Easy and convenient option for recycling electronics. Good customer service and very reasonable fees (when applicable). For any questions ahead of time, I recommend calling; emails do not seem to be checked regularly. I will absolutely come here again for my e-recycling needs!
I just dropped off a carload of video tapes, a CPU, and a variety of other electronic items. Talk about easy! I drove up to their unloading area and before I even got out of my car, there was someone waiting to unload everything. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! If you have electronics, computers, video tapes, and more that needs to be recycled, this is the place to go!! Thanks to everyone who made the process smooth as glass!
Used their services where they came to pickup a bulk order as well as dropping off a few items at their office. Both times had a good experience with the staff. Recycled everything from computers, monitors, peripherals, and secure destruction of hard disk drives with a Certificate of Destruction.
Great company with long history in Columbus Ohio. We had about 20 large CRT screens, old TVs and Computers. They made disposal a snap. A very ecologically sound recycler who also offers sales , services and more. Big fan.

I would strongly recommend it if you are to clean up your closet and get rid of those obsolete computer hardware! Don't throw it into your regular garbage bin, that would be toxic for the nature!
These guys are great! My business needed a bunch of computers and IT hardware taken out of our building and these guys made it so easy and did it at no cost! You can't beat that. If you ever need stuff taken, these are the guys to call. Super friendly and quick service!
Excellent customer service and not unreasonable about pricing.
They were recommended by goodwill along with best buy as well as listed on Columbus recycling. Best buy wanted me to pay $25 to recycle a monitor, which was not going to happen. Called ahead with these folks and was told when I could drop it off and that there would be no charge. I was in, out, and happy to be down one monitor in barely any time at all. Highly recommend.
Phenomenal customer service! Original pick-up time was scheduled for 5p-6p with a 30 minute call ahead. We received the 30 minute call ahead, and the pick-up was completed by 11:30am!! The pick-up team was friendly, personable and professional. They made it easy to get rid of our unwanted office equipment. The people that set up the pick-up were also very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend.
I have brought my last 7 computers from these guys. Every computer works great, no issues. I picked up a few game systems (Dell XPS) from them, and all are much cheaper than buying it on eBay, plus it comes with 6 month warrantee. Great service, free shipping, warrantee...They are excellent.
terrible company, does not want to support their own products after sale, they try to stick you with erroneous restocking fees on unopened packages. i would shop elsewhere. I feel that the customer service was rude as well.
Dropped off here two times before. They told me they take pretty much anything that plugs in. There is an office front and a office further down with a door bell. You want to go to the office at the back of the drive.
