Absolutely recommend this carpet install service! The entire process was smooth, professional, and high-quality. What really stood out was the Owner's dedication to take care of us—after the install, we noticed some floor squeaking (we confirmed later it was unrelated to the carpet), and he personally came back, peeled the carpet back, and drove screws into the subfloor to fix it. That level of care and responsiveness is rare. Great experience all around!

Very unprofessional and unreliable. We worked directly Mike Evans. Nothing but story's and lies from the beginning. would not recommended Evans carpet to anyone. Better prices and better flooring. Carpet and lvp's, at America's floor source and rite rug. "Save your money."

If it wasn't for the prices I would've walked out. I stood there in front of people waiting for someone to help me. No one even acknowledged me. I looked around myself when a female worker came up. I asked questions and she said she'd be right back. Never saw her again. When I answered my phone is when someone else came to ask if I needed anything. I stayed on my phone for a few...let them wait on me. The hours are horrible. Only open till 5 weekdays. No weekends.

I have used Evans carpet for years. A third generation family run company. I am always treated like family every time I’m there. This place is the best in the city when it comes to flooring, carpet, new or remnants, or just binding service. Hands down, one of the best experiences working with Evans Carpet (and not stressful or pushy with sales like other stores). Received an estimate and selected carpet on Wednesday. Ray was so nice and professional. They had an opening on Friday the same week for installation. Another great experience. Top notch customer service and quality products. I would 100% recommend Evans Carpet over any other big name brand store!

Evan's carpet has been our go-to for years for all carpet needs, so when we moved to Cincinnati, we figured we'd see if we could still use them, and I am happy to say it worked out! Not only did we receive great and friendly service when picking out our carpet, Mike also made the trip to install our stair runner for us, and the cost ended up being a fraction of places we were quoted in town. Highly recommend!

Both Anthony and Tony were so wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful to us. We were only going in to get a hunk o’ carpet to throw down in the basement. It was not wall to wall, nor did we even get it bound or get padding. We did however, get treated as well as anyone coming in for top of the line carpet or flooring. I was so impressed at their operation. I was expecting nothing but a huge dusty warehouse but they have so so many options and can do whatever you need! It is quite a large operation. Brad and Lisa were awesome to work with! I stopped into Evan’s for the first time on a Monday, and they had our new carpet installed in 3 bedrooms that same Friday. The job itself only took about 2 hours. Brad worked with us to make sure we were able to stay in our price range and explained a few different options that would adjust the price. We will definitely be back for future flooring needs!

Had our basement carpet redone with Evans Carpet and had the best experience! It only took about two weeks for the whole process of picking carpet, getting measured, and having it installed. Great price, quick service, will definitely be using them for all our carpet needs in the future.

What a hidden gem! When I needed new carpet for a house to be put on the market, Evan’s came highly recommended from several friends. And they did not disappoint! Price was truly incredible compared to everyone else & even got better padding for the same price as the cheap stuff everyone else was quoting. Lisa Evans was great to work with! No frills & to the point. Told her what I was after, showed me the options, no pushy sales & smooth process all around. I wish more companies were as easy to work with as these guys. Couldn’t be more happier & I now know why they came so highly recommended.

We had a great experience in Evans Carpet junkyard. My mother brought carpeting "2" my uncle & aunt brought beautiful carpet from their old location and 2 years as go one of my best friends brought very nice carpet from this location. We were looking around at first,then we saw something we liked. Well after Evans quickly came out to measure,it made us decide on another 2 selections of carpet it was quickly installed so far so good. Our installer Manuel was very nice,professional. He was polite and explained a few things. So far so good! Happy with Evans so far. Try them!

Hands down the best place in Central Ohio if you are looking to get carpet for your home. Nicole there was super helpful, including accommodating our schedule, when we asked to come in for looking at carpet samples. Their team also did great work and thorough. Did I mention their prices were reasonable compared to everyone else? Don't waste your time anywhere else.

Professional, clean, and incredibly efficient. Today they came and did our carpet that included 3 bedroom's (1 master) w/ closets, a loft, and stairs. We paid extra to have furniture moved. They did everything start to finish in less than 6 hours. I'm blown away. Also, they were the better price compared to Lowes and another flooring store. Thanks so much Evan's for the great service!

What a find thanks to our realtor's recommendation. We went looking for a remnant for our basement. Lisa was friendly and helpful and told us how to tape the edges. Another gentlemen loaded it into our van, they offered rope. It was under 300.00 for I think 8 x 10 plus another piece about 5 ft. You can't by a rug for that. It was good quality, too. They will bind for additional charge.

Nicol was extremely helpful in explaining and finding us various carpet samples to suit our needs. We look forward to having our new carpet installed soon!

Ray Assisted us in getting new carpet. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and did not pressure us one way or another. We had the best experience here and our carpet looks amazing too, the installer came and did 3 rooms + stairs in under 4 hours by himself! Whole process only took a couple weeks and the price was great too. The name 'junkyard' name could be misleading to some but this is a great place to get your new carpet!

Prices seemed very reasonable. Huge inventory of carpets, rugs, and it looked like a decent amount of lvp flooring.

This place was exactly what we needed. My step-dad installs carpet for a living and so we didn't need any installation, so we just wanted to buy a high-quality carpet from wholesale, and that's what Evans offers. We bought from Hayley; she was very knowledgeable on the different brands and tiers of carpet available, she listened to what we were looking for, and she didn't try to over-sell us. The other 3 or 4 staff members we dealt with at various times were all pleasant and professional as well. We're very happy with our purchase and overall experience, and we'd buy from here again in a heartbeat.

I’ve used this place many times since I’ve been flipping houses for 12 years. They always have a good choice of modestly priced carpet that doesn’t look or feel cheap. I always work with Ray and he has always given me great service. Their installers have been quite solid and pleasant as well. Two thumbs up.

They have many selections. Nicole was my sales person and was very helpful with everything. They installed my carpet quickly and did an awesome job! Can't wait to get my kitchen LVT installed by them. Great prices and a great place

What a great find! This is a very nice family run business. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and honest. We got a great deal on carpet that would have been 2x the price at other carpet outlets that applied their "discount", We have used a number of contractors in our house remodel and our experience with Evans was one of the best. If you are needy, do not know what you want or are inflexible, this is not the place for you. If you know what you want, know a good deal when you see it, and like good customer service - Evans is your place. The installers work FOR Evans and do a great job. We had carpet installed on our steps and wanted a finished edge. The installer noticed and repaired mistakes from our last install. They went over and above to fix the last installers haphazard installation. We are very happy customers and will be back.

We have bought carpet with install twice from Evan's Junkyard. I will always shop here and recommend people to them. Last time we carpeted with new pad and install 3 larger bedrooms for $1700. Mike installs hardwood floors there and I rave about him all the time. He did an amazing job installing our kitchen floor. We are about to move and do not need new flooring, but will be going there to make all of our rugs. Highly recommend!
