I went to a different dealership around the same time and these two could not be more different: the other place was pushy, and they took a long time to show me the car, etc. Automart (Sarah) was very friendly and accommodating. Not pushy, tried to help me along the way, flexible, etc. There was some back and forth in emails to figure out some minor details, but they were helpful and professional the entire time. I would (and likely will soon) absolutely buy a car through Automart again. 100% recommended them! Edit: I updated my review to 75% recommend Automart. All of the above is true, but they were supposed to follow up with me on a missing antenna and they ghosted me. Be thorough in your purchase, get everything cleared up and in writing up front, and this group is great. Just don't expect the same level of service after the sale.

I bought an SUV from them Oct. 2025 and was happy at the no pressure experience. Sarah was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the entire purchase and trade-in process. We got a good price on our vehicle. Soon we discovered an issue, called, quickly got an appointment to check things out, and the repair was made right then at no charge to us, covered by the warranty that came with the vehicle. We are happy with our vehicle, with AutoMart, and would definitely recommend them to others. Great job, folks!

Mike and Sarah were extremely helpful and honest. Very upfront, the car I purchased had minor ac issues and a tpms sensor. They went to the extent of offering to take care of the problems and set up appointments to get the minor issues fixed. Certified techs that do the rebuilds. Car drives like a brand new one and the quality of the vehicle is top notch. And I’d most definitely consider buying from them again.

We bought our son's first car here. At first we were nervous about purchasing a rebuilt title but have no regrets. They stood by their warranty for a very minor issue we had (something just needed tightened) it's been 4 months and have had no issues with our Nissan Sentra!

The dealership is nice. Good people to work with. The repair shop that does car warranty work IS NOT. I tried to get my car fixed for a slew of problems and they fixed ONLY the back up camera. My chipped windshield, transmission pan, and wheel bearings were all completely ignored. To top it off, if took them two weeks and countless calls for them to return my car. I have bought here three times now, but it will be hard to again if I ever have to deal with the repair shop.

They helped me in a terrible situation and they got me back on the road in a very nice Nissan and very reasonably priced only 60 thousand miles engine is like new! Also great customer service Mike was so amazing and polite and very informative I definitely recommend checking them out if you’re in the market for a great car!!!

I purchased a Nissan van from them. It was a rebuilt title but they had pics of the previous damage show that none was structural. I liked that they had a 1 year 10K Mile warranty which came into play twice. Both related to something within the transmission cooling system that made all the transmission fluid leak out really fast. The first time they repaired the symptom and then the second time they repaired what was causing it. It was really no hassle and they were efficient with my time. I would highly recommend them and have done just that at least three times already.

Ended up purchasing a 2015 Honda civic from them a few months back. Since then the car has been running good! I got the car inspected after purchasing and it only had a few problems but super minor and easy fixes. Brakes needed to be flushed, new tail light, and alignment. Other than that she runs nice and am very happy with my purchase.

This is my first time getting a car from auto Mart, but I got my last two cars from Clintonville car sales I was a little nervous because of the neighborhood, but the people that work at auto Mart are absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. That’s not too expensive with very low miles will be suggesting them to everyone I know looking for a car, if you go to them talk to Michael he was great and extremely helpful and transparent!

I was not sugar coated into extra sales, I was given information I had to almost beg for from other car dealerships. Very easy to work with. It was a quiet Saturday and a single person was working. She was great! I’d recommend them to anyone.

We recently purchased a Buick Encore for our daughter from AutoMart of Ohio. We had an excellent buying experience. The sales staff was very friendly and open about the circumstances surrounding the rebuilt title. We were shown pictures of the vehicle prior to rebuild. The car came with a 30 day bumper to bumper warranty & a 1 yr engine/transmission warranty. After purchase I had the oil changed where the battery failed testing. AutoMart covered the replacement cost of the battery, no questions asked. I would recommend AutoMart of Ohio for those looking for a good deal on low mileage vehicles.

Bought a 2015 Hyundai Sonata from Sarah for my son and couldn’t be happier with this purchase! Everything was seamless and smooth. He loves the car and it runs perfectly. Frankly there are so many really nice vehicles on this lot I could’ve stayed there all day perusing, but I will definitely come back there again when I need another vehicle!!

Excellent experience! No high pressure sales, Sarah was willing to share everything she knew about the truck I was interested in. She explained a lot of their vehicles are insurance vehicles (collisions with no frame damage, no flood salvages) and shared pictures of the vehicle before repair. I pointed out a minor scrape on the tailgate and they were quick to repair and repaint to my satisfaction. The original body repairs were first class, and people have remarked how great the truck looks. The price was right, the mileage was low, the staff were polite and accomodating, and I'm very happy with the truck and with AutoMart of Ohio. I highly recommend them.
