They fixed my transmission on my 2016 traverse and it's been only few days but it runs brand new!!!! There was also a bottle of my cologne that got lost and the owner literally paid for a whole new bottle. Couldn't Ask for much more highly recommend and will always send my friends here!!! 10/10

I needed a cheap CVT transmission replacement for an old CR-V which could be done quickly. These were the guys. Everyone else in the Delaware and Columbus area either wanted too much money (even up to more than twice as much), or could only get it done in a couple of weeks.

I often read reviews but never take the time to write one myself. In this case the service was so exceptional I am taking a moment to let people know Ruben at Arrow transmission is the only place you should take your car for a transmission issue. I called 13 places to get quotes and an idea of how long my car was going to be out of service. 2 places never returned my phone call. 10 places had to call me back with a price, especially when they found out I had had a warranty. Not Ruben he gave me a price right over the phone within a moment after I called him. His price was $1600 better than anyone else. One thing I have learned is cheaper isn't always better but if it's transmission work you need, Ruben is the guy. I took my car there still not sure if I was going to leaves it. After walking in and seeing the cleanest office for a mechanic shop that I had ever seen. I was greeted by Ruben and the way he made me feel, I knew that my car was in good hands. The other places I contacted needed my car for 7-10 days. I dropped my car off to Ruben at 2 pm on Wednesday and they put a brand new transmission in my car by 9 am Friday. Less than 48 hours. My car runs perfect and I hope reading this well make Arrow transmission the place for your car. Thanks Ruben for everything.

I have to say thank you thank you and thank you again to Ruben and all at arrows transmission.. I can't say enough, how amazing all the people that work there are and how grateful I am that I chose to take my car there. Had clutch kit replacement as well as clutch master cylinder and speed sensor. Was completed in a timely manner, they were all very polite and went above and beyond in helping me get back on the road and with my life.. I wish I could give them a 100 stars.. I recommend this shop for any transmission work you would ever need done.. It was the first time I had ever used their services but I promise I am thankful I did. Thank you again Ruben and to his lovely wife that kept me company while I waited for a short amount of time . You all rock.. I swear I can't say enough about the amazing customer service I received, wish more places and people were like you all are... A+++

They helped us when dealership said there was an issue. Turned out to be a heat shield which they fixed. Very happy with them, the service and timeliness. Will definitely recommend to others!

I have been dealing with arrow since they were on kietzke the service they provide is outstanding, and the prices are very competitive, im having a cvt trans serviced, other shops drain 3 quarts and refill 3 quarts which leaves a lot of old fluid in the trans, arrow drains runs the car drains again to make sure all the old fluid has been replaced, Thanks for all your work.

Took my truck to them with differential noise they got it in got it warranty approved rebuilt the differential got my truck back to me I am a happy guy they did an excellent job took good care of me and treated me with lots of respect I highly recommend Arrow Transmission and automotive

Very rude woman who answers the phone. I am a new car owner & I needed to ask a question about getting my differential fuild done & was told I was beening rude for asking questions than she hung up the phone. If you have questions because you don't know, don't call here because you will get hung up on.

Reuben rebuilt my transmission in my Honda odyssey, between evaluating to make sure that's what needed done based off Hondas suggestion, it only took 1 week to get my van back which is what he quoted when I called last week. He went above and beyond for other issues I had and has gained a loyal customer. I referred my sister to his shop and will continue to refer other family and friends. Jenn at front desk is his wife and she's very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. As I am a new customer I do not know the extent of the work they can do, but I know I will always call and ask if they can do something before I ever pay dealer prices again! I love supporting a local business and this one should reap all the rewards!

Really helped me out by swapping my transmission for only $500 then changed my alternator for me for only $50 more. Then fixed a wiring issue. 10/10 would recommend

When you take a vehicle to be fixed, repairs should last longer than a few weeks. More than once at that. It should not come back with lose or missing bolts and needing repairs of things that were fine when it went in.

Wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. Had a transmission replaced and every time they give me my car back my transmission slips within 3 days returned the car again got it back and slipped the next day. They play to many games and speak no English when u ask for your money back stay away for pay an expense lesson 💯bad business

I've been going to see Ruben for years now. He's very professional and does excellent work. He charges a third less of what most mechanics charge. And is very honest and tells you directly what the issue is. I found that a lot of mechanics over the years will give you a roundabout answer when they know exactly what the problem is but will charge you outrageous prices for something that's an easy fix. You do not get that from arrow transmission. I highly recommend for anyone seeking any kind of mechanical work to see Ruben.

I have a 96' GMC Suburban 1500 4x2 and they have rebuilt the transmission. So far so good! Fast service and it cost nearly half of what another shop was trying to charge me. Definetly recommend not because of price but because of the great service that they offer! If I ever need any mechanical work now I know who I can rely on.

Excellent service at Arrow Transmission! Professional, affordable, and timely service! The kindness of how the staff treats their customers really stands out. The service to fix my transmission leak was 1/3 of the price of what one of the National chain stores quoted me, and the work was completed in about 1/3 of the time as well. Iive on the complete opposite side of town, but it is worth the drive to Arrow Transmission. I highly recommend Arrow Transmission!

Ruben took great car of my horrendous issue. Took care of my issue much cheaper than other spots were saying. Plus, Ruben is such a nice guy, he's my friends go to mechanic and my friend is always pleased.

One of the best local owned car shops of all Columbus! That take walk-ins and have fixed all of my multiple car troubles. They are English and Spanish which is amazing.
