Got a flat tire on the way to work and the tire would not come off no matter how many people tried. Omega’s roadside came by and worked hard until the tire finally came off and I was able to avoid a tow and get home safely! Friendly service and reasonable prices. Definitely recommend them!

Roadside bully assistance is beyond professional, Sean has displayed great communication skills , showed up in timely manner on two different occasions , first I had a flat , second incident my hose broke , both times he assisted me fixed my problems and I made it home safely.
What I valued most is how quickly he responded and addressed both issues , Je goes above and beyond and takes jis work seriously. I highly recommend Sean from roadside bullies if you Jane any problems weather it be a flat or mechanical work. Don’t hesitate or scroll through different mechanics , literally just call roadside bullies if you want your problems addressed quickly and professionally.
I had a flat tire that came off the rim. Plus the van was parked facing in with limited space. Service tech came to my car and remove my tire and went to get me a used replacement tire. He came back within a half hour. Very fast service everything handled quickly. This was on a Sunday night weather cold and started snowing. Very pleased with service. The young man is a professional, very respectful and courteous.
Very prompt and effective assistance. I had a flat tire and no options for help in the rain but when I called Omega, I was back on the road in no time!!! Will definitely keep this company in mind whenever I need roadside assistance!
Man!!! Omega’s Roadside Assistance LLC don’t play. Great Service and great customer service, Very Professional and they fixed my starter. I call them in they came through Pretty Fast. If your stranded or any emergency i highly recommend Omega’s. Same day service 10 out of 10 stars if it was possible. Highly Recommended best thing is they 24/7… check them out.
I was stranded on the side of the side of the road with a flat tire with sidewall damage. Sean was very courteous and helpful and answered all of my questions. He was very professional and eased all of my concerns.

Caught a flat tire on my way to school, stopped at Omega’s shop @ 1185 garrison ave in the Bronx, he found a nail in my tire didn’t have enough time to wait for a new tire so he helped me with the quickest option which was a tire plug & send me on my way. I can’t thank this roadside service enough! My car broke down when I least expected it, and I was honestly stressed and unsure what to do. They showed up so quickly, were kind, patient, and really went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and taken care of. The technician explained everything clearly and got me back on the road faster than I imagined. It’s rare to find such genuine, caring service these days — I truly appreciate them!
Omega Roadside Assistance has help me out on several occasions from a dead battery to locking my keys in the car, they even helped get me a new set of tires. Scheduled my appointment and they showed up at my door. I am super pleased with their work. These guys always come through. ??
