Went in the store and from the moment I walked in both Cindy and Kel acknowledged, assisted and informed me on what was needed for my vehicle. Kel even helped put the oil in my vehicle. Customer service was top tier. Thank you both!

Visited to buy a part using a birthday coupon of theirs. Initially hard to find in their inventory. However Dontray kept at it using company information as well as other sources. Found the part and had it shipped in for next day pickup. Of importance also was that he easily applied the coupon to the order. I mention this because during prior years trying to used the coupon was problematic. Others had a difficult time. Which means he did lots of work to find the right part and made easy use of the coupon. I was so delighted that I called their corporate office to pass praise on directly.

On our way home to Dayton from Zanesville, my battery light came on while driving and many other lights came on along with jerking. Stopped here and they checked the battery. It was almost dead. They replaced it for me and they were very helpful. I appreciated them so much!

It's sad because there are a few great employees here, very knowledgeable, but the management is extremely unprofessional. On March 20th, 2025 at 5:40pm, after being a long time 5yr customer, I was accosted by the manager Kwan at Store# 1967.. This incident was escalated from an inquiring phone call that I made two days prior. Kwan was very aggressive and slightly rude over the phone when I asked about a certain employee. Sometimes when I would call I usually get Ms. Lindsay and she would say, "Is that you Jason?!?" She knew I was getting ready to ask for my favorite employee, Shannon. I'm an A.S.E. Certified Technician, and I have a great collaboration with Shannon which is why I choose O'Reilly's. Shannon is very knowledgeable, and being in my industry and having an employee who knows their stuff is a very important thing. I try to only work with her, but will work with others in a pinch. When I called I was in line to leave work and asked if Shannon was available. Kwan was on the other end and explained that she was not there. When I asked if she was coming in later that day, he explained that he would not give out that information, and before I could explain the situation he became aggressive and slightly rude explaining employee safety. Understanding employee safety is the upmost important thing, I wanted to continue to agree, but with the aggressive tone and attitude, I just figured the employee may just be having a hard day. I asked for the employees name, which is when I found out that it was the manager Kwan. I decided to just end the phone call and just come by another day. I came by the next day and purchased a valve cover gasket kit and Shannon was not available but neither was Kwan. I was helped by another employee with no issues. I was not worried about the incident at all and had completely forgotten about the matter when I came by two days later and I seen the employee who I loved to work with, and began a conversation with her and my transaction. As I did, Kwan approached me and with an aggressive tone he began to accost me an continue his aggression towards me after recognizing me or my voice from the call. He said, "Oh was that you, you the one?" And began to become belligerent. I asked that he deescalate instead of being so aggressive for no reason. I was not a threat in any way. I was a loyal employee for several years. The present employees, Shannon and several others as well as the customers seemed concerned and uneasy about the entire situation. As much as I tired to get Kwan the manager to calm down, and that I was not a threat, almost all the employees who know myself by name all witnessed him make unprofessionally extremely loud threats and kicked me out of the store. I felt threatened and unsafe. I felt like the employees felt the same way. I tired to explain this to Kwan , that I had no bad or nefarious intentions and let's deescalate the situation again.. But it was useless. I been doing business at this location for years. I never insinuated the situation. I tried several times to deescalate the situation. This individual made the whole environment and situation uncomfortable and extremely unprofessional. At times when Mr. Kwan approached, it was unclear what the situation was about to be. Several employees witnessed the situation and was also captured on video. This was hopefully not O'Reilly's example of customer service, let alone management material.

The assistant manager who's name I didn't catch is absolutely amazing. She alone makes it worth it to Come to this location. We had an amazing conversation and it was just amazing. Incredible human beings still do exist.

THIS location remains Mine & My Boyfriend's *Go-to* location for O'Reilly's. The current staff here is always very friendly, helpful & somewhat knowledgeable. Which unfortunately isn't the 'Norm' anymore.

Only part store to use, unlike other auto parts stores that have red colors on there buildings, these parts are actually quality parts with good warranty that they stand behind and even though they can get overwhelmed at times with short staff they still get it done and are great to customers no matter the situation, I use them almost daily for both my personal vehicles and customer vehicles

I don't usually leave reviews but I received EXCELLENT customer service at the Brice Rd location from Michael and Tony. There were 3 different headlight options for the headlight I needed replaced. The older gentleman, Tony went out and removed the bulb. I purchased the correct one and he installed it for me. I was having a stressful day and this super kind gesture mixed with the conversation we had while he was installing it, really helped brighten my day. I'm a busy single mom and it saved me so much time having him install it. This isn't the first positive experience I've had at this location. They always go above and beyond. Thank you O'Reilly's and thank you Tony!!!

I was in desperate need for a new strut for my Jeep. All other auto part stores wouldn’t have it until Tuesday. My husband called O’Reilly and spoke with Tasha. She went above and beyond to make sure we got the part that day which was a Saturday. And sure enough it was there on time as she promised us. She deserves a great deal of recognition. This will definitely be our go to auto parts store from now on.

The personal at the O’REILLY on 1911 Bruce Rd, in Columbus, Ohio. Have been very friendly and helpful. And I have been to other Auto Supply Centers. Where they don’t recognize you as you come in. Or they give you the feeling that it’s a inconvenience for them to help you. So I like O’REILLY

Store had almost what I need. Maybe having E power steering fluid available can help some of us that have Electric power steering pumps in newer electric and hybrid vehicles. Other than that I found the other fluids that I was looking for.

One lady tried to oversell my wife on power steering fluid. Tried selling her a $13 half quart bottle, when she could use a quart size bottle that only cost $6. Moral of story is always do a little research or take someone with you who knows about what you're buying...

Nick was awesome!! I was not expecting much when I went in but Nick was friendly, pleasant, professional and had a can do attitude! Stellar customer service. Some of the best service I have seen in years. I hope O'Reilly's realizes what an asset he is to their company. Highly recommend and I will absolutely go there for any auto part needs in the future. Love going here for my auto parts. Prices are good the customer service is above average. They are very knowledgeable and will help you get the parts you need. I also like the fact when i call in about a part when i get to the store whomever i talked to is ready to assisst me and actually remembers the quote and the problem. So many times i have called other stores and when i get there nobody knows whom i spoke with or about what. This location has a female rep. Who is not just the token female. She too is very knowledgeable and always ready to assisst. Thanks Jon and the rest of crew for making my experience at your location always a great one.

I'm not a motor head so I don't frequent auto stores very often. But when I do need something simple this store is where I shop. All I needed today was a gas cap for my truck. They asked simple questions (important for me), found it, and sold it to me. And without being pushy they also signed me up for their bonus points program. It sounds good but I'll likely never purchase enough to matter.

I don't know how many times they've sold me the wrong parts because their employees don't know how to read part numbers. Recently I tried to return a caliper they had sold me for the wrong model, they refused to return the caliper and my core. Bigger white guy was very disrespectful and the smaller black dude acted very snooty and unknowledgable. According to them brake calipers are not able to rust...

I had an emergency situation. My power steering pump broke & my belt came off. I was stranded with no tools. They swapped out the belt till I had the right size since I needed a smaller one cause I was bypassing the pump & they loaned me the tools. I had no one I could call for help so if it wasn't for the employees going above and beyond for me I honestly don't know what I would have done.

This O'Reilly Auto Parts always has my Shell Rotella T 10w30 when no one else has it. As you all know they got the WIX filter you need too. Don't forget to check those bulbs!

Returned a Holley Fuel pump and was told by Elliott that the credit would show on my account within 5 days and if it did not to come back to the store. Still no credit after 3 weeks. Now they tell me that the reciept said he gave me cash back when he did not. Now I'm out $79 because they have a thief working for them. Will be calling Area Manager to have him save my number and call me back to apologize when the employee is FIRED for stealing! It may be days or years but it will happen! Looking forward to that phone call! Friendly warning when returning anything at that store-always check for method of refund before signing the reciept!

I didn't like anything. Everytime I have gone in there the last year there are new people and they will straight up tell you they just started there and have had minimal training. I know more then those guys do about vehicles. Pretty bad when customers have to help other customers. Will be taking my business somewhere else like advanced auto
