Tow motive helped me out when other tow companies weren’t able to come get my car. They are very understanding and will help you in your situation as best as they can. And their rates were better than a lot of the other towing companies. Speaks both English and Spanish so i felt Like i was getting the best help around. I was stressed at the fact that my car was not starting or shifting gears. I called my car service company and they referred me to your towing company. It was so easy to set up the towing service. I was told pickup would be at 11:45am and guess what, they were precisely punctual.
But when Felix the driver came out and introduced himself I immediately thought I was very lucky to have my car towed by him. He was courteous, polite, supportive, respectful and friendly. Felix even tried to fix the car issue on his own in order to avoid the towing. Unfortunately he couldn’t, but he assured me not to worry and that he would deliver my car safely to the dealership shop. And that he did!

Joshua was very professional and kind. He told me he would be able to pickup my friend and I after our car had broken down in the South Bronx. We had waited for 90 minutes for AAA to come, but then they called and told us that we would have to wait another 90 minutes for a tow truck. So we called Joshua’s company. He told us he would be able to come within 30-60 minutes and would be able to give my friend and I a ride downtown as well. He came within 35 minutes and was super professional, kind, took care of our car and kept us safe. He helped us park our car on the alternate side parking so we wouldn’t get a ticket. He helped us push it into a parking space. I highly recommend ,esp if AAA is willing to reimburse you for the tow

I got into an accident two months ago and towmotive SAVED ME SO MUCH MONEY!! My accident was on the BRP South around 8 PM. The tow service for that bridge wanted to take it to a lot that was closed and i would’ve had to wait until the next day to get my car. They wasted no time getting to me.
