My car was stuck on icy road while I was doing Uber Eats deliveries. UE provides "free roadside assistance" and they made wait for 3 hours and then when it was dark, cancelled my request. I called Nick and was lucky to get real roadside assistance in less than an hour for a reasonable price. The moral of the story is don't use Uber, call Nick. Thank you!
Nick was great. We called for a jump and he got to us with in 15 minutes. And come to find out it wasn't my battery it was my started he was able to get my truck started still. Which I thought was very honest and nice of him to do. He could have easily charged me for a tow. I actually got his information from a lady at the gas station who happened to be talking about how her tow went. So it was definitely Perfect timing hearing her conversation. Definitely 100% recommended fast, and great prices. thank you again for your service's.

He answered right away and was at my location in under 30 minutes. What really stood out was how much he went out of his way—honestly, he did more for me than what the tow itself even called for. You don’t see that kind of effort often. And even with all the extra help, the price stayed very fair. This is who I’m calling from now on.
What a great towing service! I scheduled my car to be picked up this morning and they arrived on time and did a great job of hauling my car (and giving me a ride in the tow truck) safely into the Westerville Goodyear. This tow truck company also serves locations outside of the Columbus area-- even as far away as Zanesville. I will be using their service again in the future. I highly recommend them!
Absolute life saver. Came fast and gave my car a jump and even made sure my battery was hooked up right. The difference between needing a jump or needing towed is calling the right place. He didn't give up on my battery. I was able to finish my classes and land the job. Not all heroes wear capes. Some come covered in grease and don't give up on that busted looking car with the dead battery. I made it home. Highly recommend. I'll never call anyone else if I'm in the Columbus area.

They literally tried to overcharge more than any other tow company out there just called the tow truck. They want 110 this company wanted to charge me $230 for less than a quarter of a mile really two blocks every Tow Truck Tow Truck company that I’ve reached out to only 100 to 150.
Amazing place! Said they would be there in 30-40 minutes and showed up in 15. Driver was friendly and made conversation the whole drive. 10/10 place, and 10/10 workers. Would recommend this place over the others. Great price as well.
First let me start by NIKNAK Towing is the best! They are extremely professional and get the job done right. My daughter will be driving soon and I will make it a point that she has NIKNAK Towing in her phone for any and all emergencies with her car.
I called around 6:30am to get my spare on while on the freeway. The guy lifted my car from the side skirts and broke it. I didn’t get to check till I got off the freeway. Charged me $80 to put and now I gotta pay 500+ to get my side skirts fixed.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE

Seriously the best towing service in Columbus!!!! My boyfriend car got stuck in a ditch at 3:30am. We called and the phone was answered promptly, we only waited EXACTLY 30 minutes (not joking) and we had someone on site pulling the car out.

Car damage in a snow storm. Lost my steering. It’s 2-3 am, NIKNAK towing not only picked up the phone, but gave me the best price. Got there on time, towed me home even though I was 10 miles outside his radius. Bailed me out when time was tough. Reliable, timely, reasonably priced. Would recommend.

I called them for a tow at 6:16 PM and they arrived to my cars location in less than 20 mins! Never had a tow that fast. Thankfully I wasn’t in my vehicle when it broke down but had I been in my car, I would’ve been very grateful for the response time. Very kind and fast service!
