I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here. I got referred here by AAA they had my car on the tow truck outside unlocked for 5-6 days giving me the run around saying it’s next up it’s next up. I ended up having it towed somewhere else because they took too long to diagnose the car. When my car got to the order shop my trunk was ran through and they stole my $1000 stokke stroller out the trunk. When I called and asked what’s going on the owner acts like he doesn’t speak good English but I’ve been talking to him the whole time so he puts his daughter on the line. She’s no help very rude telling me I shouldn’t have had any valuables in the car. I explained how I wasn’t expecting for it to be there that long and he didnt say it would so I should come get any valuables from the car. Very nasty I told them I was writing a review and they said so what that doesn’t stop their business. So I will be going further with this matter. And after reading their reviews it seems like they steal from people’s cars all the time. Terrible people. Terrible business and I hope they get what’s coming to there since the owner has his head up his butt and doesn’t think anything will happen.

My bumper was torn off and they were able to fix it in 30 minutes. They were fast friendly and a good price. I will always come here to do any body work for my car. Great shop.

This place is absolutely amazing came in cause a car hit my car and it was alot of damage Juan took care of me right away repaired my car on time when he said it would be done and the work was amazing for a great price my car looks brand new I recommend 10 out of 10

Brought my rear-ended car here. After doing work to fix things, they would not confirm if actually replaced the impact bar or just "fixed" it... Also, everything and anything in my glove compartment and middle console of any value was stolen. And to top it off someone forgot to take out their male "delaying" cream. Which was that nice final straw to find in the car.

Amazing took me in immediately show me in my car respect prices are amazing ima recommend my city employees and family member so come show the love they showed me my car is brand new

I brought my car in following the instructions from silverock 2 weeks after getting my car which seemed to be having problems. I told these people that I had 10 days left before my warranty expired in which they continued to tell me for almost 2 weeks that they put in my claim and waiting for approval. Come to find out when I finally called silver rock after no real updates from this shop, I was told that there was never a claim or even a single call from this “mechanic”. When I called them to ask them why’d they lie to me, they started to curse me out, started telling me “i don’t know shit about cars so I shouldn’t have an input” literally verbatim. Not to mention, when I first brought my car in they told me to leave it for 2 days to diagnose it, but when I got my car back, the tire pressure light came on which wasn’t there before. When I took it to put air, apparently all my tires were overfilled, and once I situated that, my tire pressure light never came off so I can’t help but to believe that something was done to my sensors while in their care. They’re very unprofessional, they’re liars, disrespectful and quite literally they just waste people’s time. I saw another similar review upon my experience and it was literally the exact same issue I had. Avoid this place at all costs.

Dishonest people! My insurance company sent a check to them by mistake. Juan cashed the check and won’t return the money. Now the $2000 is my liability to the insurance company. Avoid this place at all cost!

The tow truck pick me up the USA roadside assistance and the company j&j towing repair picked up my vehicle and also repair it through my company USAA insurance I did a excellent job icate their work the guys work together to accomplish the mission

I took my car for repair and when I went to pick it up some items were missing . Be aware if you take your vehicle there and things are missing bc you're not getting it back nor the owner will be responsible for any missing items .

The service was never done the one they call.scarface who seem.to be incharge. my mother of 72,yrs of age was waiting outside for 30min them knowing that she was schedule.to come never waived her in and no vehicles in the way.As my.mom.enters the garage walks upto the one in charge who told her to come.in the day before. She did ask how long she's going to have to wait his reply 1st you just got here and 2nd while many other workers around when I finish eating ....yes.they were all.eating only ONE.individual did try to help and even went to.get her paperwork to sign but Scarface's told her that she needed to leave the car without even looking at it .She replied but you didn't even look at my car and why does it have to stay he answered so when we diagnoses to see what it has. She showed him a copy of the diagnoses and responded to him you haven't even looked AT IT OR sat down with me to call the insurance that will pay for it before u making a decision on either price or speaking with my insurance to come to an agreement.The one incharge (scarface) didn't like that she asked the right question SO he stopped the nice man from giving her the paperwork and told her now he will.not service her car......this individual leader of the pack show no interest or cooncideration in helping her out after she came to him the 2nd time the scam of leaving the car to do nothing with it to leave her on foot he even said to her what you can't Walk While You Sick......shame on him no respect to the elder who trusted in his service.....this is bad for business I suggest to anyone do not let this scam artist keep a car even when not looking at.it and don't send an elderly to him to wait so long and then have his way with them. For those who are reading this I'm not writingnit because my mother just told me I was there to witness the whole.intervention.

They're definitely not in a rush to repair or file claims for car warranty w a company they're partnered with, SilverRock. Waited 2 hours to verify issue, then waited another 2 days to continue waiting for them to call my car warranty company. Which they still haven't done. Just gave me the run around and wasted my time. Seems more like a buddy party repair shop. If you're in urgent need, go elsewhere.

Took my father's GMC envoy for some body work to be performed, we agreed on a set price the day we left the car which was $350. The day we picked up the vehicle the price magically jumps up to $550 because the guy performing the body work complain $350 wasn't enough. So after arguing back and forth we pay the $550 and will never return. But many customers have gotten into fist fights with the body shop because they aren't consistent with their work or prices.

Great Shop! Honest prices and fast service, would recommend to anyone who needs work done, no matter how small or big. They even do mechanic work, which is great

I took my truck there to get an estimate, i didnt hear anything for 3 weeks. My warranty company said they contacted them but didnt give them the info needed. I took my truck to Maaco and they took care of everything in a day..

I took my Mazda Here to get a dent fix and painting. They did a great job, was very happy with the outcome. Juan the owner was friendly and very welcoming he made me feel comfortable. He took great care of my baby. Thank you for such a great service.

Came in to have my car fixed under my insurance silver rock. First thing is, it is suoernhard to communicate with them. because they do not speak much english. I came in, they took my information, inspected the car wrote down the problems they saw and then they told me that they were gonna call the insurance to get everything covered and confirmed. I waited 3 days before finally calling them up because I had zero updates. I spoke with someone who did not speak english well and he took my info and said that he will call the insurance "today" to check and will give a call in about 2 hours. No call for 1 week. Called back, same thing. It was like they did not even know who I was. Finally called my insurance and they said that nothing was actually filled or reported to them. Do not go here. Worst experience ever!!,

Cash only business. The owner did not tell me the true price of the service I asked but given the work on the car was done, I had no option but to pay. To make matters worse, they did not give a receipt detailing the parts and labor cost

One of my friends got a tow by one of the drivers and half of his possessions were stolen from the trunk. We called the office to make a formal complain and the person said “ well hopefully he’ll learn and not leave valuables in the car after a accident “ laughed and hung up. Professionalism is definitely not found in this establishment if that’s what your looking for.

My first time coming to this auto and body shop and I do not regret it. I will recommend them to everyone I know who needs body work done and mechanical work. These guys did an amazing job on my car in a decent time frame. Juan is a fair guy when it comes down to prices.

Juan Carlos is incredible, I got into an accident, called him and he came right to the rescue. He tried his best to move the car and ended up having to tow it. My car was here for a week before the insurance came to inspect, and he was very cooperative. Being here, seeing his shop, it’s no surprise he has a bunch of cars ready for repair. The work is good, he is fair. Though I live far, if I needed any bodywork, I am coming right here.
