BEST BODY SHOP IN NY! I brought my truck to them after I was rear ended at 45 mph. I thought for sure it’s time to get a new truck. One week later, I had a brand new truck but not one had to buy again! It’s the one they fixed. The Truck looked better than the day it was delivered to me from the dealer. The work was flawless, the Customer Service impeccable. They stayed in touch with me and kept me posted on what I was entitled to! They got a rent a car to pick me up from the shop, I was able to return the Rent-A-Car through them. They worked with the insurance company to get everything fixed properly and replaced perfectly. The owner Mike made sure that I was comfortable, well taken care of and receive the best possible service I could ask for. He even called to thank me for the business and make sure I was pleased with the work! This kind of Customer Service and quality work doesn’t exist in the world anymore, but I’m glad to see that a family run shop like this still holds their work to a higher standard! I highly recommend anyone in need to go there!
The team at the impound has been incredible. They went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle back and ensure it was returned to my address smoothly. I was having a really difficult day, but their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly turned things around for me. I’m genuinely grateful for their support and the way they treated me throughout the process.

When I called to address this, I confronted them directly about the inherent CONFLICT OF INTEREST—the fact that they utilize their own tow trucks while housing vehicles for others—but the representative claimed complete ignorance of the issue.
All the other local towing companies report that the facility intentionally makes outside vehicle retrieval a major hassle by imposing excessive delays. This treatment effectively discourages all competing services from attempting to work here. By successfully suppressing competition, the facility is able to limit client choice, keep prices artificially inflated, and make vehicle retrieval unnecessarily difficult for customers.
WORST SERVICE EVER. I don’t really write reviews but this place is so unprofessional, unorganized, NASTY customer service. Especially Joseph, he was completely rude, nasty and didn’t have patience for nothing, after I started recording he tried to change his tone and then started being sarcastic and saying well I’m not helping you and because I asked for a breakdown of my bill after he lied and said they don’t take card. We had to go find an atm to take out money and pay for our car. I absolutely do not recommend. Make sure you record and have proof of everything.

Before your car gets towed by any company take PICTURES of everything before they drive off, and KEEP YOUR KEYS, & dont give them any advice on how to handle your vehicle, let them damage it so that you can take the same advantage they do.
This place seems to be ran by scammers, When they damage your vehicle they'll ask YOU to pay $50 for just 1 photo of your vehicle AFTER the damaged is done, which makes no sense.
When you call to ask for information on their claims department, they'll ask you when you picked your car up, WHY does that matter? If you dont answer that question they wont give you any information on their claims department and will tell you to report it to the city.

For a place where most people go due to stressful/ negative situations, the staff is beyond professional and extremely helpful. They are quick, easy to understand and willing to work with you to find your best solution. The plan is to never have to go back but if I were to, I'd know I'd be in good hands!
Mixed feelings. They took a while to get me my car, and it was in great condition although my tires were flat but I seen someone else’s car which was held for less time and they absolutely destroyed it. Even watched them give another guy an issue about his car which was a bit unnecessary. Def mixed feelings
I came to five J after an accident with my dodge caravan and they are amazing. Bodywork came out perfect! They repaired, detailed the car and did my inspection all in one week. Customer service is excellent. The ladies in the front desk, John and Mike are kind with excellent communication during the car repair.
Curbed my wheel and then asked me to spend $50 just see pre tow pictures because they know they damaged the car lol . A bunch of crooks with no accountability and money hungry idiots who just say anything . 100% would not recommend
My 2010 Infiniti Qx56 was towed by five j’s twice and each time my $200 battery jumper car charger, my NYSEMT Plaque, my 300 lb jack,and my torque drill was stolen this company steals out of the vehicles they tow not to mention when I went to get my things out of the vehicle they wouldn’t let me get them myself they are very rude nasty and thieves why steal from people that work hard for what they have this company is unprofessional garbage
Poor service manger Michael had my wife waiting on from 8am all the way to 9am for a car. He was yelling that the car would be out in 15 minutes. Had us waiting while on the phone making himself a coffee. I’d advise for new management and more workers. Shouldn’t take 59 minutes to two hours to locate a car smh.
