First time going here and the experience was awesome. Staff was very welcoming and super friendly, they had no problems answering questions I had and they did it with a great attitude, odd right. I mean who would of thought, people working a customer service job and actually doing a great job at "customer service". Thanks guys I will definitely be back!!!
Honestly, this place was good when it was located somewhere else, but now it's become a place where you're practically going to waste your time. This place simply shouldn't be open; they don't care about their customers. It's a shame for the employees who are there, because some of them are good.
I don't really scrap my dad had a stroke 3 weeks ago and he had a trailer full of of stuff and I went here and was treated like a king. I think the guys name who helped me was Chad But I think he deserves a raise.
Me and my friends went here to sell metal we found with our metal detector and they asked for my friends ID, then asked for her license plate number?? They copied both these down on a piece of paper. Then when she saw the sign that said you must be 18 to sell (she was only 17), she said nevermind and asked for the paper with her information back. They told her she couldn't have it back due to "company policy" and "legal reasons" even though she hadn't sold them anything and no transaction had taken place. After minutes of arguing with several employees, they said they would shred it only if she followed them into a back room. They finally shredded it as she watched from the doorway and we left, but this whole experience was super sketchy and weird. There is NO reason to ask for license plate numbers. And why didn't multiple employees notice her ID said she wasn't 18? Very weird. These people are lucky we didn't call the police. Do not take your business to them.
Nothing fancy, not going to give you a ton of money, but they'll scrap your stuff fairly conveniently. Lady in office gave me a free bottle of water too! Would use again

Its very helpful. I take my cans there everyday and get good money for lt. I take metal as well and get great amounts of money for that as well. Theyre hours are great too. I even took metal cans and they gave me less money.
Rip off they don't give you the actual weight for the stuff you bring in I know for a fact what I took in was over 120lbs and had papers showing that it was that and the weight they had showed 88lbs. Makes you wander which person is pocking the extra money
The WORST experience at a scrap yard I have had to date and one that cost me both time and money in the end. I will not be returning. Was ripped off on my steel. Had an entire truck bed full of steel scrap and was weighed out at 40 pounds after dropping it in the yard and was then told that no manager was present to speak to. Had my brass, tin and aluminum scrap, which I had separated prior, all dumped into the same bin for weighing and was then given a slip that showed only credit for aluminum scrap. Employee admitted the mistake and tried to separate it after the fact which was impossible and then gave me a new slip for less weight than I was initially given for the total items when it was counted as aluminum. I should have received 3 times the money I got for my scrap and considered calling the police for theft over the incident. DO NOT GO HERE EVER. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS.
