U payin $30 cash to enter this place idk for what ,they have parking lot but it’s full all the time after you check in ,they telling wait in the yard for a call and you cannot find parking spot. After 2 hours I found a parking spot and still here it’s been 12 hours already after check in ! And when you go inside to ask what is going on they don’t care about anything and they act very rude never coming back !!!

I arrived on time for my delivery and followed all check-in procedures as instructed. Unfortunately, the unloading process was extremely slow. It took about 5 hours to get unloaded, with little to no communication or updates during the wait. As a truck driver, time is critical due to tight schedules and hours-of-service limits. Long delays like this make it very difficult to stay on schedule and affect productivity. Better coordination and improved unloading efficiency would go a long way toward making this a more driver-friendly facility.

Fast unloading, friendly receivers. Gil was a pleasure to work with. Sat in staging for a while but not too long. Thanks D’Arrigo

They start making appointment there is new system in place but they will take walkin also but both doesn’t matter they are very slow 16 -24 hours they take on average so be ready there are some exceptions but very few.

Don’t came here if you want time 2 day for waiting them welcome

Terrible experience. I had to wait more than 8 hours just to get my truck unloaded. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. They don’t respect drivers’ schedules at all. If you value your time, avoid this place.

Not a good experience chcek jn 5 am unload 3pm give paper 3.50pm. The guy say whenever they are free they unload thn.

There was a lot of clutter and disorganization, it was quite dirty everywhere, and the unloading took a very long time.

The very poor company and people ae very lazy please close this company and nobody comes hear people are not nice

6/20/25 arrived 6am for 7am appt and took the paper and told wait the call, even we have 2nd stop the Guy Name Robert said he doesn’t care, and people are waiting to be called 7am yesterday. All of their crew is so big mouth and angry people. Never coming again! As soon as Hear D’arrigo Bronx just say no!

I give them one star and it's just so I can leave this message here They need better staff in the delivery area. What they have there are useless, good-for-nothing people who are only there to make the hours go by and get paid. We are all here for the same reason, to work, and you as a company are getting in the way of the work not only of my company but of many others who lose a lot of money due to the incompetence of your team. Reorganize and hire better, more efficient staff.

Delivered to apple fruit section sunday 09-08-24 The guy at the receiving is a jerk and super slow Taking break every 10 min and in between 5 hrs to unload a truck I dont know why this darrigo guys have this much attitude you can t even talk to them If u dont like ur job simply quit and look for something else

Arrived 3am submitted paperwork. Went in the back sleep. Got call for dock 8am. Unloaded in 1 hour. Not bad at all. Just took 5hours time to call for door but don't mind you can do your 7-8-10 hours off.

Prepare to wait a very, very long time. I submitted my documents at 1:00 AM and it is now 10:00 AM and I haven't even been given a door number. Every 3 hours I go up to ask about my place in line and they say to wait for a call. The person who takes the documents is very rude. Upd. - now 07:30 p.m. And only now they began to unload. More than 18 hours I waited to be unloaded.

Worst place to deliver in Hunt's Point by far. Rude workers veeeeeeeery slow. Shift manager Mr. I Don't Care when you have checked in is extreme jerk

Honestly all I see is bad reviews, I had a good experience, the gentleman in the receiving office was very polite and helpful, I told him I wanted to sleep some more after being unloaded, he said to go ahead and stay where I was and even suggested a restaurant in the place if I was hungry, that’s just my experience though.

Ez backing if you’re early and since the exit is finished it’s easier to get to. I also finished a whole ten here no one bothered me all and all good experience nobody was rude but I’m from the south so the hospitality given maybe is what made a change

24/7 ? That’s bullshet, arriving 09.11.2023 at 19:50 pm now 09.12.2023 8:00 am and still nobody starts unloading my truck, they don’t have space for loads, personal absolutely no matter you have appointment or no, they don’t care. Rude and disrespectful people.

Hey my all trucker’s brother Trust me i am driving from almost 7years I have never seen aa workers this trash rude and all that. I think you can fell my pain in the review. I almost start aa fight with these d**k heads. But to be true I can’t because i m aa immigrant and I can’t fight my case is still under process. Look i m that loyal. I even tell you guyz that i m aa immigrant with pending case status

Drivers, avoid coming to this place unless you want to be sitting for over 9 hours . It is trash and the personnel in charge don't take care of drivers and they make you stand around for hours and if you approach towards them the''ll be like... "I know you there" and blablabla... So if you know im here why don't you take my paperwork at first? Then, they do shift and you have to go back and explain everything all over again and they be like "well its not my problem." And guess what? Now they make you look like you are rushing them and make you wait even longer. So, there's no way winning... Places like this should be banned. I wish Google Rating System had negative stars so i could give you negative -5 Stars.

Please drivers avoid this place if you can 24 hours waited to get door and another 5 hours to unload dirty rude and unprofessional unreasonable people share this comment with other drivers so they don’t make same mistake I did ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Hate this place. Had a load of corn to deliver last Sunday, and receiver told me we're not taking corn today. Was unloaded Monday evening. Worst place to deliver. They should shut down the market all together. Lazy ass Mofos. Now before I take a load to the market I ask if it's going to D'Arrigo, and if it does I hang up on the broker.
