I will be recommending Eurotech to family& friends looking for a repair shop in Columbus. Their customer service is what sold me. They are responsive, personable, and very clear throughout the whole process. They went above and beyond with service, even offered to shuttle to the rental car property. Great work and reasonably priced!
I walked in without an appointment on a Friday to ask about having a part painted, and Dale & Xander accommodated me with no issue. I filled out an info form and they stepped out to look at the car with me.
They emailed me the very next day quoting a very reasonable rate.
I dropped the part off the following Tuesday and got called to pick it up Thursday, one day earlier than expected. Xander was even willing to stay late after closing so I could pick up my part after I got off work.

I took my Mercedes to Eurotech and I’ve been working with Sander regarding having my car fixed. They have gone above and beyond making sure the car is repaired up to my standard standards and have kept me in the loop through the whole part of the process. If you have a higher-end car, I need bodywork. This is the place to go.

I have nothing but good things to say about the team at Eurotech! They were reasonably priced and did a wonderful job on my car (Subaru Crosstrek) - it looks like new! They also washed and cleaned the outside and inside of my vehicle before I came to pick it up. They have great customer service and Joe the owner is friendly and communicative. This shop did the impossible. Had a 90s car with unibody damage, every other shop turned me away and wanted to scrap this car. Eurotech not only fixed the damage but had a fast turn around, was upfront with all the issues taking the time to show me personally, and stayed on budget. 10/10 Would do business again.
Terrific experience with Joe and Dale. Had a small repair on a MB work van and they treated me like I was getting a Ferrari repaired. Made me feel important and did a great job. Insurance was a little difficult and they helped navigate through it all.

Jeff did a fantastic job on my car! I chipped paint off the front of my car, and broke a few plastic pieces on my grill. Jeff replaced my grill and repainted my front end and had it back to me in just days! The work is undetectable, and looks as good as new.
I would trust no where else! This is my second time using their services, and they have been fairly priced, as well as genuinely nice people.
I debated whether to do this review or not but because of the cost to me in time, I feel compelled. Only reason it is two stars is they gave me my money back, thankfully, without any hassle.
I needed my front bumper replaced. I took my car in on a Thursday and was told that they could get the bumper in by Monday, Tuesday at the latest, if I paid for it upfront that day by check. I’m usually reluctant to do something like that but the timing was really great as I wanted my car fixed before Labor Day.
Monday comes by, no call. Tuesday, same, so I call and am told that they don’t know when it’ll be in. I asked them to find out. Wednesday and Thursday, no call. So I call on Thursday and ask and am told that it’ll be in on Friday. Friday comes by and no call, I call in and ask, and am told it might be next week but he wasn’t sure. I said fine, let’s just cancel it and refund me.
I understand sometimes things get delayed. But I only chose to go with Eurotech because I was promised the quick turnaround if I paid essentially cash that day. That didn’t happen and it was disappointing. They need to learn to not give that kind of timeline if they can’t meet it, but claiming you get it directly from the dealer and guaranteeing a date is bad for business. I’ve now gotten estimates from two other places - they were honest about timelines and you pay when they are done with the work, rather than expecting an interest free loan from their customer.
The final piece of this was the cost. Their estimate was literally $700 more than the other places. They artificially inflated the cost of the part by $400 and their labor was more expensive. Maybe they do a great job and it’s worth it, I have no idea. But small businesses need to be careful with how they conduct their business in the age of online reviews. I wanted to give a local business a shot but obviously this didn’t work out.
I've been involved in the automotive body repair industry for more than 45 years, first on the body shop side and then as an insurance adjuster/damage appraiser. So, I know what a good repair is, and also what a "hash job" is. I recently retired, so I don't fix them anymore, and I had Joe repair some rock chips in the front bumper and hood of our Mercedes. The repair is outstanding, to say the least. I know what they did, but there's no evidence that they did any repair to it... except for the simple fact that the paint on the front of the car is now perfect. Hopefully, I won't need any body repairs in the future, but if I do, there's no question who will do them.

Joe and the team at Eurotech were fantastic in working with me to fix my son's mini cooper. We wanted it to look good and be safe but we didn't need a complete restoration. Joe listened and gave us options to save money. We were thrilled with the service. However, my biggest compliment is that we had a minor issue after the work was performed and Joe took care of it immediately and stood behind the work. I will definitely use Eurotech again if we need any body work again. Each time I went in or called, I spoke directly with the owner which I really liked. Thanks Joe!

down the street quoted me $1800 for door scratch and paint repair and Eurotech did the job for $100. Yes, you read that right, a $1700 difference. They did a great job and the door looks good as new. They even gave me a loaner car to use for an hour while they completed the job.
Great place and great people! Eurotech repaired surface rust on my fenders and wheel wells just in time for bad weather, and they've done a great job. Will be taking my Bimmer here from now on.
I was lucky enough to find Joe at Eurotech shortly after moving to Columbus. He and his staff have had the opportunity to take care of my car needs several times. I've never waited an excessive amount of time for my repair and never was it not done to 100% satisfaction. The team at Eurotech are the only people I trust enough to help me with my Mercedes and I really cannot recommend them enough. They have gone out of their way countless times to help me and for that I am grateful!!
First class service, phenomenal work and the fairest prices in town! They were honest, caring and more than accommodating. I took my car in to get a giant dent removed from the side of the car and just picked up my car today looking brand new!
