed my vehicle and now refuses to take responsibility. They have accused me and son (who has nothing to do with it) of trying to set them up. Why would I set you up and pay you nearly $1000? That makes no sense. Anyone knows the only reason you would take a car to the shop is if it has an issue, so their argument that the car has issues before I brought it makes sense seeing as how I brought it to be repaired. I have photos of the poor work done on my car causing the engine damage. Giving the mechanic permission to do the repair means I trust he knows what he is doing and will properly repair what he is working on. He did not and it cause an issued that killed the engine and the internal components.please the photos of the work after they completed it of the “wiring repair”. You be the judge. Does it look like a professional job to you?
Very good towing company! They take very good care of their clients' cars, and they are very dependable. I have used them several times now, and I get the same quality care each time. They kept me informed of their arrival and drop off. Keep records of the vehicle beforehand too, just in case you need to know the damage extent before it gets loaded, and that it is not their fault. Overall, the most professional towing company in all of Columbus!

Getting your vehicle towed is never a fun experience, but these guys were outstanding when my truck got a flat this weekend. Fast, friendly - total pros. Offered to patch up my tire at no charge. 5 stars for sure.
Apparently, they don't care about customer service much. I don't know what was it about my responses that raised an issue but I guess this is just how they operate. Seemed to only be important once they realized a review was posted.
Been trying to call for a day now to check and see where my car was towed to, for a company open 24/7, not one person has answered the phone.
Update: Called and said they were having trouble with the phones the last two days, and that’s why they didn’t answer. 10/10 addressing the problem quickly!!!
Drove off the side of my driveway and got my car stuck in some deeper snow. Called Speedway towing and they showed up fast and on time. Very professional and friendly. They got my car unstuck quickly, took great care not to damage my car in any way, taught me how to properly attach my tow hitch, and gave me some great tips on how do properly drive in snow with summer tires so I don't get stuck again.
I hope I don't make that mistake again, but if I do I'll be calling Speedway. Thanks!
Yesterday, I needed my truck towed. I contacted Speedway Towing, they took the time to address all my questions, very professional.
They provided me a pick up time and followed through with it. And they kept me updated every step of the way. I'm pleased with their service and will be using them again.
They are very professional and fast! Called and they had a tow truck to me in less than 15 minutes . I had a flat tire & even after hours they where able to swap out my tire for me so I could get to work . I will be using them again & I deff recommend anyone & everyone to them !! Great experience
We needed our Silverado towed 34miles to a transmission shop and they answered the phone immediately with a reasonable time frame to arrive and price. 30mins past the ETA I call and they got called out on and emergency and eventually came 2 hours after that. 3 hours wait total- it was parked in the driveway so no big rush. The driver was courteous and got it to the location safely. *Im editing to a five star for the fact that the GM took the time out of his day to call and see if there was anything that could of been improved on the service. That shows they care about their business and customers

Locked keys in car! Called StateFarm Roadside Service. Big Giant we will be there in 3.5 hours. Get out of here. Called Speedway Towing, quick answer. They tell me they’ll be there in 10 minutes, they were there in 8 and I had my keys within 11 minutes. Very professional, very fast and very much will get my call again.
Great services! The representative I spoje to over the phone was very knowledgable and was quick to get all the important info necessary. Tow truck driver arrived very quickly and was able to place our car onto the flat bed without issue. Drop off to the repair center was just as flawless. Will definitely use again with future towing needs
My husband crashed his motorcycle and needed a tow. We called around only to be quoted high prices (we only live about 20 minutes away). We called Speedway and they came in less than 5 minutes. The driver was very helpful and we paid a fair price (mush less than the others we had called). Thank you for being there when we needed you guys!
