After several diagnostics at a few different places, A2Z gave me a fast diagnosis for my transmission issue and fixed the issue during the huge winter storm. Can’t thank them enough! We even got a leak test and warranty for the part and work that gives me so much peace of mind!

The staff is extremely friendly and the service is outstanding! I had previously taken my 2013 Avalanche to the dealer and they incorrectly diagnosed my ABS problem. A2Z correctly diagnosed the problem and had my vehicle back to me in 5 hours after starting the work while doing additional maintenance. They are extremely busy so you may have to patient (something I lack ?) while they get to your work. However, they are well worth the wait! Highly recommend them and I will take all my future work to them.
We had a problem vehicle with unexpected transmission issues, and this business went above and beyond to help us. They saved our company a significant amount of money, provided excellent customer service, and had a very quick turnaround. To top it off, he personally drove over 50 miles to deliver the vehicle back to us.

I took in my 2016 Ram 2500 with about 100,000 miles at the time. I was having trouble with my 66RFE transmission while towing. I upgraded my valve body prior to contacting A2Z and was still having similar issues with my transmission. I am happy with my valve body upgrade which will help in the long run. A2Z ran their diagnostics and determined internal components within the transmission were failing. They were very knowledge and professional when handling questions I had and explaining their process in making everything right. I went ahead and let them get into the transmission where they found the issues I was having immediately. They called and explained everything very thorough. Parts were ordered quickly and in a matter of weeks I was getting the call to come pick up my truck. I have now been driving my truck for over a month and I am happy with the results. They will provide a warranty on their work. They have my recommendation.

If you are taking your car or truck in for transmission repair, please be patient. When your vehicle is done, You will be happy you chose A2Z transmissions. Jared rebuilt mine and did an excellent job. I did have an issue with one of the parts that was installed was a bad part, but Jared made it right and took care of it. I’m extremely pleased with the outcome.

They were very friendly and professional. They rebuilt our transmission for 1/2 the cost when compared to estimates we received from other places. They did free leak checks and 6 months later, it's still working perfectly! Great place!
Did a great job ,was passing thru and transmission had some issues and I was stuck , he knew what was wrong with it ,had me in and out same night and was able to get back on road . Would most definitely recommend them to everyone.
A2Z came highly recommended by my daughter and her co-worker. The had told Jared of the quote I received from my local transmission shop and he thought that sounded high. Also why nobody had quoted rebuilding it only to replace it. I live south of Columbus in the Cincinnati area and local wrecker service wanted 625 dollars to tow it to the A2Z shop. They not only arranged transport at a fraction of the cost but also rebuilt my transmission and saved me quite a lot as well. Very professional.. quick turn around.. if a when I need transmission work in the future I’m head north.and will recommend A2Z to anyone it’s worth the trip
A2Z Auto has been a blessing! My daughter's car is older and needed a new catalytic converter, the AC was not working properly and some other small issues. They were able to identify a few other major items as well that made her car not safe, yet after fixing all of it still saved me a lot of money compared to the previous quote I received from another body shop. Transmission went out in Jeep. Had 2 extremely high quotes of as we live near Kings Island Cincinnati area. No one offered to rebuild the transmission only wanted to replace with a rebuilt transmission. Was referred to A2Z transmission. We are great full for their honesty as they saved us so much money in unnecessary repairs we were being quoted for. Will definitely be using them in the future if ever needed.
Had the transmission go out on our gmc Arcadia. Contacted A2Z and the got us in promptly and was able to dissect what the issue was. They were able to get the repair done quickly and effectively. Overall process was seamlessly.

You know how you read these reviews and your like questioning weather they are real or not. I can tell you first hand A2Z transmissions is the real deal. No BS, straight to the point. Brad was very open with me, even gave me another place to check out because their schedule was packed. I tried the other place he recommended and I didn't get a good feeling at all. I already knew I needed a complete replacement. They wanted to keep my car and do a complete tear down so they could quote me accurately. What? No thank you, I'll wait for A2Z to look at it. Dropped it off the night before and later the next day Brad called to confirm the unit does need replaced. Brad worked to find me one with very low miles. The other place said 3-4 weeks. A2Z had it done in a week. Pricing was extremely reasonable. Tiffany worked very hard for us to find us the financing possible. My car is running like new again thanks to the team at A2Z transmissions. Thank you so much guys!!

I’m so pleased with my first experience at A2Z Transmission! I went there for a second opinion on a vibration in a BMW I had recently purchased. Brandon provided a more detailed assessment than the other shop. After consulting with me and answering my questions, he made the repair quickly. Brandon went above and beyond to address a related issue, but only after clearly communicating about the issue and the pricing. The shop is not much to look at (and could use a sign over the door), but I would definitely recommend them. Brandon reminded me that they do much more than transmissions and that’s definitely true. Great job. Great price. Five stars!
