They gave me a fair price for the repairs and went above and beyond to make my car look brand new. Honestly, it looks better now than when I first bought it. I really wish I could include before and after photos because the difference is unbelievable, but Google is not giving me the option to upload them. First, I have to introduce myself. I am a girly girl/first-time driver who bought a brand-new car 3 years ago. Recently, a truck hit my car on the side, and that automatically made me upset. I was so upset that my car had any damage of any sort. I was introduced to Nuplus by a good friend who has been a customer for years. First, I want to say Winston made me feel so comfortable, and he reassured me that my car would be as good as new. From the beginning to the end of the process, I had so many questions to ask, and not once did he make me feel like I was being annoying. In fact, he educated me on a lot about cars. His team was also amazing as well. Stacy, the receptionist, made sure all paperwork was completed and gave me any updates I needed. I went to pick my car up, and I was so amazed with the work. Honestly, you can’t even tell it was damaged. Wait, let’s not forget the complimentary car wash my car was given, plus detailing. For that, I want to say thank you to Winston and his team for giving me a A1 service. You have an annoying customer for life!!

Nuplus Auto Body shop is, without question, one of the absolute WORST shops in the Northeast Bronx.
Winston, the owner, and his staff are nothing but scam artists who deliver garbage work and have zero pride in their craft.
I was in a car accident that required my bumper and quarter panel to be repaired. Instead, they held my car hostage for an entire month and returned it to me with chips, unpainted sections, and a USED bumper. The work was so bad it looked like it hadn’t even been touched. Only after I sent a male relative to handle the situation did Winston reluctantly agree to “fix” the work, which unsurprisingly he never did properly in the first place.
The reality is obvious: Winston and his so-called mechanics have no skill, no integrity, and no business touching anyone’s vehicle. Even after their “second attempt,” the quarter panel and bumper were still misaligned. I had to pay a completely different shop to repair their botched job, and that shop confirmed what I already knew — the work from Nuplus was shoddy, unprofessional, and unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the receptionist, Stacy, went behind my back and requested payment from my insurance company before the work was even completed. This was after I explicitly told her I would not release payment until my car was fixed.
This shop is a complete disgrace.
DO NOT bring your car here unless you want to be ripped off, disrespected, and left with a bigger mess than you started with.

Brought my BMW in after a rear-end accident, and the work came out clean — paint match was on point, gaps were even, and the car looked like nothing ever happened. Communication was solid throughout the process, and they didn’t play games with the timeline.
They even detailed the car before giving it back — small touches like that go a long way. Would definitely recommend them if you want solid bodywork without the dealership price tag.

The auto body shop at 2241 Light street street is negativly impacting the neighborhood by leaving abandoned vehicles and engaging in unsafe parking practices, such as blocking sidewalks and double/triple-parking. This behavior shows a clear disregard for residents and creates significant safety hazards for pedestrians, especially seniors and parents with young children who rely on unobstructed sidewalks and clear streets.
Great service, great work, definitely works with you. Someone who wants to actually help you. He won’t charge you an arm and a leg. He’ll do everything in his power to work with you financially and still give you top notch service. My car came out great and affordable. Excellent on repairs, body work and paint job. I was in a accident and had my whole bmw smash in the front. My car looks better than when I bought it.

Auto work on time with one on one communication with the Owner about progress, estimated work time/parts and knowledge about your car. The customer service is great, which is a big deal for me because when on a budget it feels good knowing that the money you are spending isn't under duress or into the pockets of rude ppl. I always leave with a smile and that is good business and useful when referring friends. Everyone I encountered was personable and professional. I now have a home autoshop.

Winston and crew at Nuplus are just amazing, I had a rodent going into my car to chew out the engine harness so I needed a repair I brought my car to Nuplus, and Winston and the office lady were very nice, and professional, they kept in touch updating me on the work progress. My car had scratches on the right side near the front and a dent in the back. When I got a call that my car was ready for pick up, when I got to the shop I was presently surprised not only did they fix the engine harness but all scratches and even the dent in the back were gone, I couldn’t believe it! Thank you so much Winston and the rest of the Nuplus staff, you guys are amazing!!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the absolute best car detailing service at Nuplus, and I couldn’t be more impressed! This was my first time getting my car detailed here, and they exceeded all my expectations. They meticulously cleaned every corner, crease, and hard-to-reach spot inside my car. Even the front hood was lifted to clear out backed-up leaves that had collected under the hood – something no other place has ever done for me.
What really blew me away was how they took care of the scratches on my car.
