Went to Thunder after getting a flat tire in the middle of the night. I was there at 8am and they promptly opened the garage door and let me in, plugged my tire and I was out by 8:11am. Very professional and inexpensive. Would come here every time.
I just came here to fix my tire. The guy who was there he didn’t want to do it for stupid reasons but the reality is that he was just too lazy to do his job. I wasted 30 minutes to come here. Worst place ever
Not only is this place easy to find. They are fast and efficient with the work they do. Plus the staff and management are amazing as well. Easy to talk too, patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely find myself going back often for any future endeavors. Thanks again to everyone that helped me today.5 stars all day
Great honest people here , very affordable . I brought my trailer tire in and they took cared of me right away . The price is very affordable for during this economical recession.

I had a fifth wheel camper/trailer tire with a nail in it. This is one of the few places in town with the right equipment that seemed like they actually wanted the business. The gentleman that helped me was super nice. Didn’t mind me watching as he was performing the patch on the tire (was just curious and wanted to learn, not critique him as he did it). Price was very reasonable and he got me in my way quickly.
Unfortunately, the patch didn’t stay in tact due to the high psi the tire requires. When I took it back to have a new tire put on, they got me right in again and were more than accommodating for the return trip and took care of me in the cost of mounting the new tire.
Not an area I travel through frequently, but I now have a place to handle my trailer tire woes (though I hope I don’t need them again anytime soon. Thank you guys!
I blew out a tire about a week ago and had to send someone (who is kinda a clean freak) with my rim to go get a tire mounted... I called them 20 minutes before they closed as they were the only shop open... And the gentleman who answered promised me that he would make sure I got a tire on that rim. He not only waited, but he got the tire out of he back of the car it was in and returned it so the driver didn't have to touch it.
The same tire also had a defect - a bulge in the sidewall- that I did not notice until a few days ago and when I called the shop they were happy to replace it, without hesitation, and keep me on the road safely!! I was in and out of there fairly quickly
I was so glad they are open everyday and were available on Sunday. They had my exact tire size that was the same brand as our other 3 tires that came on the car brand new. They were so nice and the price was very affordable. On top of that we asked them to make sure our PSI was the same on all tires, which they were happy to accommodate. 5 stars! If you need tire repair in Columbus. This is the best place!
would not recommend coming here at all horrible service. Spend your hard earned money at different shop. I went here to get full set of tires. I was told my size was not in stock and they had to be ordered. I was told I had prepay for them which I did. So when I get ready to leave, asked for itemized bill of service which would include price of tires, service fee, labor, shop supplies. They said they do not do that. I was confused because the receipt I received had the sections for that information to be input and it was blank.They just came up with random price for me. The brand of tires I received solar are 88 dollars each = 352 I paid 500 W Then
when I started my car after getting band new tires and looked at my PSI they were all different with highest being 50. My car PSI is 32 as it says on said of the door. Then they tried keep my donut tire.
Great customer service and excellent work! Prices were very reasonable. The mechanic stayed in touch with me and explained everything thoroughly. Services were done in timely manner. Highly recommend for all your care care and repair needs!
while i was there they were fast and efficient. they told me a price and that is what i paid. they even had addressed another concern of mine when i returned the next day. Fog lights cord was hanging and they zip-tied it up good.
These 2 guys I saw on Saturday were great. I bought 4 used tires that were in almost new condition, and as I was leaving they told me I have a 30 day warranty for them. Well I got home and within 3 hours the two front ones were flat. So I pumped them up and went back and told them what the problem was. Without hesitation he said pull it in and we will give u two more and make it right for you. We not only did they make it right but they were matches to the ones I bought just 3 hours before so I have a matching set of great used tires. They are truly professional, I would definitely recommend them and I will go back to get more in the future. I'm a very satisfied customer, thanks guys.
Took my f350 to two other shops to get the wheels unstuck off the axles. Took it to thes guys got the rims of and a real fair price, nice to the kids and did not treat me as just a number. Thank you so much for not sending me away. Getting real old putting g air in my truck every day.

Quick service and very affordable pricing at Thunder Tire. They are knowledgeable and also assisted me with taking photos of my damaged tires for a warranty claim. Highly recommend
