Wonderful service. They were very helpful and honest about my crack. Also they were accommodating for me and my kids. Best service ever.

Gary was the person at the front desk and he was very pleasant to talk to. He checked my wondshield because there was a small crack/chip and he was able to schedule me on the spot so that I did not have to come back on a different day. I am very pleased with the way he treated me even though the place looks small from the outside.

After comparing quotes, I made my appointment with them. Total for replacing my passenger rear window was $247, around $175 cheaper than the quote I got for a mobile repair from a big name. They got me the next day, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They have a clean lobby to wait in, and everyone was incredibly friendly. I love being able to support businesses in my neighbourhood, and I’ll be recommending Auto Glass Discounters to anyone who asks.

We were in a pinch! We came to town to do some shopping around Christmas. The hotel we were staying in had a string of break-ins. Needless to say many people were trying to get same day appointments for window repairs. We requested a quote from this facility. Not only did the call back within 30 minutes, they had the part on hand and got us in the same day! It really saved our trip. Also they kept us out of the cold and saved our ears from the noise of the wind! Many other shops had 3 to 4 day waits. In the winter it is difficult to wait that long. Great experience. Highly recommended! As a side note we ate lunch while waitinf for our appointment. In general conversation our waiter at the restaurant recommended this place without even knowing where we were going. So seems to be a well respected establishment.

Great customer service and quick scheduling! Also the cheapest around! I called on a wednesday morning and they got me in wednesday afternoon. The windshield ordered had a scratch which they were transparent about and let me come back the next morning for a fresh one. Took about an hour for install. They replaced/reinstalled my mic wire and my camera wire also! Would come back in a heartbeat!

Amazing! My truck was broke into over night. 2 windows damaged. I called around 930 am and was given a quote and I had a technician at my home by 1pm. Everything was fixed and glass was cleaned up. It was so helpful and unexpected to be fixed the very same day! So glad I found this company!!

Quick and easy service, came out to my house in two day two-day timeframe, professional and explained everything. Felt good that I saved major bucks over $500 (Safelite) which I wouldn't have been able to swing the replacement cost. Tech Sam gave me his cell # in case I had any questions or warranty issues. They have replaced 4 windows now so to smash and grabs so thanks to these guys keep my on time for my service calls. Get my window installed same day and today found smashed window at 6am and had me in by 10am with window ready so very fast professional service and only place I use. Our fleet account is with a large glass company but I use my credit card to go here over the free service that takes days to get installed. Place does great work

Was even able to get my after market tint matched on the broken window all in one appointment! They are mobile and can come right to you or the shop is conveniently located near downtown!
