I bought a part from this location everything when well my issue is I when to a different location to process a return something silly came out I had my receipt also in the app they told didn't show my transaction in their computer any idea why ?
There’s 4 people and more than 8 waiting in line to be taken care of . The workers just group up on one screen on their cashier . It takes. 30 min just to buy some mounting bolt for a license plate
Great staff , and super friendily manager. Arrived at 9:40 and wasn’t able to do my return as the registers were already closed. Disappointed by the lack of attention given to me as I was expressing that I would not be able to return these items and loose the money as I will be away for the next 4 months.
While waiting to be served by one of the only two Representatives working, I noticed other employees found everything more important to do than waiting on customers. One apparent manager was having a conversation with a cashier distracting him.
I'm abandoning you this place. Too much trouble from people who do not take their work seriously.
I needed to buy and replace the battery
It took nearly 40 minutes to get someone on the phone!
But they I finally got to the store, I found very friendly stuff!
UPDATE: I emailed the email that was sent by autozone in the response and LOL I haven’t heard back.
I emailed corporate about this place and how they did not want to take a return and they literally denied us service lol. I emailed them July 5th and it’s August 7th they said someone would get back to me and I’ve heard nothing. So I guess they can keep denying people service and doing whatever they want . Till then avoiding this place.
Be careful what you buy at this store. They sell you something and then refuse to accept what you bought. It's not at all honest you're literally stealing from the customer. It's not fair.
Usually have everything you need. It's a busy store and a really busy area so parking can be challenging but being right off the highway is pretty convenient. Also, a ton of street mechanics are stationed outside, if that's your cup of tea.
Found everything i needed in one shot. Customer service was great. Manager Darrell was very attentive and professioanl getting my headlights, break pads and battery. Helped me install my battery and helped me set up an account to make my next trip easier. Would definitely recommend this location.
Working in customer service for the last 20 years I can say with confidence that some employees have no training or decorum when it comes to treating customers. To be yelling in the store at a calm but rightfully upset customer and going around loudly complaining to other employees is unprofessional and unbecoming of the employee and reputation that auto zone usually holds. I normally never leave reviews but this situation needed to be shared. The only reason it’s a two star and not a zero is because of an employee that deescalated the situation proving that not everyone there is unprofessional.
I’ve visited numerous AutoZone locations across NJ, NYC, and Georgia, and unfortunately, this has been the worst experience by far. I’ve attempted to conduct commercial transactions at this location on two separate occasions, and both times, I left frustrated and unsuccessful.
On my most recent visit today (12/17/24 at 6:00 PM), the manager on duty, who was not wearing a name tag, demonstrated a lack of competence in handling basic tasks. This was the same individual I encountered during my previous visit, where I faced similar issues.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. A manager should be equipped to assist customers effectively, especially during commercial transactions. I sincerely hope I won’t have to visit this location again and urge AutoZone to address these issues to ensure better service for its customers in the future.
They checked my check engine light that been on for a while.. turns out they great spot for parts.. grabbed a alternater, a radiator and a gas cap..

Great spot for parts.. I was able to get everything for my car in one visit, shocks, struts, brakes, air filters, oil, oil filters, some new tints for my window, and windshield wipers.. all I did was tell them my year make and model, and they literally went and grabbed everything that was the right fit for my car.. thanks autozone
So I came here twice within about 20 minutes…wrong part… everything went well in my first experience. Ramiz was cool and helpful. But the second time I came as I’m being assisted I hear a guy I guess ask the girl maybe for help and she said I thought someone else was helping you. She then proceeded to say she does not speak Spanish. Then not only does she say I’m not doing this with these Spanish people today she then says any English speakers so she could take them from line. Terrible customer service. There was a parts manager there and he said nothing.
My dad went in today to get a new battery. He waited in line patiently for a long time and then asked for them to install it. The manager is an absolute monster. the woman who worked there this afternoon should be fired just from how not only she treated her employees like animals but my dad as well. She yelled at her employee from the back and told him to tell my dad to get in line again if he wants to get it installed. How does that make sense? He had already made the line to purchase it. He is also elderly. You really have to hate your job to the point that you feel the need to yell at an elderly person and force them to get back in line instead of simply helping them after they waited patiently for an hour just to even purchase the item. Whoever the female supervisor or manager working this afternoon around noon -2 pm should be fired. Do not work in customer service or sales if you’re not a people person and lack basic sympathy and have no manners. My dad luckily was assisted by another mechanic nearby who was in the store buying parts.
Excellent Service! Shout out to Norris, she gave me perfect service, she attended to all my question in a professional matter, shows lots of patience even with the tons of questions I asked lol but we got somewhere , answered all questions. I l eft very satisfied Five star help from her.
I just went to this auto zone the other night, and I have to say that the night crew is the greatest! The staff members treated me with kindness, I got what I wanted, and they provided assistance with the car issue I've been having for some time. I plan to return there and recommend everyone coming to take a look at this auto zone.
I Want to shout out the night time crew at Az their manager Norris’s and the security staff from Saturday night. Just GREAT! Even after with a nasty customer prior to me she helped me with a smile on her face.

His willingness to assist and personality trait was valuable in the customer service arena. It is his professionalism that would allow me to recommend this store and visit it again. Why should someone who already bought an item in another store needs to wait two hours in a line. Someone should be available to help those picking up order. It is not nice to have to way outside for item long time when you already did your line in another store. This will make your customers much happier.
I am amazed by their way of operations. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I've been there couple of times and I am truly appreciated how great their customer service is. Kudos to store associate Emil Alvarez helped to me select the appropriate battery (which he also installed in my car), and brake pedals for my vehicle. Keep up the good work you guys are doing for the community. ?
Really busy location. I tried calling twice before coming in but was left on hold too long to wait (over 15 min). I made the trip to the store and was able to get a new duralast battery. The battery itself works great. There were a good number of cashiers but just a huge line. Service is nice, I got everything I needed. They have a sign saying they are not testing batteries right now. Overall good service but good luck when trying to call.
The staff is a little short I had a return and I had to wait 37 mins for service, the staff sucks the cashiers don't want to help you here @ 1551 river only ring you up every body ordering a part I have to wait just to return one little item I would rather order out of country then to come back here
Poor manager and workflow. 2 days in a row where only there is only one person for check out, returns and part look up. While the commercial account desk has 3 people just standing around on their cellphones.
Helpful.. I gave 3 stars cause they need to learn how do first come first serve not help people off the floor while my ass is on line and take them in front of me ... Two separate people did that. I still gave four stars cause they are still polite helpful and willing to find answers if they don't know... There selection is basic for such a big place but has what u need
