This place is the biggest rip off I had a truck leak about 1 gallon of transmission fluid on the highway. I called Rusty's towing to clean the mess up. the Columbus police insisted that pro tow clean up the mess they had to use a special chemical to break down the oil. Rusty's showed up before PRO TOW and the Columbus police refused to let them clean the mess up with floor dry. When PRO TOW arrived they cleaned the mess up with floor dry and charged me 9500.00 for cleaning up a mess that took them 1 hr to do and they brought there whole fleet like it was a hazmat situation. THIS IS THE WORST TOWING COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN DO NOT USE

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had previously left a five star positive review, but I must edit to add. I accidentally left the rear plate on the car when it was picked up and in a few months began receiving parking tickets from somewhere in North Columbus with those plates. I know it’s my fault for forgetting them, but I certainly didn’t expect to receive parking tickets of them on another vehicle.

Discriminatory for folks with disabilities. Doesn’t allow support Person to come with to help clean out wrecked vehicle when the owner is disabled and unable to do it themselves.

If you have valuable items in your car make sure you take them out before they tow it. They love to steal stuff out of cars in the lot and won’t take accountability for any of it

Easy process. Didn’t take long at all, vehicle was picked up at location desired, checked was give, vehicle was towed all within minutes. Would definitely recommend!

These folks were very easy to work with. They let us recover belongings from our wrecked truck and were very helpful.

My car was towed away quickly and efficiently. The driver was friendly and efficient. Hopefully, I won’t need their service any time soon. It’s good to know they are there if I need them.

They came to get my truck git a courtesy call thirty minutes ahead had up and gone in less than 10 minuets handed me my paperwork and back to work the guy was extremely nice and very professional

WARNING!! THIS COMPANY WILL SCAM YOU AND DESTROY YOUR CAR!!! My brother and I recently had our Ford focus towed by these guys and they completely destroyed the transmission. We know it wasn't our fault because we had the car checked just 3 weeks prior and it was in near-perfect condition. A simple Google search will tell you that if you tow a front-wheel drive car, you MUST tow it with it's front wheels off the ground or the drag will generate heat which will severely damage the transmission. I guess these guys have some really incompetent people working for them because they failed to tow the car properly, damaged it severely (a $4,800 fix btw), and then refused to take responsibility; Claiming we must've been the cause for the damage. Their staff is rude, they'll damage your car, then try to foot you with the bill. For anyone who's been towed by these guys, call your insurance amd have them fight for you! I'm gonna be in contact with a lawyer.

I understand that people aren't exactly thrilled to be here but the lady working the window had the most vile attitude. I tried to be overwhelmingly nice to counter it but I'm convinced someone must have never hugged her because it was nothing but animosity.

The driver was excellent! He put me at ease about getting rid of my car and made me feel much better. He was courteous and polite and funny. He put a smile on my face.

If I could have given 0 stars I would have. I recently had to have my 2020 Jeep Wrangler towed because of an incident with Columbus police. When I went to pick it up every alarm light was on. The check engine, ABS light, 4wheel drive and stability control light. My right front tire is damaged due to there driver dragging it along the rail on the bed of the truck , along with oil now leaking from the drain pan. My vehicle has been serviced at the Jeep Dealership since the very first oil change, and had none of these issues before hand. There Representative Shaun Gray came to my home and admitted that they pinched my brake line and that they would fix my vehicle but did not do what he promised. I strongly recommend any other tow truck company especially if you need your vehicle to work correctly like most people do. Sincerely H. West

This place is a joke they towed my vehicle on Friday, I went and picked it up Monday from the impound lot and all kinds of damages was done after four days of calling finally Shaun Gray came to my home today picked up my jeep took it back to there shop they fixed some part that had a pinched wire was told they would show proof of receipt when brought back never saw a receipt when they brought it back it’s been leaking oil since we picked up our jeep! There trying to say the oil leak isn’t from the tow driver which is a lie we never had no lights on no oil leak now it’s leaking oil bad and there’s a bunch of lights on ! Tell me how they can fix one thing but yet the oil leak isn’t nothing to do with there tow truck driver! The keys was laying on my seat when it got picked up cant seem to understand why they wouldnt start my jeep and put in neutral to get it on the tow truck instead, they left it in park and drug my vehicle up on the tow truck and caused all kinds of problems. They can fix one thing and say that their tow truck driver caused that problem, but not the problem with my oil leaking all under my vehicle this place is a joke and the lady that’s in their office that answers the phone needs to learn how to talk to people with some respect you guys are running a business and it’s a very unprofessional business The tow truck driver should be fired and so should the lady that’s answering your guys’s phones

The guy working tried to gaslight my mother and I about our tow coming. He told us it "doesn't work that way" and our tow from a different company wasn't coming. Our tow did come a few minutes later and they released my car. If you use their towing service never have your car put in their lot.

HOW in the hell are they A+ through BBB?? They also have 1/4 stars from BBB, so the math is not matching. They were EXTREMELY rude. They did not respect the situation, they were talking over me and not allowing me to share my concerns. They said I needed to “read better” and “not trust everything on the internet”….from their own website. It feels like they are absolutely holding onto cars to rack up money for the space in their lot. They claimed not to have my phone number (I asked for calls for more timely communication) despite me filling it out on the form when my car was towed. They also stated that the website connected to their agency wasn’t right in regards to the vehicle release form online (this is why I got the “don’t trust everything you read on the internet). Honestly, not sure where that information went or why there was no follow up from that. They provided different information during different calls about who to list and what to say on the form, which was also different than the information provided to my insurance adjuster. Adjuster also felt they were taking advantage of the situation to keep the car. “Customer Service” is a joke. They do not know the meaning of customer service or how to speak with respect to people going through a crisis that lead to their car being towed in the first place. They do not know how to take ownership of their poor organization and communication, don’t know how to deescalate a stressful situation or talk to people kindly in the first place (truely, be trained, because this is your customer base- their cars are totaled and towed, be real), or if they have been taught they really do not care to try. It is truly so so hard to get me to a place where I am THIS pissed off. Congrats. Write down who you talk to and when, because they will talk at and around you as if you should know this information. I have a masters degree and they were talking to me like I was dumber than dirt. I wouldn’t even want someone I hate to have to go through this and deal with their rude, distasteful incompetent customer “service”.

These people are the real deal. Mike was awesome. They are one of the few companies who can handle any jobs. Total confidence in them. Would absolutely use again

My car was illegally towed by this company. They stated I parked in space with hash lines. (Which is the empty space next to grey car) I have attached a picture of the space I parked in, which shows no lines.( Parking hash marks, also known as access aisles, are the diagonal stripes located alongside handicap parking spaces. These markings are not for parking but are designed to provide extra space for individuals with disabilities to safely enter and exit their vehicles, especially those using wheelchairs or mobility aids) There is also no handicap sign for the parking space (where grey car is) next to the empty space I parked in. I will definitely be filing this in court. Pics shown below.

Office staff are not on the same page, had to come up 3 different times in order to actually get my vehicle. First time they wouldn't even let me get into my vehicle because I didn't have a title when they only posted that you need your ID, the second time they let me get things out but wouldn't let me get the vehicle because it was after 6pm (and this is after calling each time to see what all I needed, they had to refer to my tow sheet so they knew the state highway patrol had it towed so they would know i needed to be there before 6pm) Everyone I talked to would give a different thing I needed or say something completely different than the last. It definitely felt like they did this on purpose to increase the price.

When everything goes perfect - what is there to say? They came in the time designated - the driver called 30 minutes out - and when he came - no drama - just a couple of quick hooks to the van and they pulled it up - secured it - gave me my check- and it was gone. I could not have asked for a better experience - thanks!

The driver was professional and courteous in his dealings. Once transaction was confirmed, he wasted no time in getting the vehicle on the tow. And away went part of the history of our family!

They ripped the rear end out of my truck. They did more damage than the hit and run I was involved in. The pics are before and after the tow. They need to invent the zero stars selection. In response to the owners reply. The driver complained his bridle was broken and the passenger side shock is ripped in half and there is damage to the driver's side shock as well. Instead of blocking traffic to load my vehicle, he slid it by hooking the rear end and dragging it sideways even though the police were present for traffic control. That did not happen in the accident but at this point it looks like a lessen learned on my part.
