Great and fast service. Pickup was less than 45 minutes and helped haul my car out of snow into my workplace for a decent price considering this blizzard.

This company saved my day!!! They gave me a quick rate and the driver was at the location with my CRV up before I got there. I had called Honda Roadside at 9:30am today and had a terrible experience with 6hours wasted, resulting in me almost missing the deadline of getting my suv to Honda dealership before closing. Background story: my car did not turn, I called insurance for a tow truck! Waited 4 hours for 1st one and they never showed up so I cancelled! #2 came and the truck was too big to enter parking garage, #3 tow truck arrived and driver was skeptical about making the tight turns in the parking garage and left! By now I was about to give up and deposit the car till they kick me out! The 4th one was bronx towing express and when I tell you!! The driving skills, the calm professional, reassuring me that everything was going to be fine! I was worried due to what I had experience the day before and earlier ( yes I left my car and went home after waiting 4 hours in the cold for the 1st tow truck) but this company is phenomenal, efficient, polite and professional! Price was great! Thank you for helping me out! Greatly appreciated!

I had a great experience getting my car towed 49 miles long distance all the way to my Subaru dealer from a busy Bronx location near 87 during rush-hour traffic and in the holiday season, where my car had lost battery power and stalled. We had clear communication, prompt arrival within 30 minutes as expected, and a very pleasant ride upstate with my very nice driver. I had another quote that could get me there for just $25 less, but they were busy and I would have had to wait longer, so I decided to go with Bronx Towing Express, given the difference was so small, the price still fair enough, and the timing the best I found in rush hour (I bet if I’d asked them to match the price, they might’ve said yes). Thank you for taking good care of me during an upsetting, sketchy situation, and getting me home timely, safe and sound. Merry Christmas!

Eric came within the time he stated 15 minutes. At first my car Corolla wouldn't start with his hand held battery boost machine but Eric was persistent. He allowed some time to see if it would written with his machine but it didn't work so he puked his car and tried boosting from his car battery yet it still didn't turn on . Eric even called one of his guys to assist with boosting until he cleaned out rust on my battery then it finally turned on. Very grateful.

This tow company is extremely poor. They don’t do any of the things they claim to do in their description. They don’t even pick up calls. They don’t offer 24-hour service; they just say that they’ll take any call at any time, but don’t waste your time calling them.

Highly recommend!! After waiting over 5 hours for our insurance company to tell us they couldn’t help, we called Bronx towing! Carlos was there in 25 minutes and towed our car all the way to eastern Long Island! Thank you!!

Eric & Carlos were amazing! A total pleasure. They were so kind and informative. Extremely helpful. They helped me with my tires & rims too. Gave me great advice on a couple things like how to prevent theft. They went above and beyond to make my experience nice & easy. They get things done quick too which was great! They’re definitely the best tow company I’ve come across. I’d recommend them to everyone and I’ll definitely be using their service again the next time I’m in a jam. I only leave reviews when I truly feel someone deserves the praise. My husband was waiting for a tow for over 4hrs through my "reputable " Insurance company. I gave up and called Bronx Towing. Luis said he would be there in 20 minutes. He had already taken the car in 15 minutes. He was extremely professional and courteous. He sent me pictures of where he dropped the car off and followed up with a call. I highly recommend using Bronx Towing and hopefully you are lucky enough to get Luis to handle your towing. Bronx towing by far is very excellent with communication and with expediting the services. I am truly blessed that they are 24 hours and we’re able to help get me back to normal with my car so I can get home safe.

Luis was amazing, normal tow trucks take hours to get to you however he was able to get to me and less than an hour. Service was great. Came on time and reasonable price. If you’re looking forward to company you have to look no further because Luis and Bronx towing express is your option.

The team was very informative and helpful. Luckily, they were able to service me in less than 10mins after I got off the phone with them. Carlos called 30 seconds after and came straight away. I was lucky that they were close by my area, but I recommended all the way.

They were prompt, helpful, courteous and had an expertise that allowed them to solve a tricky situation of towing a vehicle out of a spot that had very low clearance. Bronx Towing Express is very reliable and has a quick response time. The tow truck driver was very friendly and polite. When dealing with other tow companies they always make you wait at least an hour. When you need assistance you want a service that you can depend on and this is definitely the one to go with.
