This was the best experience dealing with a mechanic shop that I've ever had. From the moment I drove up on the lot I was treated like everything was going to be alright. The staff was professional and polite. Every step of the process was explained to me clearly. Kyrell walked me through the insurance process, to make sure I got the best deal possible. I will, definitely, recommend this Firestone to all my friends and family.

The stall and mechanical manager, Shawn were amazing. They diagnosed and fixed everything. I am disabled, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and safe. I will recommend this Firestone to my friends and family.

Sanjay and everyone else are THE BEST! Professional, caring and an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING communicators! Kept me informed throughout my visit! I had to have my car towed to this shop. I wasn’t familiar with this business, but it was close to home and available. I arrived later than expected due to the tow, but Sanjay was immediately available to take care of me. The technician, I failed to get his name, QUICKLY assessed the problem! Everyone I came in contact with while at the shop was friendly and helpful! The shop’s customer waiting room was IMMACULATE! They obviously take great pride in their work and customer service & satisfaction!!!! I am NOW a customer for LIFE! I THANK GOODNESS that I found this place! I had an excellent experience at this shop. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional and transparent. Moises was the mechanic who helped me, and he went above and beyond—he explained the issue clearly, gave me options, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. The work was done on time and the car feels great. If you’re looking for an honest mechanic, this is the place.

The tall guy Moises is very kind, efficient and quick, he makes sure when you turn in your car the job is done right. The whole shop is great. Highly suggest.

2 new front FIRESTONE label tired with alignment along with other work done In 6 month, with only weekend use…. First the right tire shredded on the highway Paid for a 3rd replacement tire at 118 ? @ fire stone NJ 2 months later the left tire shredded Changed all 4 tires with the competitor MAVIS No issues. Attempted to address to no resolve Firestone promise It’s just words

The service was good. I think this place could improve and and be more modern, also the bathroom could be cleaned 😁 the toilet bowl was dirty.

Great place to get bring your vehicle to get maintenance and general auto repairs done, also best prices on tires, Sean is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to diagnosing the issues and explaining what is wrong with your vehicle.

I have been visiting this Firestone shop for a while...not sure, I think there are new managers on site...I got to say...it is refreshing to visit this shop. The workers go above and beyond to explain things out. I drive a company car, approvals are required, I had a situation I made a stop, one of the workers Martez took my info and stated he was going to get the approval right away so it would not take as long when I returned...he did, even called to alert me that it had been approved.The manager and workers all seem to work well together, it reflects on the quality of work delivered. I had a great experience with Firestone Auto Parts. They were incredibly easy to work with and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. The young man at the front was very professional and took the time to clearly explain all the expenses and the steps involved in getting my car fixed, which I truly appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout, and I felt well-informed every step of the way. Plus, the prices were very reasonable. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable They will still point out problems they notice from inspections but will give you advice and time frames on when/if those things will need attention rather than just telling you it needs to be fixed immediately Thank you guys I'm glad I found a good place that will take care of my BMW.

I have brought my car in for scheduled preventive maintenance, repairs on the regular basis for the past 10. Shaun and Lloyd are my usual mechanic, these boys are great! they communicate effectively and the price is reasonable . He did not attempt to add additional work. Highly recommended and trustworthy.

As a Supervisor of Transportation, I work with a lot of vehicles and service providers, and I was impressed with the professionalism at this location. Sean helped me out, he was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the process. Came in for a full set of tires, John was very helpful. You can set appointment or do a walk in and wait in line. If they don’t have the tires you need they can order most of them next day. Get the lifetime wheel alignment .. it’s 199$ , but worth every penny, you can get a alignment every 3 months for life ..it will help the tires last longer. The waiting area can use a update . In and out in 2 hours , 4 tires and wheel alignment.
