I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I went in for two consecutive days to purchase a vehicle. During that time, I completed the financing process, which resulted in hard inquiries on my credit report. I was also instructed to obtain full coverage insurance for the specific vehicle in order to proceed with the deal, which I did. After completing those steps, I was informed that the deal would not move forward because I declined to purchase an extended warranty. I was told, in substance, that they make more money on warranty packages. Shortly after, I was also told the vehicle had been sold to someone else because they received a better offer and would “make more money” on that deal. As a buyer, I expect transparency and professionalism—especially when it involves credit inquiries and insurance activation. Running hard credit checks and requiring insurance before finalizing the terms, only to cancel the transaction due to a declined add-on product, is extremely frustrating and costly. I would strongly advise future customers to get all terms in writing upfront, confirm that the vehicle is secured before authorizing credit inquiries, and clarify whether purchasing add-ons like warranties is being treated as a condition of approval. Would not recommend anyone to go here nor will I return in the future myself. I found a car at this dealership through Costco a while ago and this dealership made it an awful experience. Seems like a good place to go....if you're looking for a group of individuals who have no idea what they are doing that is. Anyways, they sold me a tire with a bubble in the tire. I don't know how they missed that but then made it a song and a dance regarding how to fix such mistake.

I took my charger for first time and since I made the call Hansel Ramirez gave me a great customer service over the phone, ones I arrived to get the service done, Hansel was super polite, his customer service skills on point and my car was ready on time. As a customer, I am big on customer service and he definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you Hansel for the care of my car and service giving for my safety.

Their website listed a 2022 Durango GT for $26,991 which came out to be $39,905 after their dealer fees.. (this is for financing thru them with an 801 credit or all cash payment) Didn’t end up buying it because 10k in extra fees was out of my budget but they were very helpful and upfront about their fees :)

READ THIS!!! DO NOT GO HERE. They just added a review saying to call them to figure out what happened and it’s for a kia dealership!! READ!!!! They are scammers, liars, and cheats. I bought a car from them, but first they tried to do a bait and switch on me. I came from 50 miles away for a car I saw online for sale, I confirmed with the secretary that the car was available, so I made an appointment. Once I got there I talked with the sales person who told me ‘the car was getting maintenance.’, I asked when would it be available, and he refused to answer. All he did was try to sell me cars much higher in price. Then they were incredibly rude when I didn’t like what they were showing, I told them I wanted the car I confirmed they had. Clearly that car didn’t exist because they brought their manager over to offer me a different car. After finding one that looked great I accepted. However, They could not selling “find” the deed for. After weeks of me calling they finally offered me an “upgrade at no additional charge.” The carfax looked great, so I thought it worked out. I live in jersey and told asked the manager Manny if they would deliver it. He said, “I’m gonna do you that favor.” Yet when Manny and 2 other employees were driving to my house the woman in the car called demanding $800 in CASH for a “dmv fee”, they said I wouldn’t get the car unless I did it and the offer would not last. I trusted them, but once delivered and I looked into it, called the general manager to report this. He said, yea that is not a thing, yet did NOT make them refund me for their scam. Once I got the car and started driving it I almost died because one of the batteries was dead and the car stalled out while I was on a highway. The oil wipers, and filters was not changed, all of this was said it was done on the carfax listing. I just had to change the breaks because they only changed the pads. I called the general manager and he assured me they would take care of it, then blocked my number as I listed out their Lies. They are the people that create the perception that the bronx can’t be trusted, it is wrong, and for your family/ children's sake DO NOT BUY from them. It could cost you your kids lives

The service department provided excellent service. I brought my 2017 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk in to have the steering inspected. The service advisor, Alex Veras was extremely helpful, explained the diagnostic process to me, and refused to charge me for any unnecessary work when no issues were found. I wil definately go back for both of my Jeeps' service needs in the future. I couldnt be happier with this service department!

Scammers!! will be opening a case with the Office of Attorney General. Professionalism is something they have never heard of. I have selected a car and decided to purchase it with my bank's financing. They would not sell me the car at advertised price because I would not get there financing @ 8% interest. Why would I am already approved for 5% rate. This practice is illegal in NYS. That's a new way of scamming people.

Purchased a used car from them. The car had a couple of issues (5 to be exact) that were overlooked. But I let them know and took the car back to them. It took a couple of days but they got everything fixed. The experience was overall good. The 2 hour drive from CT was worth it. Definitely recommending them. Beware of scams at this dealership and false advertising. They advertised a car at a certain price as certified Jeep pre-owned. Then, when it came to buy the car, they wanted to tack on $1.3K for the certification. That's false advertising. If it's part of the car's description, then it's part of the price. You don't upcharge for the radio, or the tires, or any other part of the description! Scammers.

I went to Riverdale Chrysler Jeep dealership in Bronx, NY 10463 around 7/31/2025 for a Jeep that was advertised on their website with VIN #? for a JEEP COMPASS for $19K they did not show me this car instead but a 2022 Jeep COMPASS (VIN 3C4NJDCN5RT16329Z) that was $28K. I told them I only had $3K down they asked for my personal, business bank statements as well as my 1099 for 2024. They even drove me to my Accountant’s office in Harlem on 8/1/2025 to get my 1099. They told me I was approved and then they said I needed $5K, I said I did not have it. The salesperson kept calling me texting me to date to come into the dealership to the point on 10/8/25 texting me and writing "I was approved and did not have to put down any money. " I went there and then they offered me a different vehicle a JEEP 2018 Sahara 4 x 4 (1C4HJXEG6JW115926) listed on website for $22,491 and I was being charged $27K. and ran my credit again without my knowledge or consent and came to me and said I needed to give them $7K!! I feel I have been discriminated against and abused not to mention the havoc and deceptive business practices they did to my credit by running it repeatedly. This is a true situation of buyer beware. They lied and lured back by sending me a text saying I was approved and no money down. Now I have been deceived once again by this dealership. I have MS and really need a vehicle as I do not walk so well, and I have even owned two prior Chrysler JEEPS and have paid off the loans in full. I have the evidence of the text message dated 10/8/25 from Mr. Bennett the salesperson reflecting exactly what he wrote to lure me back into their dealership. This is clearly deceptive business practices and discrimination.

From start to finish, this was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Charlie was incredible—friendly, patient, and knowledgeable—and made the whole process simple and stress-free. Everyone in the office was so welcoming and professional, creating a really positive atmosphere. Manager Rob was fantastic as well, going above and beyond to make sure everything worked out perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase or the team that helped me. Horrible experience! So unprofessional! And don’t go to Fernando either omg all he cares about is a pay day. He will feed you nothing but lies. Just remember, I warned you. Go to a different Jeep/Chrysler dealership. There are a lot & way better ones than this location, trust me. If you go to this location, it’s at your own risk. Nothing but slimy people here. I’m almost a year in with my vehicle that I overpaid for. I decided to call the finance company I’m paying just to find out that my interest is at 23% percent which I was never told I’m thinking iv made 11 payments and put 4000 down when I purchased this vehicle A vehicle that has been giving me nothing but problems a month after purchasing the vehicle required an oil change which I believe the vehicle should’ve had since oil changes on Porsches last about 6 months cost 350 then in October I had to fix a tire and brakes discs Then back in January the car needed a new thermostat and some other repairs that cost about nearly 700 + Back in June my car was over heating it’s August and now the check engine light is on I’ve never so many problems with a car within a year I purchased my vehicle back in August with Fernando he was patient and a very good salesman I appreciated him showing me different cars. I thought I had a good experience so I referred a friend that also financed a vehicle in October of the same year 2024 for some reason I never received a referral check I had txted Fernando about not receiving anything and he didn’t reply to me until I called the dealership in march and Asked to speak to a manager his name was Joel. Keep in mind it’s been 7 months and there is no check.I tried calling the dealership today may 6th and could not speak to a manager last week I called them and they totally disregarded my problem and never called me back which is very unprofessional. I also just send my neighbor this month to purchase a vehicle thinking I would receive my check this month since according to them they had send out the check in early April it is now may 6th and still no check I will never be referring anyone to go to this dealership again. It very unprofessional how the company cannot do the correct paperwork and take 7 months to send out a check for giving them business

For Mother’s Day I purchased a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from Riverdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming and professional. I worked with Emmanuel as my associate, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The manager also assisted with making this process smoother. Emmanuel was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. He took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through every detail of the vehicle, and ensured I was comfortable with my decision. There was no pressure just honest, helpful service. The dealership itself was clean and well-organized, and the financing process was straightforward with no surprises. This was my third car and this dealership was very transparent and trustworthy. Update : I have since crashed this car due to it having electrical issues and there was a recall on the vehicle . I conveniently found this out Months after purchasing smh. The car kept shutting off at the light while in auto start/stop and would completely shut down to the emergency brake to where I’d have to shut the car completely off and restart the whole engine. Upon restarting the car, it would shoot into gear. So when i restarted the car, it took off and ran into another parked car. This car was claimed to be new with 0 miles when i purchased it. Lies. They use a machine that erases the Mileage and slap a new sticker on it. Regret going here and buying from them. Now my insurance is sky high behind an accident due to a faulty car. purchased through Doug. He was nice and very patient with me and my fiancé’s many question and inquiries. I felt shunned from purchasing any of the cars out front on the lot. But once they seen that I was seriously trying to buy a car, the manager offered me what is called a “smart lease”. I did my research and meditation and obliged. I signed and road off! It’s been a month and so far so good. I’ll update my review is anything arises!

I had the most amazing experience here at this dealership. It's my first time financing an SUV. My credit isn't excellent, and I didn't want a co-signer. I initially looked for the Toyota Rav 4 2022 and needed a co-signer, which didn't make me happy. Still, Jose and Joel went above and beyond to help me find another vehicle, the Jeep Compass Latitude 2018, with no co-signer and a low monthly payment of $350. I recommend this dealership to anyone who's looking to purchase a vehicle. Not only do they go above and beyond to find you a vehicle that meets your needs, but they are also friendly and inviting. Leased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited from Riverdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership. Based on past experiences with dealerships which wasn't the best, this one was GREAT! The customer service is top notched from making the appointment until driving off the lot. Angel was my sales person. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with executing all of the steps to ensure I have a great experience with the vehicle. I met with Ann the financial person who was very welcoming and willing to work out a financial solution that worked for me. The staff here are pleasant and are willing to please. If you need an automobile, this would be the place to be!
