Towed my car saying the tags are expired and they clearly was not. Who actually checks the tag/license plate on your vehicle everyday before you leave. The guy was behind my vehicle doing something with out a flash light on at 2am. Walks away from my vehicle them turns his flash light on and looks around at a few vehicles. Goes back to my vehicle and walks around it while I'm guessing taking pics of the vehicle and License plate. Just days before there was nothing wrong with my tags or plate.
They will tow your vehicle very quickly for expired tags. It doesn't matter if you're elderly, low income, disabled, and or sick. They offer no resolution for people in these situations. If I couldn't afford the tags how am I affording tags and a recovery fee.
Hound Dog's Towing was in my apparent complex called Edgewater Landing at 1:00 am Towing a abandoned car. They pulled the front of there tow truck so close to my motorcycle that they hit the right side hard saddle bag, and scratched it. I walked outside to check what was going on because they made so much noise. I saw the truck right next to my bike. I contacted them and they denied doing it. Told me they weren't even close to my bike. I saw the truck with my own eyes. It's not a very bad scratch and will not cost much to repair but they would rather lie about it and denied it. Worthless dishonest management !!!
These people are vulgar and vultures they pick and choose fees for people they think they can get over on. They did things super unprofessional definitely taking this all the way to the law I know my case will win .
Horrible company. Towed the car for no reason. Admitted fault. Sent us to the wrong lot to get the car. And made us wait 3 extra hours to release the car. Complete scam artists

I have delt with hound dog towing many times and they have always been great. Always timely. Their staff are professional. Prices are great. Tyrone one of their drivers is awsome.
Brake line blew. Called and they arrived significantly before the estimated time of arrival. Very professional and made sure to take care of my vehicle.
