stressful enough being in a accident last thing you need is to worry if you car that you left at this shop will get repaired properly well i can say i've been here 2 x and each time i swear i couldn't tell where the damage was i hope i don't need to come back but if i do i know my car is in the best possible hands

Gino is great for Auto repairs, Angelo is great for the Body and Collision and Emilio is the glue that keeps it all together along with Emilio's daughter and Jr in the office. I have been to other mechanics as a short cut and always regretted not taking it straight to Prospect Auto... This is a place I will take my car to and recommend you take your car to as well...

I went to Prospect Auto on Laconia in the Bronx because on several occasions I saw first hand the excellent work they did on a friend's car. The manager, Junior Martinez, was professional, informative and reliable. Everyone in the office were courteous and professional. The work on my car was excellent and done in an efficient manner. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

I brought my car to Prospect Auto on the recommendation from Audi. I have to say they did a great job and not just on the repairs. My insurance company really made it difficult but through the entire process the owner Angelo keep me informed and told me not to worry, they will work it out. Got into an accident with my Merecdes A220 from the second I drop my car off everyone was so helpful, especially Junior who made sure that everything was OK from the beginning with my car. When you need the job done correctly and efficiently this is where you bring your car after a collision. I was helped by Junior, and he is phenomenal at what he does. They negotiated with insurance on my behalf and and got me what my vehicle was worth after my BMW 440i grancoupe Xdrive was rear ended by another driver.
This is a certified collision center, and they get things done the right way the first time. This isn’t the first time I have did business with Junior, after my vehicle we as backed into he replaced door and returned my car as if it was never hit.

My wife got into a car accident so we brought in the car to get the bumper fixed. Antonio and his team went above and beyond to repair my car with precision, ease, swiftness, and just magnificent beauty. When we got our car back, I re-fell in love with it, I guess this is what people mean when they talk about love at first sight. I felt like I was dating my ol' 2017 Mazda all over again.
I have a 2018 M5 and it was in need of a redo of some previous body work as well as front bumper realignment, scratches and painting. The quotes I were hearing were much higher than I was expecting. I came to Prospect and met Junior. His quote was right around what I was hoping for. The cars I saw being worked on were in the same class of vehicle as mine so that made me feel good as well as Junior reassuring me that I was going to love it. He said 1 week and a half and thats what it was. He was in constant contact with me about any and everything. Loved that. Prospect did a beautiful job repairing our car. They even dropped it back to us! Amazing! They were always nice to talk to and very responsive. I am amazed how new our car looks and soon we got it back!
I went to go get my bumper and front grill replaced on my Honda civic after damaging it. Junior was able to get it fixed in 1 day after dropping it off. Great work paint matched and everything couldn’t even tell anything happened. Amazing customer service on their end and would definitely recommend since they use genuine parts and are honest.

Took my car here after an accident on the cross bronx. This repair shop showed up as a certified repair place for BMW North America. When i dropped off my car, everyone was nice and professional and they handled everything from the moment i dropped it off to the moment i picked it up. The car looks like it just got out of the dealer (left side damage). My friends cant even tell my car was in an accident. They used all original BMW parts as i requested. Amazing place, they have a wall full of other high end certifications as well. Check them out and you wont be dissatisfied. Just look at the cars outside their shop, it is clear people trust them with their high end cars.

Absolutely amazing. Skillful work. My Maserati sustained substantial damage totaling over $20k. I was devastated thinking my car would never look or drive the same. The people at Prospect Auto made my car so perfect you would of never guessed that the car was ever in an incident. I live over an hour and a half away and it was well worth taking my car to this order shop for repairs.
Living in New York City and owning a car, there will always be a need for a great body repair shop, especially one who is certified by your manufacturer to make the right repairs. I have sent my Land Rover to Prospect Auto twice and they have always done an excellent job of interfacing with my insurer, making the repairs, and communicating well. The icing on the cake -- they picked up my vehicle from Brooklyn and dropped it off when it was finished. 5 Stars!
I got my 2009 BMW M3 repaired at this body shop. They worked in tandem with BMW of Ridgefield (who I HIGHLY recommend). I spoke with Angelo and Mickey and they kept me up to date with my body work process. I was a little worried that my carbon fiber roof was not going to look great after the repair since its been extremely sun soaked and the fibers may have been damaged. Angelo was extremely transparent with me that the was going to try fixing the roof to the best of his abilities. They also replaced and repainted my rear bumper. I must say they did an amazing job! HIGHLY recommend getting your vehicle fixed at this body shop. They are honest, transparent, and do HIGH quality work. The before and after of my carbon fiber roof was AMAZING. I can't believe they revived my carbon fiber roof and made my 11 year old car look better than most cars out on the road! Angelo, Micky, and the Prospect Auto team, thank you very much for all of your hard work. You will definitely have me as a returning customer if I ever need body work again!
