Came in here about a year ago ( it came back into my memory) I was driving my dads car to get some oil ( never done it before so I wasn’t sure) I asked them hey I need oil not really sure what it takes, they both look at me confused ? And I’m like it’s a 2013 blah blah blah, still looking confused I I said do you have oil for this type? They look at me with that GEN Z stare and was like yes.. ummm ok do you mind putting it in for me after purchasing? They told me no ? Oh ok rude people they were African American young men and women so I’m not mad at that y’all have no professional
Aidan and Jason provided top shelf service today. O’Reilly’s is fortunate to have them and I would highly recommend this team to anyone in need of vehicle expertise 💰

Came to this store for a new battery and a couple other miscellaneous things.. the manager here and his staff was beyond helpful, they went out of their way to make sure I was educated as well as having the right parts. Definitely will visit this branch again!
I don't like writing negative reviews but I had to in this situation. I tried to return the same item TWICE to this store in which I paid cash for. The first time, they told me they just opened and hadn't had any customers so they didn't have cash on hand to process my return ( mind you, the item is under $10). They told me to come back later and they could assist me. I came back a second time yesterday about 30 min before they closed and they told me again that they couldn't return it because they already counted for the night and closed the registers. He proceeded to tell me to go to the O'Reilly's 20 min away from there since they were opened later. I didn't feel like arguing with the dude because I could plainly see he wasn't interested in nothing except clocking out. I rarely shop there anyway, but I won't be going back until they get new management.
On 09/27/2025 The Air filter came lose on my husband's motorcycle on the highway, my husband was able to hold it in place with his foot, until we got to the ORIELLY on Main Street in Whitehall, the crew working that night were absolutely amazing and awesome... Big shout out to Katrina Isaiah and Anthony...
They were so helpful had tools we could borrow, also let us girls that were there come inside to use the ladies room while the guys were fixing the bike in their parking lot... So respectful and we were so thankful for all their help.help

On requesting to rent a McPherson strut compressor employee directed me to retail tool aisle. On asking for assistance, employee insisted he could "not leave his position". When returning previously rented coil spring compressor employee got up from his position to go find someone who could process that transaction. Employee under qualified for retail position.
Recently experienced worn windshield wipers an issue with a rental car with bad wipers and had to run into the first auto parts store I saw. The folks at the O'Reilly's on E. Main St were helpful, patient and had a great sense of humor as I struggled with a 2023 Nissan Rouge rear wiper arm (seriously such a stupid design, whoever at Nissan engineered that is silly lol).
I had two Bosch wipers with the same defect and they took them back no questions asked. Appreciated the humor they had, helped make my day a bit better. Thanks y'all, and shoutout to Dejuan (Assistant Manager) and Lorraine for the top-notch customer service and laughs!
Staff is great. It’s the customers that be very rude as if the store should have their every need. The customers will make u want to pull your hair out. The workers gotta have tough skin to work at that place.
They never like to answer the phone and when they did, they put me on hold for over five minutes. And on another occasion, they had ordered part for me supposedly had ordered a part from. I should say I had to wait for it for me to find out that they never ordered it in the first place I had to get a hold of corporate for them to end up having to send me a gift card in the mail.
Spent over three hundred bucks for an auto battery to find it wasn’t the right battery, of which, they didn’t have, after they made me carry it out to the car for them to begrudgingly installing it.
The Honda dealership was happy to install a new battery for a little over two hundred dollars.
Worked with Clint at this O'Reilly location, and we diagnosed and solved my vehicle's starting problem. He was friendly, salt of the earth type, and respectful. Other auto part stores I called were too busy for me or hustled me through without adequate concern for my problem. Thanks O'Reilly and Clint!
Great customer service went above and beyond to help us with getting our battery put in and even called another shop for a part we needed then waited for us to return to finish putting everything in. I hope I'm getting their names correct but I think it was Clint and James, they were both amazing. Would highly recommend going there for anyone who needs assistance.

Well to start the gentleman who helped me was wearing glasses but would shut one eye and squint with the other while looking up my parts. I gave him the VIN number to the car yet somehow I still got wrong parts! Was necessary to return and get correct ones luckily they were only $10 more than what he sold me.
Easily the worst experience I've ever had with any company ever. There should never be a time I find myself disrespected, uncomfortable and given attitude, by a store manager. Especially when the customer has done nothing wrong and tries to be nice. Ivan was an absolute grade A jerk and honestly was the worst customer service personal I've ever delt with. There is no store, restaurant, or established business that could ever be as horrific an experience as dealing with him was. I am disgusted at how awful his attitude was and am blown away that anyone would hire such an evil man that would spew venomous lies at others expense. I will never come back to an O'Rileys due to this experience and his actions. All I can say is I hope that someone somewhere says enoughs enough and hires someone thats actually customer service oriented. I wouldn't let this guy be an associate let alone a manager.
Expensive. Wanted to work on my car for a half hour in their lot. They told me to leave. That's kinda rediculous they didn't let me work on it. I made an effort to go to the far end of the lot. But the guy came outside to smoke a cigarette probably on the clock so what can I say. Left the low stars because I felt he should have minded his business. But he did have the right to turn me away. So the review is more about him smoking on the property. Shouldn't be smoking by customers. And sorry for leaving a salty review. Just thought I'd pay it forward, they won't let you get away with even a quick job.
