Went to Auto Zone to get new battery for my 2012 Ford Fusion, and when I turned the car on it started but the young lady helping me said she wanted to check something before I drove off. Found out the battery was low. So even though it was closing time she took the time to get me a new battery and put it in. Really nice staff! Helped out a lot!!

*NEW LOCATION/NEW BUILDING* I stopped at this AutoZone after being poorly mistreated at a nearby AutoZone in close proximity. I had just bought a battery this past July, but it was faulty. Due to it being under warranty, I wanted to have it looked at/replaced. Brian F, the Parts Sales Manager greeted me with such love as soon as I walked in. He took care of me and treated me so well. While being there I noted that almost all of the employees appeared happy wanted to be there. I spoke with the Store Manager, Kayla, and I let her know that I was taken care of way above how I thought things were going to go, and applauded her on how she was taking care of her team. It really does make a difference on how people work. I will send anyone that needs anything care wise to this location and to ask for Brian. Thank you for making a bad experience turn into an happy one.

I stopped in this location. I needed to get a bulb to replace my Headlight Sylvania waited on me. The store was very busy. She was son nice. Excellent customer service very friendly and kind she also took the time to come out and change my bulb for me thank you Sylvania

I went to a beach to purchase an item but the worker ignored my request for a check throughout the computer to ascertain the right specifications for the product. I told him my brother is a manager here and he was on his toes to attend to me But when l got to the headquarters at main street l was promptly attended to.

Always a line at this place. Always understaffed or the people working are more concerned with stocking the shelves or sweeping the floor than helping the line of customers waiting. Their website always indicate they have parts in stock and then you arrive and they don't have. Even if you speak to someone on the phone you need to ask them to physically find the part or they may not actually have. Worse than that is when you arrive at the store after confirming the part is indeed there then no one working knows where it is. Recommend Advance or NAPA for parts over this place.

Bryson P. is the absolute BEST employee! He excels at strategic thinking, problem solving, solution/s based response, & above all else, providing superb CUSTOMER SERVICE! Another shop nearby sent me away and told me they couldn't help me. Bryson P., however, quickly & proficiently handled the situation, identified all issues, explained to me the solution/s, and was courteous, friendly, professional, and helpful all along the way. It is a MUCH better feeling as a customer in need when you can SEE an employee is actually responding to you, helping you solve a problem, and is identifying a *solution* rather than being left floundering & stranded to figure it out for yourself! 15 out of 10, Bryson P! Two thumbs up! Highly recommend! Give employee Bryson P. a PROMOTION and/or a RAISE! Went to get my battery tested and it failed which i already knew, told me to come back the next morning to buy a new one and someone will install it for me, i didn’t have a problem doing that. Came by the next morning, after telling the worker she wanted to test my battery yet again after explaining it to her. She then told me she personally would not be installing my battery and recommended I go else where. Went to a different autozone and the worker there was super helpful, popped my hood and immediately said “oh this is so easy” and changed it within 20 minutes. Workers here are lazy and make it seem like helping you is a chore.

Stood in line and waited, while fro guy ate a candy bar then took a customer who walked in and up to him then started you don’t need this part mumbo for over 15 mins. While seems like 6 other employees were stocking and at least two other gray shirts were wandering around. This location lost me as a customer

Staff argued with one another, horsing around. Was only customer in the store and had to return wrong part for correct part. Took all 4 employees to get it done. Least professional store I've been in for a long time. Avoid Reynoldsburg store if possible.

Went to E main street store to get a wiper relay after gig to canal winchester. Store Mgr at canal gave me a print out of what she thought would fit my car. I brought the actual wiper relay in to get correct part. The part brought back was not correct. Cashier was rude and decided to over talk me when trying to show him the part in my hand. Then he had to get another part and became more frustrated. Last time patronizing Auto Zone. I'm just go elsewhere.

My fiancé and I traveling cross-country had broke down in the Auto-zone parking lot and as we were figuring out what to do next, the very very kind staff helped us sort ourselves out in little ways but their efforts went a long way. After my fiancé and I located a nearby mechanic and were able to get our vehicle up and running again, the Auto-zone staff once again provided kindness in assisting us getting our vehicle towed and parted us with helpful advice for the rest of our journey. We are extremely grateful and will forever remember the helpful staff. This AutoZone is amazing, highly recommend!

My experience was amazing! I was able to walk right in, get my needs addressed. Abbamilkii, was quick to assist me with checking my battery that kept needing a charge. He quickly assessed my battery and found out that it was not just one from AutoZone, but it was actually under warranty. He installed it and I was able to go on about the rest of my day and happy and secure that I was safe that my car would get me from point A to B. I will continue to refer people and revisit this store for my automotive needs.

Go to O'Reilly or Advance Auto. Please stay away from this disgusting store they will only rip you off. My business partner had to order parts for his car at this location. After the assistant manager assured someone would call him the next day when the parts arrived he received no phone call. Days went by of them not receiving the part so he went elsewhere. Upon returning to the store to get his money and shipping charges back the store refused on both accounts. They neglected to mention parts would be coming ups and couldn't be refunded. They also told him he couldn't have his refund until the district manager showed up. Absolutely absurd business practices. No wonder they are bottom of the auto parts chain

This is the most inconsiderate store I have ever dealt with. The people that work here have no respect for thier customers. We waited in line for awhile while no one took it upon thier selves to help check us out. They allowed someone to jump in front of us right as they walked in and. Helped them find the part and checkout before customers that were in line for ten minutes. The guy that did that didn’t have a badge on and was wearing a backpack on the front of his chest which looked highly unprofessional.

I visited this store yesterday and received exceptionally POOR Customer Service from Jessica. Aside from the fact she seemed to be on some substance her attitude , willingness to help and knowledge was all negative. This behavior is common for Jessica. Due to witnessing others issues as well as my own with Jessica I avoid her when shopping. I don't think expecting general knowledge from a manager who's been at Autozone for years is too much.

Rod G and Adam are awesome employees. I ordered a part a couple of days ago and stopped by the Reynoldsburg store to pick it up. Initially, it appeared that the part never showed up. Rod G worked diligently to confirm if the part was actually in their store. His professionalism and commitment to customer service really shined through. He found the part and saved me an extra trip to the store. Additionally, he ran into an issue with processing a commercial account. Adam jumped in and collectively they turned this around in record time. I really appreciate you two, thank you for a positive experience. This Autozone will be my go to for my auto parts needs!

"0 stars for this location. The customer service is terrible. On Thursday, May 30th at 12:45 PM, there was a guy with a noticeable bump on his forehead. He served the customer before me nicely but was very negligent when it was my turn. He didn't give me all the information about the parts and refused to show me all the options. Worst of all, he mocked my accent in a very disrespectful way and told me to just pay and leave. I felt awful being treated like that."

A nice big and clean store that is sadly brought down by the employees. I went it to get new turn signal bulbs and upon checkout the man who was helping me asked if he could charge me triple or quadruple. I kindly responded no thank you. He then acted like I didn't know what I was doing and that they could help, which I could appreciate if it weren't for the earlier comments. Yes I am a woman but that dosen't mean I'm clueless about cars. If you are a woman, I suggest going to another location.

I made a pick up order on a Friday. By Tuesday I still had not received a pick up email. I called the store and whoever answered was completely rude. They answered the phone without giving their name, so I don't even know who it was. They just said, "AutoZone". No other greeting besides that. I told them I put an order in on Friday and I still hadn't received a pickup email. To which they replied, "Well, we're backed up on orders so you can just come in and get it". I said "okay" and he hung up. No apology for it still being in process after days (My understanding is their pick up should be Same Day). He didn't look up my order to see where it was at in the line. He didn't ask if there was anything else he could help with. He just hung up. The customer service is horrible. So, I called the 800 number and canceled my order. They clearly don't need my business or my friends.
