A complete scam.....this dealership charges outrageous "PDI" (Pre-Delivery Inspection) or "dealer prep fees" that exceed $2000 for supposedly cleaning and inspecting vehicle.....on top of that they charge other dealership fees like "To/po" which in my case hiked up the price of the car by $4100.....these fees are frequently considered "fake" fees used to boost profit. Don't fall for it and read your bill of sale carefully.

I just bought my second Jeep Wrangler from Jimmy, and at this point I’m pretty sure he’s legally obligated to invite me to dealership family dinners. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, easy, and actually fun (yes, fun — at a car dealership!). Jimmy somehow makes buying a car feel less like paperwork and more like joining a very cool, slightly muddy club. My new white Jeep Wrangler is an absolute beauty. It’s my second one from this dealership, which should tell you everything you need to know. Clearly, I have a type — and this place understands it. No pressure, no nonsense, just great service and people who genuinely care that you drive off smiling (and maybe plotting your next off-road adventure). Purchased a vehicle back in September 2025 I bought a jeep renegade 2022 and I have worked alongside that sales person Brianna. She was great and then I had went did my final paperwork with the account manager Darius he promised inside my package. I will have a free oil change when the time comes near along side with the warranty. I have went back two weeks later to finish my paperwork and he was gone today, February 14, 2026. I went and got a oil change and was expecting it to be free to my surprise. There was nothing loaded inside my account for an oil change only warranty. I could have went to a different and cheaper place to get my oil change. This is bad business and I would never get a car from here again. Don’t promise customer something and go back on it.

Had a confirmed appointment to view and test drive a 718 Cayman. Called ahead and was told I could drive it. Arrived - no test drive. Just excuses. The car was buried in snow, which should’ve been disclosed before I drove out there. Salesperson had little knowledge of the car. Basic questions about service history, second key, and prior coolant/water pump replacement !! no real answers. For a $50K+ car, that’s unacceptable. On the phone I was told only doc + DMV fees. In person, vague “service” fees appeared and the OTD jumped way beyond what was discussed. No transparency. No proper breakdown. The whole interaction lasted about 10 minutes and felt rushed and dismissive. Tried reaching Customer Service Manager Jimmy Brown afterward , voicemail full. Would not recommend

My experience here was amazing. I stepped into the place thinking I was going to go through the tipical dealership funny business, but it was the complete opposite. “Sadiq” my sales rep was very transparent, not pushy, and got me the best deal. They even beat my Navy Federal rate!

This rating is long overdue given I copped the first Black 2026 Ram 1500 Big Horn from this dealership back in October of 2025. The service was exceptional from beginning to end. Shout out to Joseph and Schneider on assisting me through the entire process making it an easy one for me. Thanks again guys and I am looking forward to continued business with this dealership.

I went to Eastchester Dealership to change a light and while we were waiting decided to take a look at the showroom. Salesman Gabriel very professional greeting us make him self available to us with no pressure at all. After a while I approached Gabriel just to ask a few questions I had about my truck which he answered all and went on to take care of other business. While still waiting for the mechanic to finish my husband and I decided at that moment to trade our truck , to Gabriel surprise we told him let’s do the trade now. Everything went nice and smooth and not only got a new truck but also develop a friendship with Gabriel which we plan to stay in contact as we are planning to buy another truck next year. I absolutely recommend to ask for Gabriel, his manners and professionalism is an asset to this dealer .

When purchasing a vehicle from this particular location, be careful with the bank that they choose for you. They always come back telling you that ally is the only one giving you the best deal. This particular finance company works hand-in-hand with JEEP in the east. Do not allow them to give you this bank, Jeep on the east is not on your side. Majority of the monthly payments that we make goes directly to the bank and very little goes towards your vehicle. The dealership doesn’t tell you this because most of the vehicles wind up back on the same lot. This is a revolving scam. They got going on working hand-in-hand with some of these companies. It’s a wind situation for the dealership and it’s a win situation for the bank.

I’m writing this review after a deeply frustrating experience trying to complete a simple lease buyout at this dealership. What should have been a quick, transparent process turned into a waste of my time and a clear display of unprofessional behavior. First, I was told that the dealership would have to **run my credit** in order for me to buy out my leased vehicle — even though I specifically stated that I was **not financing through them**. This is misleading. A credit check is **not required** for a lease-end buyout unless the customer is applying for dealer financing. Being given false information felt like an intentional tactic to push me into a financing process I did not want or need. My time was not valued, and I do not appreciate being misled. To make matters worse, when my vehicle was returned to me, it came back with **oil handprints smudged across the hood and driver’s side door**. This is unacceptable. If your staff is going to handle my vehicle, the minimum level of respect is to return it in the condition it arrived — not dirty, marked up, or mishandled. It shows a lack of care and attention to detail, further contributing to a negative and unprofessional experience. Overall, the combination of misinformation, unnecessary delays, and careless handling of my vehicle has made it clear that my business and my time were not valued here. Customers deserve honesty, efficiency, and basic respect — none of which were demonstrated during my visit. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to proceed with caution and ask a lot of questions up front. A dealership should simplify the process for customers, not complicate it or create additional problems.

My sales person was Danny. There was no consideration for my time. I sold my car on Tuesday, and expected a tracking number the next day, or the following. I kept having to follow up and speak with different receptionist. In addition, too many games were played. While I understand this is a dealership, I still expect some sort of business etiquette.

I have to say this has been the best car dealership service received to date! Coming from a Mercedes Benz and switching over to Jeep has been my best move yet. Gas is better, still a Smooth ride, and has everything I need for my family. I love it. I want to truly Thank and Shoutout MATT DIAMOND & SHAWN CAMERON from East Jeep! These two are a bomb collab! From the genuine convos about life, family and business I truly enjoyed my time there. If you are looking for straight forward numbers, no gimmicks, & real talk go here and ask for my guys! My mom and I came to trade in our car for a newer car. We had an amazing experience at this dealership from start to finish. The entire team was professional, patient, and incredibly transparent throughout the whole process. Sean, my salesperson, was knowledgeable and truly listened to what I needed no pressure, no games, just great service. Mat, the finance manager, made everything crystal clear and was upfront about all the numbers, which I really appreciated. And Lamar, the GM, set the tone for a welcoming, trustworthy environment and ensured everything went smoothly. This is hands-down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and took it to get inspected by my mechanic of 10+ years. He showed me the messy work that the service workers from the dealership did when attempting to fully repair some front end work to my truck before I made my purchase. Whenever I brought my truck into service to get checked I never felt that the service workers were completely competent of successfully repairing my vehicle. Be aware that the workers will not inform you of necessary repairs that need to be done on your vehicle. I would give no stars if it were possible.

I've encountered an unexpected complication regarding the vehicle that I purchased. Unfortunately, my experience with the dealership has been far from satisfactory. It appears there was a significant discrepancy concerning the vehicle's final selling price, which was not communicated transparently, leading to what I perceive as a "bait and switch" scenario. As a result, I am actively exploring the possibility of returning the car. It's a complex situation, and I am working to resolve it. I’m having a difficult time receiving information that I requested. Maybe I’m being a little paranoid, but I believe now they are dropping my calls b4 or picking up the line. I have even tried to speak with Jamie Brown the customer care manager, but have not been able to speak with him as of yet his mailbox is full, so I can’t leave a message and each time that I’ve called in the past they “are “connecting me” to a recording that is full.

Man where to begin this a complete nightmare of a dealership the service dept is super unprofessional and lacks of knowledge i bought my car from these guys traded my 2019 Honda accord 1.5 liter sport for 2024 jeep grand Cherokee 4xE summit was super excited for the car the upgrade thought i was being given a great deal and car i take the car home same night had to get it towed back to the dealer ship car wouldn’t turn on didn’t have my car for about 2-3 days didn’t even give me a loaner after that issue let’s fast forward to me now having to deal with the service department I took my car in for a harness change to get my car back with a transmission leaking metal shavings they completely tore up my transmission to a brand new car during a harness swap , now I’m left to wait for another transmission they install that one to come and find out it has a cracked oil pan , they leave my car in the back of the lot with my windows completely down in the pouring rain for 55 days with garbage bags over them which I will post pics on it to then now having to wait for a 3 rd transmission that took 50 + days to come in had my car in the back they lot in the rain non drivable windows down to tell me they don’t know how my transmission is leaking metal shavings umm because you guys did bad and ruined a brand new truck & to tell me that my pipe should excessively rusted in a car o only had for a year is crazy no is that rusted cause they left my car in the rain no protection for over 50 days

Where do we begin! Matt Diamond was nothing but accommodating to us on the purchase of our Jeep Wagoneer! He was attentive the entire process, kept us informed and went above and beyond to keep us (and our kids!) happy during the day while we got everything processed. This vehicle is pristine and the vehicle price, associated purchase fees and available warranty options were communicated to us in a consistent way (unlike other dealers we had dealt with in the past few months!). The worst dealer ever I but deposit for Mercedes-Benz GLE 2021 $1500 the told me the title was in the dmv i wait three weeks They called me and they bring me all the way from Buffalo. They told me if you don’t come today Somebody else will buy the car And when I get there, they change the price and then when I talk to the sales Manager, he told me sorry The title get a lien on it After they run my credit they say they can’t sell me the call They punch a liars over there and in July 25, I want to get my deposit back. They told me they’ll send me a check. I will receive it in five business days now today is 12 August and I haven’t received my money and then when I call they transfer me to a sales manager. His extension is 400. He can leave a message. I’ve been calling him for the best seven days and he’s not answering and he can’t even leave a message because his voicemail is full.

SCAM, LIARS, fake Prices… Beware Buyers! I saw a car I wanted online. Called the Dealer since I saw all the bad reviews and comments to confirm price and was lied too by everyone. Was told by a “Francesca” over the phone they only charge title, tax, registration and $175 doc fees and in reality this Stealership made me waste 3 hours from NJ to NY for no reason. They are a fraud all around beware! Car was listed on cars.com and their website for $57,558, when I got to see the car I saw a printed dealer made paper on front windshield with a price of $65,287 first Red Flag. 🚩 $7,729 price increase difference. Once I sat down the sells person gave me a BS explanation of $5,000 in extra feels that had no justification other than its prep and things that had to be done to the vehicle. They did nothing to the vehicle to prep since it needed 2 New Rear tires that where sun burnt, All disk rotors and pads had to be replaced , car was filthy dirty inside and out. Center console only opened half way. This was a used 2021 Mercedes GLE 53 AMG with 22,221 miles just in case anyone else is trying to get the same car. Their extra$5,000 in bogus fees was shown on an iPad that they didn’t let me take a picture of nor print the final price out for me. This Stealership needs to be looked into by the consumer department they are pure scammers. When asked to speak to “Stan” the Manager he too is on this scam and said its fees they had to prep the car which in reality they did none and couldn’t name one thing they fixed or prepped. As per CARFAX the original owner had it serviced at Mercedes before they took ownership and nothing was done at all by the dealer! Beware! They are all a joke, walk in looks like a normal dealer but these guys in fake suits are the biggest scam artist and liars. Will take this even higher and have them get investigated. No where did they ever list on their site or cars.com extra $7,000 in fees they do this to trick customers into coming into their Stealership. Read the reviews and do you’re research. Don’t fall for these type of crimes at this dealership.

Recently purchased my new Dodge Durango 2025 and had the best experience with Demetry at Dodge Dealer in Boston Rd. He was very good to me and my overall experience was very positive. I felt like my total deal from start to finish was about 2 hours start to finish. I purchased and also leased vehicles for many years before and in the past the time I’ve spent in the dealer was very exhausting. This time around it was just a breeze. Lamar was also on point making sure we were happy and that the financing part went smoothly. We appreciate the vibe and presence that the dealer has, you can also tell the other sales associates are team players as well. Overall it was good and I can’t wait to get an upgrade in several years with them again.

While I am happy with the car I purchased, I have resorted to having to leave this poor review about Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Purchased my car in September after bringing in my old one for service and being told that due to issues the best option would be to repair which would cost me a crazy amount or replace I went ahead and decided to replace. I was already stressed out after just laying my grandma to rest two days earlier. After getting the car they assure me was well it was poor of me to not have fully checked the car and trusting them. I drove home then realized the tires were badly worn down before going on vacation I sent an email to the sales person I dealt with making them aware and did not receive a response. After returning from vacation I became more aggressive with my approach in getting the issue resolved to get the tires replaced, I reached out showed up to the dealer multiple times eventually I thought I was getting somewhere when the sales person I dealt with said she would reach out to the manager and she eventually came back saying they would replace them when I reached out again was told the manager was out and they would get back to me. While waiting on them driving home one day one of the tires blew on the highway I had to use to spare and sent a video to the sales person letting them know of the major safety concern this was she said the to come in on the Friday she got approved to replace the tires. I got there and then was told they were only approved to change one tire. I have reached out to customer service mangers sales team and to no avail they were quick to make a sale but care so little about making sure the care was up to part and do not care to fix the issues when it is bright to them. I am highly disappointed in this dealership and regret getting another jeep or using them. There care and concern is only to make a sale after that they don't give a dame about the customer

I was not really interested in buying a car until I came across this company website. Due to my ankle injury, Lynch N. Help me from start to finished over the phone and through text messages. He answered every questions and concerns that I might of had and throughout the process, he kept me up to date on how the process going. In less then 1 week, Lynch was able to get me into the car that I like so much. The monthly car payments is soooo reasonable. I recommend anyone and everyone to go to this dealership and ask for Lynch. Tell him Ms. Gordon mess up ankle lady sent you lol. No seriously. Go to Lynch!! He will work with you! I’ve been a loyal customer to Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram for about 4 years and I have never had a poor experience. They have a very personable and enthusiastic staff. Their mechanics are well trained and honest. Recently, I have taken my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk in for service for a grinding noise from underneath the vehicle and within 24 hours they located the faulty component which happened to be the vehicle’s transfer case. The vehicle was repaired within the week it was dropped off and I could not ask for a more responsive representative named Sebastian. Sebastian from the service department was very informative and professional. The transaction was very straight forward and easy to understand. In additional to Sebastian from the service department I had a few moments to discuss potential future financing options with Sebastian from the sales department. He was very knowledgeable in regards for vehicle specs and pricing. He did not have to reference a co-worker for any of my questions and knew the answers immediately. Overall, from fixing my vehicle to helping me work out a deal for one, I had a pleasurable experience and would definitely recommend to family and friends.
