I had to wait THREE HOURS to get towed when they originally estimated 1.5 hrs... They lied about the ETA multiple times, even telling me the truck "should already be there" over an hour before he actually got there... Driver was nice and he seemed to be careful with my car. He said they're understaffed because the other drivers left. No wonder, when they're so dishonest!
This place looks sketchy. It looks like a junkyard. They towed my car and for two days the police gave me their number and when I called they kept saying they didn’t have my car. Went to another towing place and they looked it up and gave me their number Paradise towing and they kept saying they didn’t have it. I showed up and went looking around and sure enough they had it. The workers saw me recording and when i went to the office the lady was telling me she was waiting on someone to go check. Guess who showed up and she told him and I was outside and the guy went straight to were my BMW was and came back and said oh yeah we have it. I thought you guys didn’t have it I said. His response was o we made a mistake and I responded really 4 times. The mess up my car in the front and they broke a window and he told me my car had damage and I told him it couldn’t be and wouldn’t show me my car until I paid. This company had mostly BMW and like I said it looks like a junkyard and people with similar car were replacing parts to their car. In my opinion I think that’s why the tow BMW so that the people that can’t afford to take it out sell parts of the cars they have plus they charge more then other tow trucks companies
Just found out this place is illegal. They only take bmws. I knew this place was a chop shop.
I wish I could give zero stars. These people are scammers. They tow cars to take parts from them and sell it. I called the cops to report my car stolen and they said this place has it. I called this place and they said they didn't have it it. I called thw police again and they said that this place has it and 3 times I did thos dance with this place. So I went over there to check for myself and low and behold I see the car I there lot amd I take a Pic of it and video. Some guy saw us do this. I go inside and the lady in the front says that it not there. I let her know I just saw my car and I have video of it ans a picture of it. Guess what ? All of a sudden they have the car and they made a mistake. Plus the plates are now missing from the car. The guy that saw us taking Pic now came ans was super disrespectful and disgusting on how he spoke to us . Pretty sure it's cause they are doing illegal stuf in there and he saw we took video and Pics. Also this mam straight up spoke Spanish then changed up and said he dont speak Spanish. Listen don't come here if ypu have no choice and if your car is here take it out immediately and check your car. When you are done hit up the better business bureau. Make them complaints. Also let 311 know this place is running scams and looks like a chop shop.
This tow company was dispatched when my car broke down, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. The customer service (Geneviene & Chris) was friendly and professional. The driver (Mark) was polite, efficient and funny handling the situation with care. It’s always a stressful experience when your vehicle breaks down, but this company made everything so much easier. I would recommend them if you're in need of a reliable tow service!
when my car got towed and brought to Paradise towing and recovery. I was unsure about what was going to happen but soon as I got there, I was at ease , I spoke to someone named Chris and he explained everything to me , that they had my car and all I would have to do was provide my paperwork to the car And pay a fee and I was really pleased with the way they handled my situation 👍👍👍
It was such a pleasure working with Paradise Towing. My car was hit on 2/12/24, and my insurance company kept trying to find me a tow company; unfortunately, after multiple attempts, no one came. I reached out to Paradise, and 10 minutes later, someone came and assisted me. The driver was polite and knowledgeable. They’re the best Towing Company, and I'll recommend them.
I was going to my original tire place but it was closed . This tire shop was next to it so I went and they were so respectful and pleasant. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. My new tire place .
Aggressive and rude tow truck driver. He had the audacity to leave our vehicle abandoned in the middle of a busy intersection because he appeared to be frustrated, driving erratically like a maniac. He said he didn't care about leaving the car and said to make complaints as if it was a routine thing.. This business should be called Satan's Paradise. Do business somewhere else, an absolute disgrace. You've been warned.
