My vehicle is 10 years old I do everything to maintain it. I had them replace a thermostat, less than a year later the warming light comes back on.I call the part store to see if there is a warranty, only to be told the part was returned. Also had them replace struts a year later I hear a lot of rumbling over bumps low and behold I need new struts. Thankfully I was able to take part in the City's project taillight program and Lindesy Honda has inspected and is doing the repairs. I do not recommend this shop.
My daughter ran over a nail and got a flat tire on a Sunday while at OSU. I called around to find someone who could plug her tire and could not find anywhere available until I called this place. I was told to have her bring it in and in no time at all they plugged the tire, took the spare off, put the tire back on and she was on her way. Thank you!

Very polite needed a used tire and was Givin one with really good tread life still at a great price was replaced before I could even get the spare back in my trunk
Had an emergency. Lost ability to use my brakes at all while driving on freeway. Pulled in here just needing someone to take a look to see where leak of brake fluid was coming from and would pay of course. The person their said only one working that day on a Saturday early afternoon so couldn't help me at all?! I stopped because of all the signage out front of ALL they do like they were a big time shop but only got a man that seemed to need to retire already.
I Went to Mr. Tire in Dublin and they quoted $1350 to replace the entire manifold and said it was too rusted to wield. These guys wielded it just fine and it cost $350. Works great
Those guys were so nice to me, and helped me find out what was going on with my Cars Air Conditioner.
BUT!! when I got home and told a friend whom is a Mechanic what these guys told me the price would be he was very upset 875.00,. To replace a Compressor which cost 100.00. and usually takes about 1hr
I was very sad after hearing this. The younger man I'm sure didn't like the price the older man gave me.
I love this shop thsts bedn there over 30yrs. Their thorough, trustworthy, honest, efficient, and show you the problem, economically affordable, great customer service. Their always my go too.
Almost died bc Capital Kia failed to ensure that all the lug nuts were secured while doing a routine check up and tire rotations. Just dropped by because the back tire was extremely loose and had to stop 5 times within one mile to keep tightening it while trying to make it to this place. Once I made it, they were extremely quick, helpful and tightened all the nuts, which shocked me as to how bad of a job Kia did.

I have been going here for year. They have reasonable pricing and are honest. The son, Billy, knows costumers by name and history of their car, which shows they care and pay attention. I would recommend you give them a try if I’m the need of car servicing!
Had a blow out due to a pot hole on I71, put the donut on and headed over to the shop where we received first class treatment at a an amazingly reasonable rate, all on a very cold Sunday afternoon.
Guy said he didn't have time to fix nobody's tire that he already was working on a car all we ask him to do is to take a look and see if he had the tire in stock

Driving down 71 we got a blowout. After attempting to call several tow companies we couldn’t find anyone open or available. I called The Tire and Auto Shop at 3pm on a Sunday, asking if they had any recommendations for towing companies to get us to their shop. They provided me with a number but that tow company was unavailable also. They could have left it at that and said sorry about your luck. Instead they took the time to offer to come pick me up and take off my tire, take me to the shop to get a new one mounted and balanced, and then brought me back and placed the tire back onto the car. All of this happened within an hour. They went above and beyond to make my customer experience exceptional. 110% recommend.
These guys are excellent! They're really nice people, their work is great, and so are their prices! They're thorough and don't give you the run around other places will. This is my new go-to mechanic for sure! Appreciate you guys!!
Bill and his father are everything that can make small businesses amazing. You can tell pretty much instantly they genuinely take pride in what they do and seemed nothing but sincere since the first phone call. The few other places I called seemed sketchy. I only needed one tire, but they not only took the time to check while I was on the phone if they had my size, they wanted to ensure they had a backup just in case before I headed over. When I got there they had them ready, checked to see which would work best with my existing tires, removed my old tire, put on and tested the new one, and then cleaned it and the rim by hand before putting it on. It was far cheaper than I was expecting, for a tire in great shape and top quality service. He shook my hand and said if I had any issues just come back and they'll take care of me, and I wholeheartedly believe it.
I called the day before my daughter went in to get 2 new tires put on her Volkswagon. The gentleman that answered the phone (Bill) and the owner were courteous, helpful, and went above and beyond to get me a quote and the tires we needed. The tires weren't at his shop and he had to go elsewhere for them, but he assured me that he would have them picked up and ready for her when she came in the next day. It's hard finding new people to trust when one moves to a new city, but these guys are awesome, quick and the prices were very reasonable! Wouldn't hesitate to use them again!!
Being from coshocton and having my wifes tire done they were really fast and super nice and rrally good people would recommend them to anyone and does really great work
