They are the worst. I got a call from them saying they had another vehicle on the back of the truck they would have to unload before coming to my location. I waited for another 2 hours, and they never came until the service was canceled. Unprofessional.
Extremely unprofessional , hung up on me twice and I was asking if my car was on their lot. Off rip just said the car wasn't there and kept asking when did it get impounded. Be more professional. Then when I asked for someone else, I got hung up on. I call back, left a vm, and called again and basically same interaction and got hung up on. DO BETTER !
Edit: instead of the company calling me back I got a reply on Google reviews that was even more unprofessional and irate. I never said that you guys could "make" my car be anywhere but the situation was handled and still being handled poorly. Maybe this is a family owned spot but calling potential customers dummy instead of simply calling back when I gave my number via voicemail is another example why I would never call this company for my current or future vehicles if needed. Do some customer service training or something.
Update : this company did text my number soon after my edit and continued to handle this situation with no professionalism. Tried to speak on my situation and knows nothing about such. If they were on BBB, I swear I would report them. I posted the screenshot of the text in another review. Seriously DO NOT GO HERE they don't deserve to be in business.
Terrible company. We were broken down on I-71 in 95 degree weather. The guy told us he would be there in 30 min. An hour later, we contacted our roadside assistance and were told the driver canceled the call. But never called us. Never depend on this company.
If a driver pulls out in front of vehicles doing 60 on 33 and doesnt have enough time to do so then gets mad when you pass them enough to drive way over the speed limit to catch up with you to flip you off. I wouldnt ket them tow my cat for nothing. Very unprofessional.
They repoed my car and I have been trying since October to get ahold of them to recover my property and no one will return my call or ever answer a phone. I just need my belongings!!!!
Waited over 2 hours on the side of the road to be told their 10 minutes out but since I need a ride off the side off the freeway they are canceling my tow. Do yourself a favor and find another place.
This guy saved me when the other tow company did not show up or respond to me or budget roadside assistance. We're stranded with my rental car for over 6 hours and MVP ended up coming and getting my car and allowing me to leave when budget told me I couldn't. I had been stranded for over 6 hours. This guy was professional communicating with me through texting entire time and got the car back to budget. Use him. You won't be disappointed.
The owner is a really nice guy, and was willing to work with me when I was in a bad way on the belt. He came right out in minuets, even offered to tow it out of state if I needed too. I highly recommend. 👍🏾👍🏾
