So rude I went there for 8 new drive tires and I choose the tire brand but when I left they put different tires when I asked they try forced me to leave but I was sitting an other day. Absolutely harassing place try to call the Cop, I will definitely never come back here.

Very poor customer care service and the owner of this place is a rude person, screaming out load in your face showing no sign of respect, that’s over the limit.
I rarely ever write a review let alone a negative one but the owner of this place pushed me over the limit, this guy is the most greedy and rude owner of business that I have ever dealt with.
Every time I come in he increases the price of Labor even when I bring my own parts he still wants to charge me more than the one before saying that everything went up when I'm pretty sure that he didn't increase the pay for his employees, his prices are already higher than any other shop yet he keeps arguing and fighting with me to increase the price. On top of that the place is very disorganized dirt and trash everywhere the owner just sits in his filthy office smoking hookah and yelling at his customers. I will never come back
They are very good people. I come there almost They close but they wait me even took me by their car to freightliner dealers to buy parts and return. They done fast. I really appreciate them.
I just needed a quick fix, figured at least $50 - 100, these guys not only gave me the piece of hardware I needed for free, they fixed it for free. Judging by this, these guys are honest and take pride in their work.

Honest, professional, and prompt. We took in a power steering pump to be replaced but instead of taking advantage and replacing the pump to charge more, they advised that the only problem was the fitting. We saved so much money with their honesty and this is hard to come by with repair shops now a days. I would definitely recommend Bat Truck & Trailer Repairs.
Awesome sauce the customer service is ridiculous. The workers are ridiculous. He will always have five or six guys working on your car or truck at a time. We were even given a free fan and a discount. The owner was excellent. I will always come back to this place we were even offered pizza and water. The prices are great as well. If you are anywhere near Columbus Ohio trust me this is where you want to go. We are driving a flatbed truck and we have both had a great Time. If you’re feeling down about any repairs that you have to get done trust me, this is the place to go. They will lift your spirits help you with whatever it is you need to be help with a work with you on the price even though the prices are already fine just the way they are you cannot go wrong coming here. Went yesterday to get new tires on my drive , great price ! In and out in 45 min ??. Owner was super nice and friendly ! Thank you and I will come again .
All i can say is that owner has very bad attitude and he gets out of his mind. He isn't one to dell with but there are couple hispanic mechanics that will work your rig if they can figure out your problems,but its better to bring it if you know your issue and you can point it to them...
I’m writing this review to share my exprience for those behind me, i had been a customer to this shop and brought several trucks in my fleet for different times for a such minor problems like tires, brakes and oil changes…etc.
1) They have the lowest quality tires i had ever seen.
2) Managers or Owners have bad attitudes and NO RESPECT at all.
I learned one lesson from them which is HOW TO GOOGLE SEARCH SHOPS NEAR ME and check their customer review writing.

Don't ever waste your time because these guys are the most disrespectful bunch you'll ever come across. They will insult you and talk to you like you're an animal let alone fix your truck/trailer. I had a trailer with issues and they insulted the driver as soon as he told them what was wrong. The owner SAM is the worst person you can ask for help.
I’ll go anywhere else regardless of the distance.
We had a stalled truck in Columbus, OH area on I-70 & I-270. We had a new driver behind the wheel that could not explain what is going on with the truck, so we had to call tow truck to tow it away. We need it to find a shop that we can tow it to. We found BAT on Google Search and we call in, spoke to the owner of the shop Sam, and he said sure bring it over. By the time they tow our truck it was almost afterhours, despite that the owner himself waited and found a spot to park our loaded trailer and stalled truck. Next morning, they check everything on the truck and found out the truck does not have any fuel. (Imagine that....lol) they put 20 Gallons of fuel fired up the truck, fix the wires on the coolant sensor and truck was ready to roll. I would like to personally thank the owner and all the staff working there for the fast response and willingness to take a NON regular customer last minute with a Volvo truck (everyone is afraid or not working on Volvo trucks), but they took it without a question. Thank you Sam!
It used to be a good shop, but my last experience was unpleasant.
I came in in the morning and they told me to wait around 2 hours.
I lost all day waiting for them to take me in, since I checked in in the morning. I stayed there all day and they said to wait a bit more and more and they will take my truck in.
While I was waiting there were other trucks coming in for the service and they took them even though I was in line and they have fcfs.
I used their service for last 3 years, and recomended them to people who need good shop in Columbus, and also I paid for few month for parking.
Anyway I left the shop and they never called me to check if I need the service anymore.
So I decided not to use their service and I would not recommend them.
Poor communication and customer service.
This is one of the best repair shops I have ever been to. People are super friendly and very honest they will not replace the parts that don't need to be replaced.
My wheel seal, Bearings, Slack adjuster, And the brake pads were replaced super fast.
They will not rip you off, very good prices.

Sam, keep up the good work. I get service at this place all the time. I really like Rios. Nelson, Edin and Orlin are good guys. Usually same day service. Prices are reasonable.
