Would like to give the guy a good review but as usual he never showed up. We’ve been without a vehicle for another day because of him now. Spoke the day before he was supposed to show yesterday, said he’d be here in the afternoon. I text him about 1pm and he said he was almost done where he was then he was headed my way. Afterwards he never just stopped responding entirely and ignored calls. Seems to be his thing based on prior reviews.

He earned my respect and my trust and will continue to get my buisness from this day forward. Something is very wrong with this Zach guy if he's stood up this many people. He no call-no showed me too even though I agreed to meet him at the time HE chose. I called him WELL in advance to schedule a time to look at my car. He didnt show up, didn't pick up his phone 3x. He didn't even have the guts to call and say he wasn't going to show up. Either he's given up on his business or he's independently wealthy and doesn't need to take clients. He ought to chance the name of this company to NOTHING BUT HASSLE.

We can’t thank Zach at No Hassle Auto Repair enough! While traveling back to Michigan from North Carolina for our wedding, our car broke down in the Walmart parking lot in Circleville due to a loose caliper from a recent brake job. Stranded late on a Saturday with our dogs and a trailer, we called Zach around 4:45pm. Within an hour, he drove out to us, diagnosed the problem, went to the auto parts store for what we needed, and fixed everything right there in the parking lot. Walmart’s auto center couldn’t help us, but Zach went above and beyond to get us safely back on the road. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to drop everything to help complete strangers was incredible. Got the one star because I can't do zero. Zach said he was going to do a brake job and also another job he didn't even finish at 4pm and then lied about coming, said he had to go to his “friends house” for a machine, then all of a sudden, he got a flat tire. SAID HE WAS STILL GOING TO COME!! Then kept hanging up on me when I called to see if he was still coming out. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Would not recommend. Not to mention, he was told a day beforehand and still took the job. Now, I have to leave out of town with bad brakes because waiting on him, I couldn’t get to someone else. He doesn’t know how to communicate then cry about why he doesn’t have repeat clients. Just saying, if you’re going to be a “one man band” be able to work your schedule and not overbook then not communicate. You are going to miserably fail in this industry, especially when your “5 stars” are probably fake to keep your ratings up on here. CHECK THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BOOK SO YOU DONT GET SCAMMED AND YOUR TIME WASTED!! Someone already took him to court for holding their car for MONTHS and still didn’t fix it at a place that doesn’t even have a garage.

Timing chain replacement is a long and tedious piece of work, so much so that every shop I called let me know they don’t even do it. I called No Hassle and within 24 hours mechanic showed up and had the job totally done. This is my only car so I saved a whole lot and would recommend ANYBODY LOOKING FOR ANYTHING car related to hit them up. I just found my permanent mobile care mechanic shop. Great work man!!

Zach saved us. He met us at 11pm on the side of the freeway. He took out the busted alternator and zipped off to get us a new one from auto-zone before they closed at midnight. In no time our car was running again. He did it through the rain and told us some hilarious stories. You don't meet kind people like him very often. It gives me hope. A rare soul. Our road angel.

No hassle auto-repair Zachary hill.If that's his name I hired him to change the belts on my twenty twenty ecosport. He loosened the wrong bolt on my Air compressor Discharging the whole system Put a cloud of freon all around us. Had a sore throat for days. He said he was Ordering the manifold gauges and freon , oil for my system which takes 1234yf. He was to return the next day which would have been Tuesday of last week.He never showed.He gave me a new excuse each and every day. Had. Several texts with him today.He He was to recharge my system with R 134 Compatible with 1234.Y.F it would damage my system. I've saved all the text messages. I'm debating if I'm going to turn it over to my attorney. Called Firestone. They were four hundred and fifty dollars to It evacuate the system and recharge it. My advice would Is Not to hire. No hassle auto repair/ Zachary hill. You'll end up with more problems than you started with.

Zach is a lifesaver. After the old Check Engine light came on and errors started popping up all over my dashboard, I began to lose hope for getting home from vacation in time for work on Monday. We called around 6 other mechanics who weren't able to help us (since it was the weekend and short notice), but we were lucky enough to find Zach! Horrible so called mechanic. Had him do a simple job of replacing a coil pack because I didn't have the time well he left some sensor unplugged and my wife broke down on the highway the next dat and had to get towed I think he has some drug issues that really affect his attention span. Wouldn't let him touch any vehicle if mine again

Was really hoping to leave a good review but unfortunately was stood up several times. He kept confirming appointments and said he was on the way several times over the course of a couple days. Never showed up, would reschedule, and the pattern kept repeating. I wasted hours waiting on him to just never communicate where he was. Would've been better if he just told me he couldn't do it at all/anymore instead of ghosting me for hours when he said he would be there in 30. Extremely disappointed despite all the good reviews...

Terrible!! Unreliable!! Unprofessional!! Would rather “spend time with his girlfriend” than make some money. Constantly said he was on his way only to never show up when he said he would. Not gonna lie was reliable at first then started bullshitting us and giving us the run around. He’s literally the 5th or 6th mobile mechanic we’ve had and we thought we finally found a good one but NOPE!! Just like the rest of them smh so if anyone knows of a good RELIABLE mobile mechanic who knows how to communicate and let you know something came up or they can’t make it instead of constantly saying they’re otw when they know they’re not PLEASE let me know. Waste of my time and most importantly my money!!

Zack really helped me out in a pinch! He did what other mechanics turned me away and said they couldn’t do. I had a lug nut stuck on my tire and really needed my brakes/rotors changed. He.came directly to me and was able to do it and made it look easy. My brakes sound so much better. Super down to earth guy I highly recommend.

I needed to have my radiator replaced in a hurry and Zach saved my butt. He came to my work, diagnosed the issue, then scoured the area to find me the best deal on the new part. He then changed the part out in my work parking lot, as it was pouring rain, as I was able to go along with my day. He quoted me an exceptional price, and we’ve already discussed him helping me with a few other small issues in the near future. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I can’t compliment this guy enough. We were in a pretty dire situation and he went above and beyond to help us. Not only did he help us to find the most affordable part but he also came to our house around 9:30 at night and fixed our car on his day off. He is a hard worker with a good heart! He also fixed other minor issues with the electronics in the car, out of the goodness of his heart, before I could blink. 100% recommend.

My car spun out at 8:30am and I drove home and called in and I had someone at my car within 20 minutes, he was soooo nice, he helped me out with the price and he even spotted a issue with My last break replacement and fixed it potentially saving my life! If u want a mechanic that won't pull a fast one on you and acts like a actual human being look no further I'm never going anywhere else ever again!

I was passing through Columbus when the ratchet straps broke on a motor that I was transporting. The motor tipped over and broke out my back window. I needed help getting the motor upright so I could get back on the road. I called and they were very helpful for an odd situation. They strapped the motor down and helped cover up the broken window for me. I was very thankful for their help in my stressful situation.

Great service highly recommend! I was in need of someone to come to help mate a transmission to the motor in my car and for 4 days I was jacked around from all these other mobile mechanics in and around the Columbus area (I contacted >12 different mobile mechanics). The morning of the job, I contacted Zach not expecting much initially due to my recent experiences. However he came to help me within a few hours of contact and we got the transmission mated AND he stayed to help bleed the clutch so we could start the car to make sure the job was done correctly. He is VERY busy so please be patient, however he will fit you in and do a great job!

Zack replaced the starter in my car this past weekend and did an amazing job. He showed up quickly and got straight to work. No drawn out process and he gave the best price ever after calling like 3-4 other places. He even went and got the part I needed.
