Super honest! We paid with credit card day of service $950 and then messed up and entered the bill to pay with a check. Sent them a check for $950 and they returned it back to us with a note that it was already paid via CC.
I am an afterhours coordinator for a medium size trucking company. I call Rusty's for just about any roadside maintenance for our trucks and trailers in the Columbus area. They have gone above and beyond for me, charge fairly, and communicate clearly.

Needed a large snap on box loaded with tools hauled. Michael drive 51 took time as if it were his own. Loading and unloading and putting it where it needed to go was no problem for him.. very experienced thank you.
How can a roadside breakdown make you feel thankful?
By calling Rusty’s towing and having Gio fix what first appeared to be an expensive roadside breakdown and helping avoid a tow charge and two days of downtime at the dealer for repairs. The single best breakdown experience I’ve had in my 30 years of trucking. Call them…… period

I thought my step van would never be moved again from my driveway. The driver was AWESOME he took the time to review the needful for the job, that to the lamest, seems simple. It takes skill to do what I asked. He prepared and achieved. Why review? Because service these days is rarely acknowledged no less praise. Again KUDOS Rusty crew. Thank you for letting this old man see right again.

My experience with this company has been nothing short of outstanding every single time I’ve worked with them. They’ve helped me out in numerous situations, and today was no exception. I want to give a special thank you to Logan and Tracy for getting my truck safely and efficiently off the side of the road and back to my shop.
The tow truck operator also went above and beyond—he noticed a serious issue with my drive shaft being installed 180° in the wrong direction, which could have cost me thousands in repairs. His attention to detail quite literally saved me from a much bigger problem.
Lastly, I want to thank the wonderful lady who answered my call. She was polite, attentive, and made sure all my needs were taken care of. I truly couldn’t ask for a better towing service!

Called in to get a tow. They didn't answer the phone in a professional manner. The dispatcher was delayed as if she were under the influence. I spent about 3 minutes talking in circles.
Great service! Im a tow operator from 100 miles north of Rustys and blew a power steering line. Called them up and they sent out their mobile mechanic Rick. He showed up within the 60 minute eta i was given and had me back on the road in no time. He did a great job! Thanks for the assistance!

Didn’t get overcharged for the chamber. good price overall for a service call. Was quoted 150$ more from PB65 smh

My semi broke down on I-70 East ext 193 going to West Virginia 7:00pm at night cold weather . This company rescued the nite . Treated me like a Person rather then just a Customer. The driver is best I will never see driver like him when it comes to safety and road conditions he makes sure we don’t get hit by traffic . I would definitely use them again…10 Stars if I could.
I have used them several times in the past and things have been fine but today they told me three of my credit cards would not go through, all of which are working just fine and have no problems. And then they told me they were tired of running cards and so the owner Rusty said that if we didn’t bring cash and pay an extra $50 for using cash, they would impound our truck. Will never use them again.
Towed on 10/14/24 in the Columbus area: I forgot to get the driver's name, but he came quickly, got us hooked up, and dropped us safely about 30 miles away at the service shop. Great personality, cool conversation the whole way, and waited with us until we got checked in. The payment was exactly what Rylee said it would be, with no extra fees. Would recommend if you need quick service!
We hit a bolt on the highway with our truck and trailer attached and needed a tire swap asap. Staff here was super friendly and helpful. Dan was the driver who came out and assisted us, he was super quick and very friendly. Would definitely recommend to other people! Thanks for the help guys!
When I called I was told the truck could not get to me any sooner than 1 hour. That was the exact amount of time that was taken for him to arrive. In less than 10 minutes we were hooked up and ready to go. Delivered with success. I would highly recommend this company for a tow.

Had a little issue with them on my first call to them. But Brenda called me the next day and worked it out in a very friendly and understanding way. And as luck would have it.
