Called to remove a vehicle blocking my driveway. They said they’d be there soon, after an hour and half of waiting I called to get an update and they just declined the call multiple times. Unprofessional service it would have been honest to just say you couldn’t do it. Waiting for service that never showed and have to miss work.
Don was very helpful on the phone . He also told me he driver Kevin was going to be here in 15mins , he made it right on the dot . Great customer service and take care off my vehicle as if it was their own .
I called Them for a tow late at night, they came in a very timely fashion, employee was very respectful and responsible... I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a tow, they have great rates and get to you quicker than other companies.
