Super helpful and very kind! Thank you for the quick response and aid with getting my car to the shop. As someone from out of town, the truck and guys they sent were informative, knowledgeable, and made a stressful situation easier. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Avoid if you need tow during night time. Requested tow at 3 am and they said they would be here in 30 mins. After 30 mins, they said it will take 1 and half hours. Then after 1 and half hours they started ghosting my calls. And now it’s 7:13 in the morning. I’m here standing in the NYC street for 3 hours! No explanations not responding they just ghosted me.

The driver showed up in a very short period of time, so I waited as little as 15 minutes & their pricing was reasonable. Payments are only accepted in cash or by using a payment app, like Zelle. The gentleman who answered my calls was courteous and professional. I was surprised at how fast my car was mounted and unmounted while still being careful with my vehicle. I highly recommend Daytona. Service is 24/7 too!!!

I called this company after getting into an accident and I was pleasantly surprised with the service. The driver arrived very fast and towed my car to his body shop where my car was repaired. He was very polite and I’d say I was very satisfied with the amount of care my vehicle was handled with.
